I am rejecting this response because: The business has filed a complaint to receive their money back from the shipper because of the damage. This means not only did I pay for the shipping, they are getting paid from the shipping company as well.

I am rejecting this response because:
UnbeatableSale has not provided any contact information for the manufacturer of the product.  The information listed on their website is as follows:

with emphasis placed on "sturdy, powder coated steel frame & weather resistant 140 gram polyester tan canopy."  This description of the product was obtained from unbeateablesale.com.  While I appreciate the prompt response from them, it is exactly the same as the initial response, only this time they added that I should contact the manufacturer.  They did not provide any contact information for the manufacturer.

The item was delivered in May, it is October, we are making an exception in allowing them to 1. Return Furniture, 2. Return way over 30 days. Both are exceptions to our company policy.
We do not issue labels and we will not be paying for the freight on this. The item needs to be returned...

within two weeks from 10/28, if it is not received by that time. We will no longer accept the return.Per management, thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: I filed that claim in December when I began to have trouble getting my money from this seller. I have not received any of my...

money back. I have filed an escalated claim with [redacted] as of January 11th. I have heard nothing from [redacted] in regards to my  claim from them. I had to call [redacted] to re-file and find anything out. It turns out there is nothing that [redacted] was even doing to help me with this. I was told last night that I could expect a call within 24-48 hours, but I never heard from them the firs time. I have no confidence that they will contact me this time. Also, the fact that any claim has been filed with [redacted] does not negate the fact that this company has their defective product and is withholding my money. I have attached copies of the emails from the seller and myself since December and up to current date. If this is not resolved I will file civil charges as soon as possible. After the conversation with the seller last night I am still getting the run around from Unbeatable Sale and [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: It doesn't say "BOWL ONLY" anywhere at all in the add it says, "[redacted] Round Bowl" when the words "round bowl" are indicated it is in reference to ROUND vs. Elongated. which is what ALL the toilets sold on [redacted] say. Also, when it is the "bowl only" it not only states that, but also shows a picture of a BOWL ONLY! The verbage also states, " [redacted] round front bowl Watersense high efficiency toilet" a toilet is a device that can be used to flush human waste. Can a "bowl only" do that? The add also states," Item Package Quantity = 2" Can you explain this as BOWL ONLY is a single item?This is your last chance to be honest, have integrity and follow through with your commitment to the customer. If you choose to don't refund my payment IN FULL, I will be forced to take legal action. I will also post reviews EVERYWHERE expressing my experience with UnbeatableSale, Inc. I also checked out this company on [redacted].COM and EVERY review is horrible, ALL 1 STARS, and ALL having had similar experience as mine.

This company would not honor the cancellation of an online order through the [redacted] platform, within 4 hours of the order. They told me that I had to accept the product, request a RMA to return the product, and pay to ship the product back. The shipping for the product was more than the cost of the product. After I contacted [redacted] about their deceptive practices, [redacted] refunded me the cost to ship the product back. Unbeatable Sale then would only refund the cost of the product, not the shipping. [redacted], again, refunded me the shipping. Unbeatable Sale is a horrible company. They even tried to bribe me to keep the product by offering to refund me 25% of the cost if I didn't return the product! I didn't want the product!!!!!!!

AAccording to unbeatable sale the return period is 30 days. I assume that is 30 days from order date, and not from when the item was received. My order was placed 9/02, my first contact was made 9/27, which falls within their 30 day period. I have tried to contact the manufacturer as well, with no response.

At this point, the customer would need to contact [redacted], we do not deal with direct billing information and they are the ones who gave us that receipt confirming the customer was refunded.

I am rejecting this response because: the shipper for unbeatable sales advised me to refuse shipping without notifying me that the consequence of that would be a loss of more than $100 on a purchase of $400. Go get the money from [redacted]. They are providing advise to take an action that harms your customers. I have an image of the same surfboard for sale by you through [redacted] priced around $200. Why were you charging so much for it when I bought it? This was a bad deal and shoddy service regarding it. I think you should have the responsibility of making it clear to the shippers you hire not to advise customers to refuse shipping as if that is an acceptable option. I do not want to be punished for not knowing refusing shipment led to such a high cost for me. I also don't want to be ripped off by purchasing a board for twice the price you are selling it for now.

The customer was told on two occasions that we could re-evaluate the issuing of the shipping refund after the claim was concluded. This was on 1/14/14. They were also advised this could take weeks. I have issued the shipping refund as a courtesy but the claim is NOT concluded. We appreciate the customers patience.
Again, we DO NOT issue shipping refunds and this is stated in our policy. This refund is being done as a courtesy. Thank you.
