My first question was will they work on a 2014. I was asked if I had a ZMy reply was no" I had Zwhich has 19" and 20" wheels"I did imply I had Zwheels. I was then asked if it was a ZRMy reply was" it's a CZ51, the Zdoes have a differnt wheel package on it than the C7. again not impling I had Z06 wheels. I think one can see due to all the questions I was very clear about my intention to install these brakes on a Zwith the ZwheelsAgain I NEVER implied I had the Zwheels I was very clear about stating I had Z51 19" and 20" wheelsAgain it makes no difference what the listing said or the GM secifications said I was not asking if I changed the wheels to a Zstyle would they workI was asking if they would work on a Zwhich has 19' and 20" wheels. I had to work through a three party communication chain and I can see how the communication keep breaking down. It appears the only thing that was heard in the end was will they work on a Z51. I gave the information to the operator which then asked service which then ask GMSo I can see why Mr*** keeps refering they "work on a Z51" as they will with the ZwheelsMy soul intent was to find out if they work my Corvette as is and they won'tI'm sorry if the information was not conveyed apropriately but thats not my faultI seems clear the operator had a difficult time understanding what I was asking as she ask questions about having a ZRand Zwhich I kept referning back to my Zwith 19" and 20" wheelsI think the recording helps validate my posstion and would still ask to honor my last request or a better counter offer. If this cannot be resolved then we will have to lidigation. My intentions were honest and pure and I don't why you refuse to understand this. Mr. *** have you discussed this with the Owner? I would like an oportunity to discuss this with him/her if they are amenable.

The condescending email from *** along with *** "hey bro" actions are no way to treat your customers, but again you fail to see that because you are only concerned with getting my moneyThe it who gave me the wrong tracking number and claims for two days that it was correct and only admitted fault when it was already delivered to you instead of me because of orace's gross negligence is not acceptable eitherUpon finally receiving my so called new sidemarkers I immediately noticed that both of them had noticeable paint chips and scratchesI do not believe oracle took two weeks to paint them with the condition they were inAs I mentioned in one of my many emails, I will NEVER buy from your company or oracle again and will be spending several hours visiting every social media outlet to voice my displeasure with your companiesYou can rest assure that you screwed with the wrong person!

EMAIL: Following up on our call from Wednesday--- I have obtained the signatures for the UPS deliveries to your location that you claim you did not receive because you were out of town getting your dealer's license and also stated the sale fell throughTherefore these parts would no longer be needed According to the state of *** *** *** *** *** is owned by *** *** & *** *** which I assume are your parents/relatives and that the tracking ending in signed for by "***" was actually supposed to be "***," short for ***? And the first letter in the signature for the tracking ending in starts with an "A" for *** ***? In short, the items you have received need to be returned if you would like to be removed from collections and settle the dispute

I guess they never heard of shipping , this company is a bad excuse for a company and what I wanted was to return the covers but they wouldn't take themThen I said we can split it but they want to give me dollars Keep your moneyObviously they need it more than meAs for this complaint it stands in my book and my dissatisfaction will be posted on every Corvette site I can find

The credit for $is now on my statementIt had nothing to do with me not seeing the credit because of my disputing the charge with my credit card companyIt had everything to do with your company, not refunding until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comWhy should I not get my shipping and handling back??? It's YOUR company or YOUR "outside warehouse" that sent the wrong item and then back orderedI was not willing to wait and see if I get the item I ordered on 1/after the way your business handled the return in the first placeYour response time are ridiculous and the excuses are even worse

We have made our final offer to allow the return of the uninstalled items for a refund minus the 25% restocking feeIt is clearly listed in the product description that the ZStyle wheels are required and the customer has admitted that he saw where is said that "Then I question myself over the fact that it read “requires Z19” and 20” wheels” "The customer knew he did not have the Zwheels before he installed the parts on his carThe customer service representative gave accurate information based on the question he askedHe never asked if the kit would work with his wheels, he asked if it will work on his Zand it will. Sir, it's not a new ruleYou had your shop sand it down then just demanded a refundWe need to see the issue before any refunds or replacements are issuedThe burden of proof is on you to show us the defects you're claiming

This customer placed an order for custom parts that are made to orderWe kept the customer informed thru the entire process,informing im of the delays that were caused due to an issue with manufacturers mold they use to make the headlight insertsThere was also a delay because the actual
headlights that were sent to the manufacturer were incorrect so they had to be sent back and the correct ones were not immediately available form GMHe states "We finally found the number of the company that was building the headlights." which is a statement, we provided the number to the customer so he could hear from the actual manufacturer that the delays were legitimate.The customer repeatedly called us and threatened legal action as well as filing a chargeback with his credit card and we felt that it was best if we cancelled the order and terminated the transaction with this customerThe customer did in fact file a chargeback on his credit card transactionThe customers desired resolution is unacceptable and is slanderousWe request that this complaint be closed and stricken from the record due to the request for us to go out of business, this request is not a reasonable request! We were notified that you claimed that the items were damaged on deliveryWe submitted a claim to FedexFedex declined the claim stating that the item did not appear to be damaged and the packing was sufficient. At that point, we advised you to send the item backIt was never
receivedIn July we received notice of a payment disputeWe provided evidence to your credit card company that the item was delivered and was never returned back to usWe contacted to let you know that it was your responsibility to return the item or we would proceed with collections actions on the value of the parcel. The email from the manufacturer was actually stating that the customer was being difficult and was demandingIt also states that they informed the customer that the order was delayed because they did not have the "CF" which stands for CARBON FIBERTaken straight from the manufacturers email "We did admit and you can even ask the customer, told him that it’s our fault that CF housings arrived late."We are not trying to push the blame off on the manufacturer because these things happen occasionallyThe customer has continued to call and attempt to drag the manufacturer into the middle of this complaint he has filed and to our knowledge they have not communicate with himOur relationship with the manufacturer should not be of any concern to the customerContrary to the lie that he has told, they were paid otherwise the product would never have been shipped to usThe package was shipped to the customer and we had them reroute the shipment to come to our facility when the customer stated he was going to take legal action and file a credit card disputeAs previously stated, we are unable to refund the customer because he has an ongoing dispute with his credit card and we have provided proof of thatWe made every good faith effort to take care of this customer and update him as things progressed and we were continuously met with harsh attitude and repeated threats of legal recourse and chargebacksPlease consider this our final response to this complaint as there is no additional information that can be provided. As previously stated, we did not sell the customer an incorrect item and the product is intended as an "upgrade" to his vehicleIt is clearly disclosed on the listing that the Zstyle wheels are requiredWe regret that we are unable to accept back the installed parts because of liability reasonsWe are going well outside our policy and allowing the return of the uninstalled items since it is sold as a kit and we will have to purchase the missing pieces to make the kit complete againThe offer to return the uninstalled item for a refund minus a 25% restock fee is our final offer I would hope that the customer as well as the Revdex.com can understand why we are not able to make an exception on the installed items considering they are brakes! If he were to of purchased the kit directly from GM and installed them, they would not take them back either! Just as much as the customer would not have been happy if we would have sent him parts that had previously been installed, it would not be fair to send his previously installed parts to another customerWe are not questioning his integrity or intentions and hope that he can reflect on our decision and understand our stance on it. It should have come as no surprise to Mr *** that I had filed a dispute with American Express since I informed his people of this measure the day I tried to arrange the return of the item and stated this in my original complaint to the Revdex.comThe representation that Corvette Mods hands are now tied and resolution of the dispute must go through the credit card company is falseIf in fact we were to come to an agreement that resolved the issue all that would be required is for me to contact AMEX and ask them to close the dispute.I do find the timing of Mr ***'s claim that he can no longer address this through the Revdex.com dubious considering it comes immediately after my request for him to produce the recording of the conversation where I claim his customer service representative stated the items were shipped in errorIf my account of the conversation was incorrect all Mr *** would need to do is present the recordings and prove that his company's representative never stated the parts were shipped in error.The core issue of the dispute is the same as what I addressed with Corvette Mods in conversations with them when I received the canceled parts and, what I described in my original complaint to the Revdex.comI will not complete an RMA form that holds me responsible for shipping of an order I canceled and was shipped in errorIf I had in fact completed this form and found the shipping charges had not been removed from my credit card account I would have had no grounds for filing a dispute with AMEXCorvette Mods would have been the first to say the customer agreed with the terms of the return and is responsible for the shipping feesThis is precisely why the AMEX Representative directed me to not complete the form and Corvette Mods instance that it be filled out.Mr ***'s response does not resolve this dispute

This customer ordered a Custom Painted Perforated Exhaust Enhancer plate for he Base System exhaust (standard exhaust) and that is what was sent to himThe customer did not contact us until after he had cut the item and damaged it because he tried to force install on his carHad we been contacted
prior to that we could have worked with him to get him the part that he needed because apparently he has an upgraded exhaust and not the base systemThe order was placed on 6/and shipped out on 6/however we did not hear anything from the customer in regards to this issue until 6/and he had already cut the piece in halfThis is simply an issue of the customer ordering incorrectly for his exhaust typeWe put the customer in contact with the manufacturer and they were not willing to accept the product back eitherWhen the customer contacted the manufacturer he informed them that he has an NPP exhaust which is not what he placed the order forHe stated our sales person is the one that ordered it incorrectly for him when in fact he had placed the items in his cart and then called us to see if we had any promos going to receive a discount on the order and our salesman the order for him but made no changes to the item that the customer had already selectedWe regret that the customer ordered an incorrect item for his car and as previously stated, had he contacted us prior to cutting the part in half, we could have worked with him to help him get what he neededWe simply cannot take back an item that has been cut in half due to the customers error on orderingPlease see the email we received from the manufacturer after the customer called"*** *** just called really upsetHe received the wrong filler panelHe was sent one for a stock exhaust when he should have got one for an NPP exhaust.You guys ordered a from us which is for standard exhaust and we sent that outHe needed a We wont be issuing a replacement on our end.Thank you,*** *** Please see attached photo for a copy of what the customer ordered as proof that we ordered what he requested.Thank you,*** ***

In the recording "Call 5" you can here a person that identifies herself as *** state she has been apprised of the discussion I just had with *** I ask her if *** made her aware that AMEX advised me not to fill out their online RMA formNo where in the previous recordings provided can you hear me review any discussion with AMEX with *** In "Call 4" you hear me say I will call AMEX but I never reference any instructions given to me by themClearly there is a conversation with *** that has been omitted.I would also like to point out that the entire recorded conversation I had with *** in "Call 4" lasted 0.01:In the "Call Record" provided by Mr*** this call is listed as lasting 0.02:09, the recording time and log time don't matchThere is also a "missed call" that lasted 0.01:How does a missed call last almost a minute and a half?I maintain that the recordings of the calls I had with Corvette Mods have not been provided in their entirety and, that during the conversation I had with "***" I was in fact informed that the parts had been shipped by mistakeThe data provided by Mr *** has been manipulated and is incomplete.We have no other call recording for this customer within the last daysAs you will see on the call records in the attachment, we have call recordings for this *** phone number and we previously send you those call recordingsWe have no calls from the evening phone number that the customer provided youWe are not hiding anything from the Revdex.com and will reiterate that we did not ship the item to customer by mistakeWe request that this complaint be closed as the customer has already filed the case with his credit card company and has tied our hands on being able to assit him any further

Ms*** is absolutely correct that she should have been refunded her shipping as wellWe have attempted to issue an additional refund for the shipping and due to the customer opening a chargeback the transaction has been locked and the refund was rejectedThe customer stated that we did not refund her until she filed her Revdex.com complaint and that is inaccurateIf the customer would like to close that chargeback with her credit card then we are more than happy to refund her shipping as well, otherwise we can issue a store credit for the amountThe incorrect refund was an oversight by our accounting department and we sincerely apologize for the error

** *** has committed a fraudulent credit card dispute against Corvette Mods LLCHe has left our staff threatening messages, harassed our customer service members and has threatened everything possible to dateCorvette Mods is in possession of signed tracking notices from the recipient of the parcelsAll were received and signed for although he claims otherwise. We will not debate the legitimacy of his collections actions on a public forum, however he was advised what action we would take should the merchandise not be paid forWe have gone forward with that actionPer the advice of Corvette Mods legal counsel, we have been advised to not respond to any further communications with this individualWe have also reported his threats to local law enforcement and have turned over all harassing documents and voicemail's.Any further responses to his claims against us with the Revdex.com will be responded to with the same content in the message above
