Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] Again Mr [redacted] is being disingenuous if not outright deceitful.At any point over the last month Corvette Mods could have said return the item we'll credit your account the full amount.I believe his idea of a negotiation is to have his customers complete his form which includes their return terms and conditions (that is buried in a web link in their form) and then to say too bad you agreed to the shipping chargesMr [redacted] has offered no other solution and has made no statement that would demonstrate a good faith effort to "negotiate" a solution.Mr [redacted] 's assertion that his hands are tied by AMEX is untrueWe could have and still could resolve this hereAs of 8/20/the parts that were shipped in error to me are in the possession of Corvette ModsThe parts were returned in their original unopened packagingCorvette Mods can credit my account in full.I would like to note that the sky didn't fall on Ft Worth, TX when Corvette Mods received the parts without an RMA form being completed

As previously stated, I did not receive the full cap set Then Corvette Mods want to charge me extra for a cap I already paid for? Corvette Mods had no authority to charge my card without my permission It's evident by this complaint and many others on-line that Corvette Mods would rather spend Time and energy on disputes and disagreements rather than resolution If I would have initially received the full cap set I would definitely not spend this time on a cap I wouldn't be able use anyway Doesn't make sense What makes sense is that Corvette Mods will not send you the complete order then will make you pay more for product already purchased But I tell you what? I will take the high road and offer Corvette Mods this If Corvette Mods will send the painted cap now, I will agree to stop this complaint on Revdex.com and many other corvette web sites Corvette Mods has the total amount for the cap set with the unauthorized charge to my credit card plus an extra $ I will even agree to pay for shipping Ball is in Corvette Mods court, Will they choose to take the high road and resolve this $small dispute or will they opt to keep disputing and disagreeing with their customer?

We were notified that you claimed that the items were damaged on deliveryWe submitted a claim to FedexFedex declined the claim stating that the item did not appear to be damaged and the packing was sufficientAt that point, we advised you to send the item backIt was never receivedIn July we received notice of a payment disputeWe provided evidence to your credit card company that the item was delivered and was never returned back to usWe contacted to let you know that it was your responsibility to return the item or we would proceed with collections actions on the value of the parcelThe credit card dispute was never reversed and the funds are no longer in our merchant account Please contact your credit card company as this dispute is no longer within our controlThank you

We no longer offer the other material Please package up the current product and return for a refund

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I still do not have a refund! Why still offer items for sale if you don't have them or know when you will have them? Rediculous business practices...I'm spreading the word to all my corvette friends on how you conduct business...and I know a lot of people! When will I be receiving my refund for front splitter? I know I won't get wing refund till you get the second wrong color one back but the splitter was a separate transaction and I still have not received a refund Regards, [redacted]

The customer placed this order over the phone and requested to pay with PayPalWe sent him a PayPal invoice listing the selections for him to reviewThe customer did not contact us to inform us of any discrepancies and he accepted the invoice and paid itHe was shipped the item based on his selectionsWe have it clearly listed in our Terms and Conditions that custom painted parts are not returnableThe customer opened a dispute with PayPal when he was informed that we were unable to authorize the returnWhen we received notification of the dispute we promptly cancelled his outstanding order for the spoiler to protect the company against further lossThe customer has been refunded for the spoiler orderWe have followed our policies and procedures on this order and we request that this complaint be closedPlease see attachments for documentation.Thank you, [redacted] Operation Manager

This customer ordered Polished Fuel Rail covers and a Low Profile Perforated Plenum coverThe customer received the Fual Rail covers and installed them on his carWhen the reamainder of his order was received he then contacted us and informed us that the Plenum Cover would not fit with the Fual Rail covers he had already installedHe contacted the manufacturer of the Plenum Cover, not the Fuel Rail covers and he was told that their products are made to be used on factory products or with their Fuel Rail covers onlyWe informed the customer that we were unable to take the Fual Rail Covers back becuase they were already installed and usedWe offered to take back the Plenum cover and waive the 20% restocking fee and shipping charges on the item and the customer declined that offerHe feels that we should have known or informed him that the items would not work togtherWe have customers that order several parts at a time because they have more than one CorvetteThere is no way that we are able to comb through every order that comes in to double check the items that are ordered and contact each customer to make sure they ordered correctlyOur order system is automated and we do not check on orders unless there is an error code generatedWe have sales reps availabel M-F 9-to answer any questions a customer may haveWe regret that the customer is unable to use both items he ordered and as previously stated, we are willing to accept back the new/unused item, the Plenum Cover, and waive any applicable feesWe feel that we have made every good faith effort to assist this customerWe simply cannot take back a used item.Thank you, [redacted] Operations Manager

HiWe advised you multiple times that the bottom pieces were fabricated by the customer that purchased that hood shown in one of the photosThe description clearly states what's included with the saleYou get a hood and the metal screensThe description doesn't state anything about rain catchers If these parts were available to purchase, we would have gladly sold them to youThey are however, not a part we have access to, therefore we can not assist you in purchasing that partOur apologies for any confusion you may have had in this matter

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: if you actually zoom in and look at the picture there is no way in the world that would happen from shipping, theres jb weld on the "lip" and its all scraped from being on the ground, You may believ you dont sell used parts but someone pulled a fast one, we can go back and forth about this all year im asking you pay for the shipping I had to pay? put together to send your product back Regards, [redacted]
