After he filed the Revdex.com complaint, he filed a chargeback and locked out the payment so we were unable to assist himSee screenshot from Paypal below:

We are not trying to hide anything and have attached every call recording for this customerAs you will see, he was never told that the item had shipped in error because it wasn'tHe was told multiple times that as long as the item had not already shipped then the order would be cancelledAs previously stated, we received the email confirmation stating that the item had already shipped therefore the order was not cancelledIn the first call you will see that he initially called to check the status of his order and was told that it looked like it should have already shipped and she would try to get tracking for him and send it to himThe customer called back hours later to see if there was tracking and that is when he requested to cancel if there was no tracking informationHe called back mins later because he thought he had been disconnectedThe customer called again at 11:am on 7/and again at 12:on 7/You will also hear that the customer threatened to file a dispute with AMEX several times and he was informed that it was not necessaryAs previously stated, the customer has since filed a credit card dispute with AMEX and all resolutions will need to be processed through the disputeSince the customer has not returned the merchandise to us the claim is being considered fraudulentIf the merchandise is not returned to us within business days, in NEW/UNUSED condition, the claim will be sent to our contracted collections agency to recoup the funds as the customer was informed of one of the callsWe regret that it came to this and had the customer been willing to work WITH us instead of against us I am sure that we could have come to an agreementFrom the moment he requested to return the item the customer was unwilling to follow the process and it really was as simple as filling out a request to return merchandise and nowhere on the form does it ask if you agree to the terms and conditions! The customer stated that AMEX told him not to fill the form out however you will hear in one of the calls that he states he does not want to fill it outWe hope that this will serve as the final response for this complaint with and Revdex.com will see that we were not being unreasonable or unfair and that the customer ordered an item online and received the item that he ordered because we were unable to cancel the order due to it having already been shipped, no error had occuredThank you, [redacted] Operation Manager

The following is a snapshot of the communications this customer has had with us through eBay, which is the venue which the product was purchased throughThe customer was told on multiple occasions that eBay rules dictate that the customer MUST communicate through the eBay platform to necessitate and requests or returns First Communication:I have tried contacting multiple times now and I m not getting a responseThe product is wavy, you can see the clear tape through the acrylic when the lights are on and one fell offI want a refund promptlyIf I don t get a response for the third time now I will contact Revdex.com and will tell my bank that this was fraud.Second Communication I contacted corvette Miss twice, filled out an RMA, contacted corvette Miss again then they told me I never filled out an RMA, then they told me to contact eBaySo yes I have contacted numerous timesI want a refund I am dissatisfied with the product.The item the customer wants to return is machine cutWe've sold 100's and even installed them at our shopShe installed the parts incorrectly, one fell off and now wants Corvette Mods to issue a full refund for a partial product that has been usedShe has made it clear that if we don't agree to her terms she would contact the Revdex.com, which she hasShe claims that the part must be installed to see it if worksThis is untrue, there is no reason why the tape must be removed and the product applied when its an overlayShe could have simply held it up to the taillight, and if it wasn't what she wanted, we would have provided a full refund, no questions askedUnfortunately for us, we are being pressured to take back a part that has no salvage value and can't be resold due to its conditionWe are advising Revdex.com of the facts as we know it so it can be made clear that we are being expected to fully refund a part that is no longer returnable

We could go back and forth on this issue infinitelyThe fact remains that one front brake rotor, pads and caliper and one rear rotor, pad and caliper were installedThe front caliper was damaged when the customer installed it The customer continues to refer to him calling us the day the items shipped to confirm it would fitIt is CLEARLY stated on the listing that the Zwheels are required so we are unclear as to why the customer would have even attempted to install the product if he knew for a fact that he did not have the required wheelsWhen he called he did not specify what style wheel he had and simply stated that he looked at the listing and realized it says it is for a ZHe then stated that he has the 19" front and 20" rear wheels which led our customer service person to believe he was referring to the wheels referenced in the product listing The product , Brembo, is not an item that we carry so there is no way for us to know if they carry a caliper that will work with the rotors he received or with his current wheelsThe customer can contact customer service for instructions if he would like to return the uninstalled items under the terms we have outlined in our previous response.Thank you, [redacted] Operations Manager

We have been in communication with the customer whom has agreed to a $store credit for the missing embroideryThe customer is contacting Revdex.com to withdraw the complaint

As of right now we are still not able to issue the refundAttached is a screen shot of the message we receive when we access the transactionAs soon as it has been cleared we will issue the refund

When a chargeback has been filed the transaction is locked and it is then out of our handsThe customer has made no mention of wanting a store credit until nowWe have not received any email correspondence from the customer and would be more than happy to issue her a store credit for the shipping owed back to herThe customer called our office yesterday and informed the customer service rep that she was filing a lawsuit against usWe have not contacted the customer back at this point because we need to consult with our attorney We have made every good faith effort to remedy this situation and have provided proof that we have made several attempts to issue an additional refund for the shippingWe have admitted that there was an error when her initial refund was issued and feel that we have done everything within our control to settle thisAttached is the call recording from 4/21/where she states she is filing a suitYou will also hear on the call that she never requests a store credit as a resolutionI do not show any other calls from the customer as shown in the call log for the last days, also attached.Thank you, [redacted] Operations Manager

Installed parts can not be returned for a refundYou are welcome to contact the mfg to discuss your concerns on the finish, however once you use them they are used, and therefore can not be resold, and are not returnable by law as they are a safety part

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] This company keeps focusing on the alleged damage to the item They could very well have damaged the item or taken pictures of another one I know that all I did was open it, measure it and determine that it didn't fit The most salient point is that had their advertisement been accurate instead of falsely stating that it fit all C6's except the Zand Z I would not have ordered it for my Grand Sport and they wouldn't have a "damaged" itemIt was only after several emails and my request for documentation of it fitting, did they admit it did not fit the Grand Sport They continue to deny any responsibilityI believe you should be able to believe their description and have an expectation that they are correct Anyway you look it, at best it's advertisement and at worst a fraudulent attempt to extract money I have also asked them to provide me information wrt them returning it to me and also a contact in their legal department for my attorney to contact They have not responded to either request Much as they have refused to try and reach an agreement

The customer did request to return the rail covers as stated in his email request " I spoke with Cameron at ACC and he told me to send it back to youI would rather send these rail covers back as they don't look good offset like this and keep the plenum cover and order the rail covers from ACC Part Number 1356" The customer was offered a 7% discount off the price of the Fuel Rail covers he had already installed as well as a 7% discount off the purchase price of a new set of Fuel Rail covers from ACCThe customer refused both offers as well as the offer to take back the plenum cover and waive the applicable feesWe made every effort to assist this customer and try to sartisfy him however he was not willing to compromise and simply was not willing to accept any offer that was not exactly what he wanted which was to return the Fuel Rail Covers for a full refundThe customer stated in his original complaint that he tried resolutions that would not violate out policies "Desired Settlement:I tried resolutions with this company that I thought were fair and would not violate their policiesThey refused to work with me offering a slap in the face settlementAt this point I want a full refund", taking back an installed item is a violation of our policiesThe customer stated that he installed the Fuel Rail covers and immediately took them back off because he did not like the appearance of them however he received the covers on 6/26/and installed themIt was not until he received the plenum cover on 7/14/that he discovered that he was unable to use the plenum cover with the fuel rails covers he had purchasedThe customer contacted ACC first and then contacted us on 7/16/to request the return of the fuel rail covers, days after he received the fuel rail covers and installed themOnce those covers are installed and screwed down they are no longer "NEW" and cannot be resold as a new item because the screws will leave marks once tightened and show signs of installWe have attached the photo of the fuel rail covers installed on his vehicleWe feel that we have made every reasonable effort to satisfy this customer and we are not able to refund the customer the difference in what he paid for the item and what he accepted for the sale on EBAYWe are willing to issue the customer the 7% discount off the purchase price of the item as we originally offeredIf the customer is willing to accept this as a resolution then the refund amount would be $Thank you, [redacted] Operations Manager

We haven't stolen anything from youPlease provide tracking evidence of where this part was returnedWe will attempt to locate it if it wasn't sent to us directlyOnce we can locate and confirm the condition of the part, we can proceed with any refund that MAY be due

*** You are in collections because you send us back used, installed and damaged partsIn addition, you e signed your name that you understood custom painted items are not refundableOpen a Revdex.com case will not remove you from collections nor will it change our clearly posted return policy
