I have tried calling this company on more than separate occasions and each time placed on hold times and never seem to get through to representativeI spoke to a representative on occasion and when I told her I was disputing the bill she told me to call a different number which I then called and still could not get a representative on the phoneI wrote an email on September 9th, to the email address listed on website and have never received a response I visited the *** CA office on June 7, I was told my insurance carrier at the time *** did not cover the services being requested and I would need to pay for balance in full I gave the reception the paperwork from my dentist showing all lab working being requested and was told the amount due was $148, I paid the balance in full with my credit card and received a receipt It was not until almost months later that I received a notice stating I owed additional fees I have requested an explanation of the
I have had multiple cases of Quest trying to collect from me even after they've been paid by my insurance company They have recently reported two blood tests to collections even AFTER my attorney got Quest, my doctor's office and the insurance company on the phone to workout the issue The issue was supposedly resolved and Quest paid and they still sent them to collections No letters, nothing until I discovered that my credit score dropped significantly when those two collections accounts were places on my reports
