Quest Diagnostics will never take the initiative to process your claim through a secondary insurance company even when they receive both the primary AND secondary insurance information from your doctorThey require you call them to tell them something they already know before they will process your claim through your secondary insurance In my experience, that doesn't mean you won't have to call AGAIN when they don't do it the first time.....or when there is yet another claim filedBecause OH YES, you must call them again EACH TIMEHow much money have they taken from people that assume all insurance payments have been processed?
