I am rejecting this response because:Even the body shop owner asked you, as I did,  how could you send out such a poor quality product to a customer. Stop whining about your policy and do the right thing!

You can see the attachment where the funds were withdrawn from our account. Your dispute was for the full amount of the order when the item in question is $319.47 after your discount, not your dispute amount of $634. The information we submitted to your credit card company was the information they requested. As of today, you still have both items in your possession plus the funds which is theft. You are still financially responsible for the items you have, regardless of the condition. As explained prior, the $750 is the amount of your order plus the processing fees we have incurred due to your chargeback.

We can keep going back and forth indefinitely, as I have endless time to resolve this dispute. The fact of the matter is this: I ordered and paid for parts that I never received after 4 months and apparently will never receive. I was never sent a refund. Any excuse for not sending the parts or the refund is not acceptable.

This customer order a C5 Corvette Cargo shade and was shipped a C5 Corvette Cargo shade. The customer stated the we never responded to the letter he sent us and that would be because we do not have a record of receiving a letter from him otherwise we would have responded. Our product listing does...

not state that it fits a 2003 Z06 because there is no need for a cargo shade on the Z06. Our listing shows the cargo shade installed on a yellow C5 Corvette as well as a blue C5 Corvette with the hatch open and not on a C6 Corvette as the customer has stated. The customer called customer service (recording attached) afer he was sent return instructions that informed him that original shipping charges would be withhheld from his refund. Customer service informed him that we sell cargo shades for C5 as well as C6 and goes on to ask if what he received has the C5 logo to which the customer stated "No it only has the Corvette logo on it". He was also informed that if we in fact determined that he was shipped an incorrect item then he would not be subjected to the shipping being withhheld. We do not have a cargo shade listed that has just the "Corvette" logo on it so the customer was asked to send a photo. The customer sent a photo (attached) the next day and it was determined that he was in fact sent the C5 Cargo Shade as was ordered. We then informed him that he received a C5 cargo shade that has the C5 logo. The customer never mentions that he has a Z06 Corvette. The customer had a 5% discount on his order and after the discount was applied it brought the cost of the item to $56.99 (what he paid for it), we withheld original shipping in the amount of $8.49 because he received free shipping on his order, which brought his total refund amount to $48.50. The customer is not owed any monies from us and we followed our policies for returns on this order. Please see all attachments, we have included shots from our listings for both the C5 Cargo Shade (what he ordered) as well as the C6 cargo shades so that you can see how we list them individually for Z06,ZR1, Grand Sport, etc. The C5 cargo shade only has one listing becasue it is only for the C5 Coupe as shown in the item's description. There was no error in shipment for this order and the customer was refunded correctly.Thank you,[redacted]Operation Manager

We have no other call recording for this customer within the last 60 days. As you will see on the call records in the attachment, we have 5 call recordings for this [redacted] phone number and we previously send you those 5 call recordings. We have no calls from the evening phone number that the customer provided you. We are not hiding anything from the Revdex.com and will reiterate that we did not ship the item to customer by mistake. We request that this complaint be closed as the customer has already filed the case with his credit card company and has tied our hands on being able to assit him any further.Thank you,

You were advised by customer service that their is a lead time of 3-5 days to process return / exchange requests. Exploiting Corvette Mods on Revdex.com will not speed up the process that you were informed about. thanks

I am rejecting this response because: On 1/30/2017 I received a message from Corvette Mods  They were willing to extend to me a store credit for the value of one of my purchasesto show goodwill on their part.If I agreed they would have their customer service team issue the voucher ASAP. I agreed and to date that has not happenednor was I able to get any response from customer service.Please reopen this case.* [redacted]

We communicated with this customer on Friday 1/22/2016 and informed him that we had checked our stock of the bulbs and found that all of the bulbs had marks on them that are consistent with the marks on the ones he returned. We apologized to the customer and advised that we are issuing a refund for...

[redacted] you are the owner of this fraudulent operations, the reviews state your reputation & sure you are aware of the ongoings!You and your staff have done nothing  more that fabricate lies, it is all on recording, your allegations have no credibility with any source what's so ever! Your Yale group attorneys are not informed with any information  to what you allege, as well as the Fort Worth Police Dept! Your orginazation is under credit card fraud investigation as we speak! Your  Company [redacted] is very fraudulent , yesterday myself & Citibank called and spoke to [redacted] your rep, and questioned a second fraudulent charge of $495 that was charged on 3-31-17. Everything is documented and the truth cannot be overridden, this is the second fraudulent charge , the first being for $475 on2-18-17!! Not to mention that you sent the original amount to IC System credit bureau as an unpaid balance which is not & a credit card dispute that out of 3 items I paid for only one was received and incorrect and verified by [redacted] that it was wrong. This is a Behavior you have demonstrated to 90% of your customers & I will be that person that makes a difference to what ever it takes to secure justice! Every conversation has been documented foolproof if your not aware , you can not extort,& rob honest consumers that willingly pay & are frauded by your company [redacted]! You sent a charge as an unpaid balance to a collection agency without looking at the laws of Fair  Credit Billing Acts,FCBA Rights & Attorneys!! I am not going away until my monies are refunded & an apology is given. I have no problem flying to smalls claim court in Fort Worth TX.You and your associates will not get away with the fraud & Lies, this is all recorded on trap call, I am not letting this go , I don't care at what expense, justice will be served!!

It was I who sent [redacted] and [redacted] of Corvette Mods pictures of my engine and a diagram of where the caps go.  There was a lot of confusion as to where and how many caps are in a the set.  I have emails to prove this.    I guarantee I did not throw the cap out.  I was so excited to receive the package, I made sure I went through each wrapped part.   I've never written to the Revdex.com.    I really have a lot of better things to do with my life over a $40 cap but it's the point of the matter. [redacted], [redacted] and Eric with Corvette Mods do nothing to make customers happy and satisfied.  They are dishonest and unfair and will debit unauthorized charges on your credit card. This is a prime example of the customer service received from Corvette Mods.  All of this over $40.00?.  I spent over $300.00 for the cap set and had planned on spending plenty more on future orders but not now.

Corvette Mods is one of the few internet based Corvette Parts companies that have sales agents available to speak with in case you have any questions.  The customer did not mention that he has a Grand Sport Corvette until after the item was received and we informed him that it will not fit a Grand Sport and then he stated his car was a Grand Sport. As a good faith effort and a one time courtesy we are willing to refund the customer for the cost of the item if the customer is willing to accept that as a resolution to this dispute.Thank you,[redacted]Operations Manager

I am rejecting this: I did eventually receive a refund from the company but it wasn’t until after I filed a claim with PayPal.  At first 
I disputed the charges and never received a response. It was after 10 days and I filed a claim. They never responded to the dispute. And I was told I would have to drop the dispute to get a refund. PayPal advised me not to do so and file a claim against the company.

I am rejecting this response because: I understand that your customer service are not Tech. But customer service request for proof that the rim was bent. I provided them with the information that proved the rim is bent from a certified tire shop. If you are having problems with your supplier. I should not be the one that get punish for it. This whole process have been unorganized and costly.

I did remove the rail covers as I said and put the stock ones back on till the plenum cover got delivered. This company backtracks on everything they said. Submit your recordings to the BBQ and let them see. You never offered discount on the rail covers and your offer now like it was then is an insult. Your company has NO integrity and my complaint should stand on its merit.

The front splitter (not bumper) you were sent was not used - we do not sell used parts. It was simply damaged during shipping. While we were processing your replacement, you disputed your payment and the merchant directed you return the item, then granted a full refund to your account. You...

provided us pictures on 9/18 then disputed your payment on 9/20.

I have not personally spoken to the customer however as the Operations Manager I am aware of any and all customer issues and have access to all files, recordings and emails. We are not able to refund the customer the diffrence in what he paid Corvette Mods and what he sold them for on EBAY. We offered the customer a discount on a new set of Fuel Rail covers from American Car Craft that would be compatible with the Plenum cover he has and he declined. We have attempted to assist this customer in every reasonable way and all efforts have been rejected. What the customer is requesting is not at all reasonable and we are unable to grant his request. The offer for a discount on a new set of Fuel Rail covers still stands as does the offer to return the Plenum cover in NEW/UNUSED condition with all protective film still intact and we will not charge the 20% restocking fee or original shipping. Thank you,[redacted]Operations Manager

We are not a used parts retailer, it was damaged during shipping as said prior.  You didn't allow us enough time to process the replacement. Again, you sent pics on 9/18 then disputed the payment on 9/20. That's only 2 days.
