This is a TERRIBLE company with CHEAP products!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a sleep away baby nursery travel. It is a petition that surrounds a Pack and play. Firstly, two ended up being ordered and shipped to me when I only ordered ONE! Well, we used one and it was crap! Complete crap and it ended up tearing. We sent the mess back. They do not send a prepaid mailing sticker so you have to pay for it yourself and the package has to have insurance. I spend 73.81 on both of the crappy products. Well, they aren't refunding me the original shipping but only for the product cost of 65.33. I called Amazon and the nice lady at Amazon called UnbeatableSale.inc. the lady was RUDE! I told her that I felt like they stole my money. She said, well, yea, if that's how you feel but that's our policy." The RUDE, NASTY lady hung up the phone when the conversation wasn't even finished. So now I'm out of money! I spent almost 50 Bucks on mailing their trash back to them and all I got was lost money and a nasty sales rep. If you see that it coming from this business, do yourself a favor and RUN! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

customer we offered to send them a black chalkboard replacement board at our expense, although their was no error. The customer could switch out the board very easily according to the manufacturer without having to exchange the entire unit, all we require is for the customer to pay the freight on this replacement since again there was no error. Customer refused this offer. At this time, their options are to keep what they have, pay for the freight on the replacement board or they can return the item at their expense.

I never received any response from unbeatable sale. I check my emails multiple times per day. The ad does not state how many. I have pics if the ad.  Although I never received a response from unbeatable sale I did receive an email from [redacted] stating they have credited my account from unbeatable sale.

I have disputed this sale with my cardholder. I feel very stupid for letting someone take advantage of me like you did. I wouldnt wish your return policy on my worst enemy. Nor your oversized shipping charge. I think you're doing bad business. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. I will warn everyone I know to be cautious purchasing from you.

It is untrue. I went back and checked. An "estimated" shipping cost which could easily be overlooked is on a "preliminary" page. Estimated. But, on the order page itself there is NO mention whatsoever of ANY shipping charge. Only AFTER you've paid do you find out the actual shipping charge and the total cost of the transaction. This business is well aware of this, and I believe deliberately keeps all mention of shipping off the order page. The customer should have a FINAL price before purchasing. And, this company KNOWS it. Very deceptive.
Bottom line, I paid $20 for four small bars of [redacted] soap. I never would pay that much for soap.
Because the item offered is being sold at "twice the price" as in stores, it's easy to assume that shipping is included. The business is obligated to present a "final price" before the "buy" button is pushed. Deliberate deception.

9/25/2015.The customer was expecting a set, but they would have needed to order FOR EXAMPLE: International Caravan Royal Tahiti 3 Seater Swing with Frame and Canopy, which mentions other parts in the description and is much more expensive then the swing only which was purchased from us. We do NOT sell it this way. The customer claims this is bait and switch, however; that is completely false and we have offered both a discount to keep the item or a return on the product. We do not take returns on furniture and this is being made as an exception to the customer. We have a 30 day return period, after that time the return will not be accepted. Our position will not change, this matter was previously addressed directly with the customer. Thank you.

in error; taking it under advisement is not an admission of guilt.  This company used their Internet storefront to price a seasonal item at a low price of $158.95 and then when you click on it their web site responds they are out of stock but call in to the office.  When you call in they tell you oh, it's not out of stock the price shown is not correct; but wait we can sell you the product for $100 more than what we are showing it as on the web site.

refusing to correct the online listing it appears they may be intentionally misleading customers.  They maintain this misleading listing across multiple sites ([redacted]).I expect them to respond to this aspect of the complaint and correct their misleading listings.

As previously stated, The customer received the correct item ordered from us, with no issue of Unbeatablesale.com. If they do not want the item because they have an issue with the company, [redacted] who ships FOR US that is completely up to the customer, however; they will be responsible for returning the item. We do not issue labels and we do not refund shipping.

accurate at the time it was filed.  I have not yet received a refund, but I have received the Return Label.  So I am hopeful.  Thank you for breaking lose correspondence with this company.

I placed an order to Unbeatablesales.com and received the item ordered. It was shipped and fulfilled through [redacted]. However I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I sent a message to [redacted] and they told me that they just do the shipping and relayed the message to Unbeatablesales.com. I also sent an email to them requesting an exchange/return. There was _NO_ answer at all from them. I sent another email and again received NO response. So it looks like they might be OK if you never need to contact them again but that is a pretty shoddy business model.

On March 15, I ordered a 6-panel folding pet gate that was listed by this company on [redacted]. The description stated that the gate was 31.5" tall, and all of the photos indicated the same. The item I received was a 6-panel gate, but only 20" tall. This was not what I ordered and not at all useful to me. The company told me that [redacted] had listed it incorrectly ([redacted] later told me that Marketplace listings are created by the seller, not [redacted]). They then offered me a discount on the incorrect item to "save time and possible hassle of the return process", but since this item was useless in containing my dog, I declined. They then agreed to set up the return, but told me I had to pay for return shipping. I objected because this was their mistake, and they finally relented and sent me a return shipping label. The item was dropped off at the [redacted] Store on March 23 and arrived back at the vendor on March 28. On April 6, I sent an email to the seller because I had not received the refund and got no response. On April 12, I created an [redacted] Guarantee Claim with [redacted]. A couple hours later I received a refund; $171.00 which did not include the original shipping charge of $21.80. I updated my [redacted] claim at [redacted] to show that this was not satisfactory to me, and received a response from the seller stating "Please be advised we do not refund original shipping charges". This was their mistake, and I'm the one the ends up out $21.80 dollars? I have filed an appeal with [redacted] and they may be able to get this resolved, but that doesn't change the review at all. This is not the proper way to deal with customers. There are so many options out there and it's not worth any amount of discount to have to deal with a company like this. If you see a listing anywhere from Unbeatable Sale.com, Inc., keep looking. It's not worth your time or money.
