them dated 7/27/2017, 5th paragraph down, it states, "In response to our inquiry, the merchant has stated that they have a thirty day return policy and they were never contacted regarding any dissatisfaction with the orderThey have provided us with a copy of the charge details, terms and explanation, which we have attached for your reference." This statement also does not advise that your dispute is closedIt is just stating that they removed the dispute balance from your statement balanceTo date, we have not received return tracking information from you and the items are still in your possessionTherefore, you were billed for the parts you have, the funds removed from our account by your cc company, and the fees we have to pay for the dispute to the merchantThe reason we could not find your order is because you contacted us under "*** ***" and the order is under " *** ***." You disputed the full amount of the order rather than just for the item you have an issue withWe were willing to repaint/warranty the part, however you are responsible for the shipping to us and we would cover the shipping back to you

Hello We are sorry for the issue you've hadAs you have been working with our customer service dept, and as they have advised, the wheel that you claim was defective and was sent back to the mfg for testingThe mfg of the wheel came back to us yesterday with a result contrary to your claims
We have since asked the mfg to ship yet another wheel at our expense to you with a out of round test result in the box to prove that the wheel is perfectSince we are not the mfg of the wheel, on warranty claims we must work with the supplier to assist our customers with defect claims, which we have been doing for youWe have also incurred much expense covering the shipping of the wheels back and forth for youThe newest wheel ships 1/24/as we advised. Again, we apologize for this unfortunate event, and we want you to know we've done everything in our power to resolve for you amicably. Regards

The recording file "Call 5" is incomplete period.I initially spoke with *** explained what AMEX directed me to doWe could not come to an agreement and I asked to speak with her supervisorWhen the supervisor *** came on the line is where the provided recording begins.Unfortunately I do not control the recordings and have no way to prove "Call 5" is incomplete other than the reference in this recording to the earlier conversation that has been excludedI would like to note though that all of the recordings provided begin with the person saying "Corvette Mods this is…" with the exception of "Call 5"In "Call 5" the call is answered up with "This is Lisa"This is because it is not a new incoming call but one that has been transferred internally.Finally, I did not once leave a voicemail message.It is absolutely insane to me the lengths this company is going to in order to charge a customer for shipping charges for a product they admittedly sent out by mistake

The customer was informed before he returned the item that it must be returned to us in new condition, free from defects, in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or store creditThe customer accepted our terms and conditions at check out and those same conditions were reiterated at the time he was given return instructionsWe have in no way falsified a damage claim We have informed him that we can ship the item back to him as soon as he provides a shipping label or calls and pays the return shipping chargeWe have no use for the item! I did in fact indicate had different wheels by
my mentioning I had 19” and 20” different than the CQuestion: What was Mr***’s perception
of my comment “I had 19” and 20” different than the C7”As I have repeatedly pointed out this was the
entire reason I called once I reread the wheel requirement and realized I may
have made a mistakeI thought because I had the 19” and 20” wheels it would
work then I realized there may something about the Zwheel I didn’t knowAs
a result I called to inform them I may have made a mistake due to my wheels
I’m sorry if they misunderstood my intentionI say their offer is anything but
fairI return half the parts and then get hit again with a restocking fee that
leaves me with less than $5,refundI feel a fair agreement would be I return all
the parts and Corvette Mods refund the purchase amount less the restocking fee
and the coast of the one caliper with the chipped paintI think this is more
than fair as don’t feel responsible for any of itAs I pointed out before my
question had to go through several people before receiving an answer to my
original reason for callingHad they told me yes they will as long as you have
they Zwheel I would not have bought themI don’t want hear again what the
listing said as I know this already which circles back to the reason for my
callIt is again obvious *** was confused as I to reiterate a couple of
different times what model I had let alone what wheels I hadSo it’s definitely
understandable and obvious the information was not conveyed accuratelyTo
the point Corvette Mods is going way outside their return policy is understood
although this case is way outside circumstancesI have repeatedly
pointed out I had no reason to think the brake kit wouldn’t work after trying
to confirm and be told they would work with my model and wheelsAgain even if
I had found the discrepancy within the return policy it was a “Catch 22”
because I had to attempt to install them before the discrepancy would be found
Corvette Mods was given accurate information about the make, year and model
of my car and referenced to the Cnot the Z06, ZRor any other model
Corvette I was asked aboutI was not asking if they would bolt my car as I
have the Zwheels, it was quite the opposite I was asking if they would work
with my year, model and wheelsI’m not making this up or trying to pull
the wool over anybody’s eyesIf I was I would have lied and never admitted to
bolting them on my car but that is not my natureI always tell the truth even
if it comes back to bite meI guess this is why I have such a hard time with
people not owning their own responsibilityThey should have pointed out that
yes they will

We have not back tracked on any statement that we have made however if you will go back and look at all of the customers responses, he has changed his story multiple times and on several occasions has validated our responsesAs stated in our last response, our final offer is the the 7% discount off the price of the installed fuel rail covers and refund the customer $We feel that this is a fair offerAs you can see from the customers responses, every offer we make is considered an insult because it is not EXACTLY what he wantsThe fact remains that the item he received was exactly what he ordered and the customer installed them, regardless of how long they were on the car, they were installed and as I stated in a previous response once the screws are put in place they will leave marks that indicate the item was installedI can only assume that this is reason he was only able to get $for the Fuel Rail covers in EBAYThe customer also stated that he took an $loss " They wanted me to take the what turned out to be an $loss and accept no responsibility." and that is inaccurate, he paid $for the covers and sold them or $which calcultes to a $loss What he has asked for is unreasonableWe request that this complaint be closed as resolved as we have been courteous in offering the customer a discount and to refund that amount for an item that was not sent to him in errorPlease consider this our final response to this complaintThank you in advance for your consideration in this matter.Thank you,Eric CampbellOperations Manager

*** ***Once again ***, those tracking numbers are for matts which the wrong item was sent and verified by your x employee ***, that is not my signature nor anyone's in that householdIf you read the complaint instead of scape goating you will see that out of parcels only was received which are the wrong matts you sent and that package was sitting at front door and not signed by anyone even though what your cut & pasting trying to justify something it is not! The second parcel I assume would be a license frame I ordered and have received nothing, again even with you cutting & pasting!! There is suppose to be a third parcel from fed Ex you don't mention at all and was told by *** when employed there you received a claim payment , speak about that ***! Also speak to the Revdex.com about credit card fraud you committed charging my account $in feb& $in marchI am not going away until justice is served , at what ever expense it costs! You cannot rob, extort and cheat consumers and think you will get away with it!! Why is there so many complaints everydayyou mean to tell me that everyone is fabricating stories on your dishonest companycome ***, *** *** * *** wakeup and smell the coffee I am NOT going away until you correct this matter!! The *** police are investigating you for credit card fraud if you are not aware yet!!!

We did not go to any lengths to try and charge the customer shippingWe never given an oppurtunity to negotiate with the customer because he did not fill out the RMA RequestWe do not have any additional call recordings for this customer and if we did we would gladly send them to youThe customer was informed of the procedure for returning an item and he refused to take the necessary steps to get the return processedWe are in no way at fault for the customer choosing to file a credit card dispute and forcing us to deal with AMEX directly instead of being able to directly negotiating with the customerWe appreciate your consideration in this matter.Thank you,*** ***Operations Manager

I do not see the emails that were sent to me or from meWhen was my order terminated? I waited patiently for months without any word of our order being cancelledIn fact they were being shipped to us until the manufacturer told us that he was told not to ship the parts to meI never received any notice from Corvette Mods that I was not going to receive the partsWith the length of time I had been waiting with no communication, no parts and no refund, why shouldn't I seek legal councilAfter reviewing many of the other negative reviews on this company, I take responsibility for doing business with a company such a poor reputationThe purpose for this complaint is to help protect other potential consumers from going through the same ordeal that I went through.

refund! Why still offer items for sale if you don't have them or know when you will have them? Rediculous business practices...I'm spreading the word to all my corvette friends on how you conduct business...and I know a lot of people! When will I be receiving my refund for front splitter? I know I won't get wing refund till you get the second wrong color one back but the splitter was a separate transaction and I still have not received a refund

I ordered part # they sent part # check they are different for different motors they lye and now they will get away with it if you don't stop them all I can do is hope they will be exposed as the crooks they really are

The floor mats only had one tracking number, it was a single box, which you already knowThe charges were for merchandise that was not returnedAs we have already turned this matter over to collections, we no longer own the debt, therefore going forward please communicate with IC SystemsThank you
