I would like the case reopen because I believe they are still fraudulently advertising and still ripping people off They've had plenty of time to fix the issue but they still haven't (Here is there listing -***
First, if what they say, and Amazon listed it incorrectly, why hasn't it been fixed yetIts because Amazon doesn't control it, the seller does and the seller is a fraudIt still states
Genuine PCI brand ink and toner for use in Lexmark printersColor - Black
Page Yield - It still has a photo of the box that states "PCI Toner Cartridge"
Second, in my email to them, I said I would keep the item for $including shipping, which required a refund of $ They decided to do whatever they wanted to do and only issue a refund of $ (BTW, which I didn't agree toThey just went ahead and did it)

I bought the item for + shippingThey asked in this email what price I would keep the itemI told them I would keep the item for $including shipping, which required a refund of $ But like I said above they just did what they wanted to do and didn't do what was rightThey made mistake and they should fix the issue In addition, to make the issue even worse, if they said they were going to refund me everything and I could keep the item for $not including shipping then why did they only refund $ Which is half of the original cost, not including shipping (Only $21.52)Not the $that they agreed to Even if I wanted to ship the product back why do I have to pay for shipping both ways since they advertised the product as toner cartridge but only sent a drum, why is it my fault, and I have to incur the cost to ship the product back to them, when they are in the wrong.

I am rejecting this response because: the merchant's warehouse has absolutely no relevance in this situation. The merchant is located in New Jersey and the item was drop shipped from the manufacturer...which is located in my state (**) about an hour away from me. Again, I have spoken directly to the manufacturer which has explicitly stated that the issue is covered under the one-year manufacturer's warranty they provide. However, the claim MUST be initiated by the merchant, NOT the consumer. Unbeatable Sale continues to refuse to cooperate, instead attempting to sell me replacement parts at my expense, which the manufacturer has strongly advised me NOT to do under any circumstances. This issue will remain unresolved until Unbeatable Sale facilitates the repair through the manufacturer. Signing for the package, as the manufacturer has clearly stated, is completely irrelevant in this situation.

As mentioned previously, the order numbers for these orders were from the [redacted] website - where you're among their marketplace sellers. You're still listing that you have Battle Sheep games for sale despite having consistently cancelled my orders for them.

I do apologize but this buyers claim is completely false. Our shipping charges are displayed before an order is placed http://www.[redacted], see link shows estimated shipping of 9.95. Also, once you add the item to cart you can apply your address or just your zip code...

In regards to this order, it is customary that a customer would not be charged until an order ships UNLESS they use [redacted]. [redacted], per their guidelines, takes the money immediately from the customer so since the customer used this method of payment this is why the money was taken out. This has...

nothing to do with a seller.Unfortunately, this order had to be cancelled as this particular item was discontinued by the manufacturer and they did not have stock to fulfill the customers order, We do apologize as this is not standard and we were unaware of the situation prior to the order being placed. Generally, inventory is accurate and the customer would not be able to place an order for an item that is no longer available.

I am rejecting this response because:
There's nothing showing in the attached document you sent. I tried displaying several times.
Rest assured, the website does "not" give you a final shipping price or the total cost of the transaction "before" you pay. This is deception, pure and simple.
Also, they don't answer customer service emails. That is worth mentioning, too. I didn't have that in my original complaint. No response from Customer Service. It seems they only respond to the Revdex.com.

The customer called on 12-Apr-2016 stating the item was damaged and they did not want a replacement. Customer confirmed the item was signed for with the carrier free and clear, no damaged notated. Paperwork was submitted and a claim was filed with the carrier on 16-Apr-2016. This claim...

is still ongoing, a refund will not be provided until this claim is closed. We cannot guarantee a refund will be given since the customer did not notate any damage at the time of delivery, 
Delivery and Damaged Shipments 1) Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you. 2) Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. 3) If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Call our customer service department immediately at [redacted].

This lost package claim was denied by [redacted] twice, in our initial contact and in our claim rebuttal. [redacted] claim was denied as they confirmed the item was delivered on Wed 6/08/2016 12:27 pm. 
We have, as a courtesy, asked the manufacturer to also file a claim about this to see if...

perhaps they can receive a different outcome although at this item we have proof of delivery with [redacted] and no refund will be issued.The information the customer states they received from [redacted] is false.

I ordered a product from Unbeatable Sales through the Walmart website. Knowing Walmarts customer policies, I didn't think they would do business with a" customer we don't care company." I oredered an expensive heavy item and it didn't fit right in my living room, so I wanted to return it. I had to eat the $100.00 return shipping cost. I was stupid to do business with this company because [redacted] does. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer returned the item via [redacted] tracking [redacted]. The item was delivered on 7/14 and was received to the sender, damaged. The customer is the shipper and must file a damage claim to recoup the loss/refund. We will not be refunding them, they must seek reimbursement from the carrier as they are now the SHIPPER. We advised the customer of all of this previously.
As well, if the item was received by the customer "damaged" at no point in our dealings did they state this. We have no record of that information.
 
Again, this matter is resolved. It is the customers responsibility to contact [redacted] with tracking [redacted] and filed a claim themselves.

Warning! they sell Chinese junk and will not stand behind it.
I bought Their Leisure Season Buffet Server BS1536.
When I received it and opened the box there were numerous amount of pieces which were either broken or fell off (lack of staples & no glue). I repaired them and made them better than they were manufacture. Once I had the buffet built I proceeded to peel off the Chinese plastic protective off of the stainless steel tops.Well it appears that this product actually must of came here from a slow boat from China, for it was baked on and left a film on the tops. I notified the company to see if I could just get replacement tops. That's when they informed me that they do not have tops available for this product which comes from China and that I should try a cleaner to get it off. Well I tried the cleaner and no way will it come off. So I contacted them again and tried to get the replacement tops. That is when they told me there is nothing they can do and that there policy states no return on furniture, plus they never had this problem with anyone else.
I then proceeded on a different route, seeing that I bought this product through Sears web site. And Sears came back with the answer from Unbeatablesale.com, no returns allowed on furniture and that I had used abrasives on them.
But their return policy does state that they "will replace parts that are damaged".
This just tells me that Unbeatablesale.com is just a company making good money selling Chinese junk and not concerned about the product they sell or customers.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not about buyers remorse, this about misrepresentation.  The picture and description of this product on [redacted].com do not represent the product I received.  These chairs are damaged as the attached pictures indicate.  Based on what I saw on [redacted] I was led to believe that the chairs I had purchased would have paint and wood that was in perfect condition, not have holes drilled everywhere and painted sanded off in numerous places as well.  
There is also nothing that indicates you cannot return the product when you are in the purchasing phase on [redacted].  All the detailed return information provided by UnbeatableSale is available after you purchase the product and if you really hunt for it.
UnbeatableSale does not have an excellent return policy as they claim, nor do they care about customer service or I would not have to resort to filing a claim with the Revdex.com.  This should have been handled when I initially contacted them.  The return authorization was not given until I gave the seller a poor rating on [redacted].  And it should be no surprise that I was not willing to pay to return the damaged chairs at my cost.
[redacted] does not get involved in disputes between buyers and seller regarding the condition of the product received, you are left to handle it on your own.
The number of Revdex.com complaints lodged against this seller should be some type of indication of how difficult they are to deal with.

I am rejecting this response because: SIGNING for the package and indicating that the packaging is in good condition is of no relevance here. The facts are that this is a manufacturer's defect, as the packaging was not damaged in any way AND the unpackaging of the item requires multiple people and a long period of time. I had arranged for this to occur upon delivery, but the MERCHANT'S FAILURE to order the proper delivery truck (one containing a lift gate) required me to have to reschedule my professional installers. I have spoken to the manufacturer and have been told that the merchant needs to contact them directly to arrange for a resolution as this table has a one-year warranty and the merchant should NOT be attempting to sell me replacement parts under any circumstances.

The only TWO emails that were sent were one stating they received my order and the second stating that it had shipped.  Both were automatic, no reply needed, emails, neither of which addressed my issue of them taking unauthorized money from my account.  
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is "satisfactory" to me.

I asked for a refund because the original color burgandy I ordered is unavailable. I was told that I had to pick another...

color. I do not want a green comforter. I want a refund. I think its ridiculous I had to turn this company in to receive any response from this company. Its been over a month since I ordered this. I will be happy to return whatever they sent if they pay shipping and issue a refund beforehand.
