Installed parts can not be returned for a refund. You are welcome to contact the mfg to discuss your concerns on the finish, however once you use them they are used, and therefore can not be resold, and are not returnable by law as they are a safety part

We haven't stolen anything from youPlease provide tracking evidence of where this part was returned. We will attempt to locate it if it wasn't sent to us directly. Once we can locate and confirm the condition of the part, we can proceed with any refund that MAY be due.

As we previously stated, the cap was sent with the original order. When a customer orders a custom painted cap set, we order the caps from GM and when they arrive we send them to be painted. If we had not sent the cap then we would have had a cap floating around here and that was not the case. We do not stock these caps! We offered to paint his original cap FREE OF CHARGE, which would have been at a loss. We offered to sell the customer a new cap and half the cost of the cap with him and paint it at NO CHARGE, we would have lost money this way as well. We were willing to do this for the customer to try and resolve the missing cap issue and to help him complete his set. We cannot tell you what happened to the cap once it left our warehouse and can only speculate as to what happened. We have already explained the reason the customer was charged the additional $40, he filed a fraudulent chargeback and we recharged the amount. The customer was sent what was ordered and we made a good faith effort to try and assist the customer.  Attached is the actual invoice from where we ordered them from GM to have them shipped to us and painted. On the invoice there are 8 parts, the first part on the list is the dipstick that the customer ordered and the remaining 7 are the caps. Below is a list of the parts that are included in the C6 Underhood Cap set for a dry sump engine. c6 UNDERHOOD CAP SET   DRY OIL CAP DRY OIL TANK CAP WINDSHEILD WASHER CAP BRAKE MASTER CAP CLUTCH MASTER CAP PS CAP WET RAD TANK CAP

I am rejecting this response because: If you follow the e-mail traffic customer service admit to the rim being bad. Also I have video and work order from a certified tire shop to prove my case. They had ample amount of time to resolve this issue.  The test was done on a road force machine.

UPS states that the package was delivered as did the driver that came out and reviewed the drop location. You should have a secure location to receive packages if you live in a questionable neighborhood or have it delivered to your office.

The response is all lies. The only communication was after the initial order was placed (they asked for a copy of my credit card, which was very suspicious and soon after our card was fraudulently used 3 times), and responses to my emails that we initiated after no communication was received from them. The manufacturer emailed me the date that they received the headlights and the date that they tried to ship the headlights to us. The manufacturer said the only delay would have been the European headlights they were going to send them. The manufacturer said it would take about 2 weeks to build, which is what it took, once they received them. As far as complaints, this is the only complaint I have filed, because I never received the parts that we paid for on November 30, 2015. After not receiving any communication two weeks after the parts were shipped back, we did tell American Express the situation. As far as we are concerned, this company took our money and had no intention of sending our parts or our money back.

I ordered a 7133 part # and was sent 6627 if the people at corvette mob would look at their own pictures in the computer they would see what the difference was.  but these people want to lye and cheat people out of their money when corvette mob they are the ones who made the mistake for ordering something from [redacted] corvette to fill a order they took.   I had called them first and they didn't have the part so I know it was done by the money hunger thieves at corvette mob  that is why yelp has more bad reviews on it then good ones and that is why you can't leave a review on corvette mob web site .  these people just want to lye lye lye   and I hope Revdex.com will see that and not find in their behave

I have AGAIN given this company a chance to rectify this problem and they are as unresponsive as usual. I gave [redacted] 2 days to call me back. No call. The credit card company said the case is released. I was going to have them reinstate my account and give me a credit to use from THIER company as a way to finally fix this! NO call back. When I called the second day I was told to email Eric. It has been 3 months and sick of all of MY effort for their mistake and still out money.

The customer purchased an item from us and contacted us to inform us that the item did not fit and needed to return it. We sent the customer the return instructions and he responded that he was concerned the item would be returned to him because the package had been opened and per our policy the...

item must be returned in original packaging. We informed him that as long as the item was returned in new/unused condition and had not been installed then he would be fine. The return arrived and when inspected it was discovered that the item had severe scratches in the surface preventing the merchandise from being able to be returned to stock. Our terms and conditions are clearly stated on the website and customers are unable to complete a purchase until they have checked the box stating that they agree to our terms and conditions. Had the merchandise been returned in new condition and could have been repackaged and sold then we would have gladly refunded the customer. We advised the customer to file a damage claim with the carrier if he feels it was damaged in transit. We are not trying to be unfair however we cannot refund an item that is essentially trash at this point. in constant contact with you providing accurate info given to us from the manufacturer. Our call log shows that you have called 18 times since you received your order and most of them were back to back calls. If all of our representatives are on the phone, they will not be able to immediately answer your call. You will need to leave a message so you can be called back or send an email. Calling repeatedly only delays the process. You called and spoke to [redacted] in sales yesterday and he tried to explain to you what happened. After reviewing the call, he was being talked over. The label was not active at the time as the label was just printed. Oracle did accidentally send your replacements to us instead of to you and we turned them right around to you the same day [redacted]). They are taking responsibility for the error and Oracle has reached out to you. They are currently waiting for you to return their phone call. Regards

corvette mob is just as I said crooks and they don't wish to except the fact a 7133 is not a 6627 and they can't make the fact go away so now they don't want to respond  and the key point they don't want to pay the money they owe  thanks for trying to help but they are crooks and should get negative mark for this shameful display of business action

I am rejecting this response because: if you actually zoom in and look at the picture there is no way in the world that would happen from shipping, theres jb weld on the "lip" and its all scraped from being on the ground, You may believ you dont sell used parts but someone pulled a fast one, we can go back and forth about this all year im asking you pay for the shipping I had to pay? put together to send your product back

quickly gave you all the info you needed to send it back for a full refund. Per our store policy, shipping is the responsibility of the customer if they choose to send a part back for a refund. Based on the weight of the part, shipping costs should have been around $10.00. As a sign of goodwill, we would be happy to extend to you store credit for the amount of shipping it would cost to ship this item to you originally. Thank you.

Regards, while a lot of what they said was true, the manufacturer of the plenum cover told me explicitly that Corvette Mods were aware that the plenum cover would only work with their rail covers. This was not in the description of the item. Also I did install the rail cover but took them off right away as they did not look right as they were manufactured in the style of a C4 corvette instead of a C5. Again this was not in the description of the item. I have since sold the rail covers on ebay for 250 and now request the difference between that and what I paid which was 309. Also, I never spoke with its person who replied so he is getting 3rd hand info.
