We in no way mislead the customer and as we previously stated, we were willing to give him a discount on a set of Fuel Rail covers from American Car Craft as well as the offer to take back the plenum cover and not charge the restock fee or original shippingWe also work directly with American Car Craft and sell thousands of their parts to our customersAs we stated before, it would be impossible to go over each and every order and contact each customer make sure they have ordered the correct items.We made every good faith effort to resolve the customers complaint even suggesting that he sell the used fuel rail covers on EBAY to help recoup his cost. As previously stated, I did not receive the full cap set. Then Corvette Mods want to charge me extra for a cap I already paid for? Corvette Mods had no authority to charge my card without my permission. It's evident by this complaint and many others on-line that Corvette Mods would rather spend Time and energy on disputes and disagreements rather than resolution. If I would have initially received the full cap set I would definitely not spend this time on a cap I wouldn't be able use anyway. Doesn't make sense. What makes sense is that Corvette Mods will not send you the complete order then will make you pay more for product already purchased. But I tell you what? I will take the high road and offer Corvette Mods this. If Corvette Mods will send the painted cap now, I will agree to stop this complaint on Revdex.com and many other corvette web sites. Corvette Mods has the total amount for the cap set with the unauthorized charge to my credit card plus an extra $20. I will even agree to pay for shipping. Ball is in Corvette Mods court, Will they choose to take the high road and resolve this $small dispute or will they opt to keep disputing and disagreeing with their customer?

I stand behind my complaints the website did not represent the products in a truthful way and was missing leading and in ways decitful I found a more reputable company to deal with for the rail covers that work directly with American car craft and advertise all compatible productsI have made my concerns about this topic and company available to the National Corvette association and social media

I am aware of the conversation on that call as I have listened to it several timesWhen the customer called he asked if it will work on his Corvette Zand the answer to that question is YES! He never made mention of the fact that the listing stated the Zwheels are REQUIRED and he was putting the emphasis that the listing was for a ZWe have held up to our responsibility to our customers and listed that the Zwheels are required and it was assumed that the customer had done his due diligence and was aware that he would need to acquire the Zwheels if he did not already have themThe customer has negated to disclose the fact that he was advised that he also has the option to add wheel spacers and continue to use his current wheels with the kit We have already made an exception by agreeing to refund the customer for the uninstalled parts even though he is well outside the return periodWe feel we have made a good faith effort to resolve the issue with the customer as amicably as possible Please consider this our final response to this complaint as we have already stated what we are willing to do for the customerWe request that this claim be closed as resolved.Thank you,.*** ***Operations Manager

(comment-3) It’s a Z(comment-4.) YES IT’S A STINGRAY, THE Z51” DOES HAVE A DIFFERENT WHEEL PACKAGE ON IT THAN JUST THE NORMAL“C7”(pretty clear) Where do hear ANYTHING WHERE I REFERENCED A ZWHEEL? It’s incomprehensible you can’t get this as I believe you’re an educated manI would have never called or ordered them if I understood this correctly the first timeI was not sure if the Zin fact had that different of a wheel or if the listing was just referring to the diameterAGIAN and AGIAN I mention I realized it said Z19” and 20” rear wheels and AGAIN this was “THE REASON” for my callYour comment “why the customer would have even attempted to install the product if he knew for a fact that he did not have the required wheels”This comment is way beyond incomprehension! The fifth recording is incompleteI initially spoke with another customer service representative before being transferredThe recording doesn't begin until after the transferIt is during my conversation that has been omitted that I maintain I was told the parts were shipped in errorPlease provide the complete recording

Mr SalendaWe have a very simple inspection policy that you had agreed to when you completed your online order with Corvette ModsWe request that within hours of receiving the product, you inspect it and advise if there is an error in the order or if there is damage to the orderYour order was
placed on 1/and we were not notified until 2/that you had an issueOur parcels are insured and we are expected to promptly provide the insurer evidence of the damage so they can investigate itSince your claim was received nearly three weeks after the purchase, our options were severely limited. The items the customer ordered were direct shipped from our suppliers location and not from Corvette Mods LLC warehouseThe hat was shipped under tracking number ***(USPS) and upon looking at the tracking information it appears the package was delivered back to the
manufacturer on July 23rd by USPS for unknown reason. The other two items were shipped from a separate supplier on July 20th under tracking number *** (FedEx) and delivered to the customer on July 24thWe are working with the manufacturer to get the hat shipped out to the customer ASAP and have communicated this information to the customer as wellThis was simply a case of miscommunication as we are diligently working to resolve this issue for the customerWe request that this complaint be removed from record as resolved.Thank you,*** ***

I have to respond within days or this will be closed and I still have no credit to my credit cardThe only credit I have is from the credit card company because I disputed the chargeThe company claims they issued a refund before this claim was filed and can take up to daysI filed on 3/which means if they are truthful, they issued a credit on or before 3/I will not let this complaint close until they have fulfilled their agreementWhen and if, the credit is processed I still don't think this case should be erased from their historyThey are a terrible company to deal with and other buyers should be made aware of their practicesThis order is from January 30th! This company won't take action until action is taken against them, go read their reviews on other sites

*** ***I never said the mats had tracking #'s ***! Don't put words in words my mouth! The mats tracking ending in 7737from ups were left at door & never signed for! If you open your eyes and read the complaint you can see clear like everyone see's! You shipped the wrong mats and you have the pictures of the wrong mats emailed to you!! You verified it! This is all recorded from the conversation that took place with ***! The second tracking ending in 2097ups was suppose to be a license frame which was Never received and you know that as well!! Supposedly it was misdeluvered along with a third parcel shipped fed ex which was suppose to be a tow hook from zladdems according to fed ex's legal deptthat was shipped to flushing and not Whitestone and you received a claim check for!! You billed my credit cardin Feb fraudulent and again in march for and under credit card fraud investigation and according to *** police will be Citibank that would need to press criminal charges as they issued me a credit for those amounts I did not engage in or if it was up to I would have pressed charges! You sent the amount of to collections illegally as it is not an unpaid balance but a dispute!! There are laws in tact for companies like you that rob&rectory from consumers and think they will get away with it Not with me !! I will go to what ever extent the legal way and use the legal system to make sure you no longer do this act with consumers that spend their hard earned money! SHAME ON YOUR ENTIRE COMPANY! Everyone wants to know how your not shut down yet, I will do my best with the legal system & attorney general office to make sure if that matter is not corrected!
