I received a bill from Quest for a $for a test that my insurance company, [redacted] has said I should not payA physician's office - [redacted] sent my blood work to Quest when I went for an annual visit last October 2, Each time I have contacted [redacted] to get information, they have said that I do not owe Quest for this bill [redacted] representatives have even called Quest's billing department multiple times and have faxed over documentation twice on May to prove that according to my insurance plan that I had at the time of my visit, I should not be being billed for the service that Quest performedI also had previous communication with [redacted] over the phone and through their secure email portal where they confirmed that I am not responsible for this billQuest has not updated my bill and still says that I am responsible for this service despite my insurance carrier saying the opposite

I received a bill from Quest Diagnostics out of Denver, Colorado, with a billing address o [redacted] Their billing address is [redacted] Apparently, some Dr.'s office submitted my blood work to Quest without my knowledge Quest is not part of my medical plan, which is [redacted] I did not authorize or contract with Quest Diagnostics in any way Quest must be aware of this or failed to check They sent me a bill for 4X my billing rate through my medical provider When I spoke with them on the phone, I told them I would pay them for the contracted rate for [redacted] , which is what I did I paid them $ Since I have no legal relationship with Quest Diagnostics and they did not contact me in any way about doing business with me I am not obligated to pay them anything They have turned me over to a medical collection company called [redacted] and they are threatening my credit The bill th

Quest Diagnostics Violated my privacy when they released THREE times my medical records to an incorrect dr [redacted] MY Doctor which is clearly imprinted the prescription for my blood work is [redacted]  If this is not remediated I will obtain an attorney

Quest had a problem billing my insurance and there was confusion because I moved from [redacted] to [redacted] I paid a bill out of pocket, which was eventually submitted to my insurance and paid by themQuest issued a refund to a bank account that I had closed, and I did not realize that they would automatically send it to the account on file without confirming with meI have not received that refund into an active account because Quest reports that the money was received by Wells Fargo, but when I called [redacted] they said that the transaction was not accepted by the bankThe most recent time I called Quest, the woman I spoke with was very helpful, but her supervisor told her to "just forget about it" because they would not help meShe mentioned she would be investigating my problem, but I still have not heard back

On October, 27th I created an account with Quest DIRECT Diagnostics in order to buy directly some blood tests for myself as I do not have any doctor or physicianAfter this procedure "creating an account" I scheduled my blood tests for November, 1st 9:15amSo I went to the lab in this date, located at [redacted] ***I got my my blood test and everything was OKHowever today is November, 13th 2018, so days has passed, and so far I did not receive any of my ResultsPlease HELP

Two lab dates of service in [redacted] CA in Billed by Quest Diagnostics out of [redacted] ** My insurance is through the State of [redacted] with [redacted] on a PPO contract I got EOB's from my carrier and paid the applicable balances in In Quest rebilled for the same services [redacted] paid them more which reduced my co-pays minimally I called Quest and requested a reimbursement They said since the dates of service were in all their records were destroyed and I'd have to copy and send them a written explanation and a copy of all EOBs and correspondence They were obviously lying since they had just rebilled for the same services one month earlier Specifics are: DOS 3/28/14, billed $474.13, paid $by [redacted] , I paid co-pay of $against their invoice # [redacted] They rebilled on 1/4/ [redacted] increased payment to $and my co-pay went down to $ The owe me $ DOS 8/20/14, billed $283.94,

I have received numerous bills from Quest Diagnostics in the amount of $3,for laboratory tests performed on July 13, I have informed Quest that I am disputing the validity of the debt in that I did not request such testing from my physician and I don't recall such tests being performedI have no idea what tests were performed as wellNow I am receiving collection notices from Credit Collection Services, file number: [redacted] ***Please note since our healthcare insurance was under my spouses name; [redacted] , the debt collection is being directed to her

I have to make customers AWARE of their horrible business practicesIf you pay over the phone, they charge you twice the same amount by "mistake" you call and it takes 4-to issue a refundThey can double charge you immediately but to give you your money back 4-6?? Do they really have that many claims to process??? They have charged me for tests that WERE NOT IN THE DOCTORS ORDERS, however doesnt matter how many time you call, who do you speak with, they will still charge it and threaten you to send it collection, even to my year old motherIs pointless to prove to them, fax them the documents, they treat with disrespect and complete disregard of your claimBottom line even if the test wasnt perform because it was not in doctors orders they still charge you for this ghost testing, and complain in the billing department with the document in hand with the doctors orders, means NOTHING TO THEMIs despicable that UPMC deals with this business, I will suggest you look elsewhere for your lab work, and mention it to your doctorThis business is VERY FISHY

My doctor staff sent my labs to quest and when I got a bill from quest I contacted my doctors office to inquire, they then explain it was an error I told quest yet still they sent me to collections Natasha from quest wasn't very helpful until I pressure her because I am in the medical field as well so I am very familiar with processesI will not use them or recommend them EVER!!!!

I order labs on over patients per dayQuest labs consistently has at least one major error on greater than 50% of the labs I orderSpecifically the urine studies and hour urine collectionsWe have called them repeatedly, but it appears it has to do with the culture of the lab technicians and staff and each lab not caring about their job and inadequate trainingWe do not have the same problems with the other labs in our area including [redacted] , [redacted] , and [redacted] Hospital

[redacted] paid for my routine pap smear for August and Quest is billing for a test other than the routine papThey are billing for HPV High Risk and that is not my condition I'm not sexually activeI told Quest [redacted] refuse to pay because the test was not neededI'm not paying for a test I did not consent for

On October 30th, 2017, I had a basic routine physical performed at [redacted] I even brought in my full explanation of benefits, and when I was hesitant at the request for bloodwork, she took me to the front office to see how the secretary had coded the bloodwork in the computer - it was coded preventative, and everything was 100% covered No payment was required from me at all Later, through an [redacted] Court Case and then followed by the U.SDepartment of Labor and the U.SDistrict Court, the insurance company was put through liquidation by the government and a 'cease and desist' "All Writs Order" was issued by the courts to providers, dated December 27th, This lab, Quest Diagnostics, has been trying to collect since February 13th, At this current moment, on record this company has at least 2x (two) violations of the cease and desist against me They do not answer or respond to phone calls, e-mail, or web contact They have no respect
