I ordered the [redacted] white seal last week. On 1/7/16 I received E-mail with tracking number told should be delivered today 1/14/16 well called ups has not even left CA. Yet called company and they could not help me was told. Quick to take money but horrible at customer service and delivery

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not, in fact, received a full refund. I still have a $7.26...

shortfall from my initial payment. The company indicates this cost amounts to their initial shipping cost that, per their policy, they would not refund to me, despite having sent me an item I did not order. To resolve this issue, I expect the remainder of my payment to the company, or $7.26.

I am very very satisfied with the beautiful ceramic Tuscan green vase I just purchased. It is even better in person. Thanks so much for your swift service. the packaging could not have been better. I hope to do business with you again. have a great dayh!

furniture has 30 days (RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONSIndoor upholstered furniture, including recliners and sofas, and delivered wood furniture must be returned within 7 days of the deliverydate. Ready to Assemble furniture and baby furniture must be returned within 30 days of purchase.) READY TO ASSEMBLE FURNITURE WITHIN 30 DAYS! According to attached phone record pdf on contacted them on Sept 5. at [redacted] I have been fighting this starting on Sept 4 starting with [redacted]!If you look at attached pdf from order details, when clicking RETURN POLICY DETAILS it clearly states Unbeatablesale doesn't have a return policy and follows that of [redacted]com
Below is the response I received from UnbeatableSale. They want to charge me a 25% restocking fee and I need to pay for shipping. This is not stated in [redacted] return policy!
I feel I have provided sufficient evidence and I should be able to return these chairs for a full refund!

I am rejecting this response because:They are cancelling my order simply because they...

don't like the price that I paid for it. That is unethical and unfair. The issue should be resolved with [redacted] as their business partner, not the consumer who purchased an item listed at a specific price online. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen and I will pursue all efforts in getting this matter resolved. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND! I want the items that I purchased, anything less than that is not an option.

Firstly, please see the attached screenshot of the product ordered, a quantity of ten to the customers state and zip, all available for your viewing. This is available BEFORE an order is placed. Shipping charges are available prior to ordering. We are not scammers and that statement is a fallacy....

Secondly, when the customer requested to cancel this order they were sent an email, here is that email: Notice the verbiage in bold.Thank you for ordering from UnbeatableSale Inc.We received your request to cancel your order for the  Lavish Home Abilene Embroidered Shower Curtain with Grommets. We have forwarded your request to our cancellation department. You will receive an additional email confirming that the cancellation process has been completed. If this order has already been shipped or is in the process of shipping, we will be unable to cancel the order.If we are unable to cancel your order and the item is eligible for return, please contact us for a RA.PLEASE NOTE: This email is not a confirmation of cancellation.  Thank you.
This order was not cancelled nor was it ever confirmed cancelled with the customer. We have a no cancellation policy and requested a cancel as a courtesy to the customer. We do not provide cancellations over the phone. The order has shipped [redacted] and is in transit, the shipping was viewable and is still there and available for viewing. If the customer no longer wants the items they can return it to the following address:

They are responsible for the return freight, if they want to keep the items we can offer 20 dollars off their shipping as a courtesy. Thank you.

The customer will need to take up their complaint with [redacted], as these are our policies and we were doing [redacted] a favor by helping out with this very old order. We are not refunding anything additional on this order. We advised [redacted] the return was at the customer expense and that we don't take returns over 30 days or on furniture. This matter is closed.
Here is what was emailed [redacted] FOUR months after the item was ordered:
Good morning,The customer received the item un assembled in error. We sent the customer the brackets that he needs to put the chair together, along with instructions on how to attach the brackets to the chair so it can be assembled. Those parts have been received. The item is not defective.If the customer no longer wants the item please be advised we do NOT accept returns on furniture and I will be allowing this return as an exception to this policy.The customer is responsible for returning the item at their expense, and the item shipped freight so it will be costly. 1. We have received no photos, if they were sent through [redacted] they will be blocked they need to be sent directly to [redacted]
2. The item was not signed for, the freight company left the item at your door without a signature?

I am rejecting this response because:1 nobody threatened anybody. If that's the case please send the recording as the calls are recorded
2. I advised the company that the bloalzzard was coming and if I did put it outside I did not want to be responsible for the product. They agreed. 
3 the company gave me a hard time from the beginning, complaining that I was complaint because it was only 30.00. 
I do not accept the behavior that this company has displayed to a costumer. They did refund my card. However I was treated very Rude and now lied upon saying I threatened somebody. I want a apology for this and then I will call this matter closed

These provisions were not made explicit on the [redacted] website and someone who is not familiar with placing online orders would not be aware of third party involvement. Nothing on the [redacted] website states any of the above-stated policies.

We have a no cancellation policy. As well, once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled therefore the customer is expected to accept delivery and properly return the item with a return authorization. In this case, the item shipped and could not be cancelled the customer refused to accept...

The cost of the return freight for refusing the item and the restocking fee were subtracted by what the customer paid for the item and the customer was only eligible for a refund of $51.66 which they have received. The customer is not due any additional refund, both [redacted] and the customer have been advised of this. The matter is resolved. See policies below which customer agrees to when placing an order with our company.

The customer received what was ordered, the item is not defective or damaged, the item is not to the customer expectation and this is request for a return for buyers remorse. The customer sent pictures which were sent to the manufacturer for review and they deemed the product in perfect condition...

and the item was not defective.On 10-Mar-2016, a manager made an exception in allowing this customer to return the unwanted item. There would be a restock fee and the customer would be responsible for freight, as with all our returns this is policy.
The customer chose not to return and filed an [redacted] claim. As per the claim which was filed on [redacted], this item is not eligible for a return any longer as the customer did not use the RMA and the claim was filed after our 30 day return period.
We do not accept returns on furniture, we attempted to make an exception for the customer but they chose to keep the item instead. This ** claim was closed on our behalf as well.
We will not be accepting this return any longer nor will we be issuing any partial discounts.
This matter was previously resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:    I did call on the actual delivery date April 7.  It does not state in the Marketplace website the need to inspect an item as it is delivered.  Plus, [redacted] called on my behalf.    
And, Even if I only called the [redacted] delivery company that day, it would then be their duty to notify the item's originating company.  Their failure to accept responsibility for the safe delivery of the purchase is ridiculous, unfair, and fraudulent.  this is B.S. and I don't mean "business savvy".
  If nothing else, they should hold the delivery carrier responsible.   I called immediately to say that the product was damaged.  They have to have some kind of insurance that they could tap into to relieve this customer of an expensive piece of trash.  therefore, I should be reimbursed either the cost of the original item or the shipping, but preferably both.
And if this is how unbeatablesale handles any problems, then they could just be sending out garbage right and left without any accountability.  WE DID NOT DAMAGE THIS ITEM,  WE WANTED TO USE IT IN OUR HOME.  WE CANNOT JUST DONATE MONEY TO UNBEATABLESALES AND THEIR UNRELIABLE DISTRIBUTING CONTACTS.

This company is horrible. I placed an order Feb 9th, I was sent an email saying that my order will be shipped out in 3-8 business days. It is now Feb 25th and it still hasn't been shipped. I submitted a cancellation request the 23rd and was just told it could take 24-48hours. It's the 25th so that makes 48 hours. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

While the company does "not reimburse shipping" there should be some flexibility for special circumstances like this. They did issue a refund on the shipping a couple of days ago.

This is the item at another site that is not on sale and that they refused to match the price.  They stated they were not going to lose money. They also have not responded to their shipping price/practices in the original complaint.
