In my wife was send by her doctor to get test done at quest after she had her test done in few weeks quest send a bill for $when I call and ask about Bill quest told me they never received paperwork from dr office so I call dr office and they telling me that all paperwork was send to quest nobody taking responsibility and now quest put me on collection agency

The blood work was not preformed on the blood that was drawnHad to return to the business to have more blood drawn so the blood could be tested

My son had his blood drawn at Quest in June Quest entered our insurance card number incorrectly so our insurance company denied the invoiceWe spoke with Quest representatives in July, August, and September, and each time we were assured that a new bill would be sent to insurance with the correct insurance informationWe have continued to receive the same bill without the corrected informationWe are concerned that this bill will be sent to collections This is an error by Quest that they have continually failed to correct, and we should not have to pay or fear collection action when we have insurance that will cover this bill

Quest Diagnostics' handling of lab sample and results is UNACCEPTABLE! Quest Diagnostics refuses to bill my secondary insurance for testing ordered by my Dr I have called Quest, emailed Quest, written to Quest over the last three months with all the secondary insurer information I have received not one response Today I received a collection call from Quest The caller said Quest had submitted to the secondary insurer and the claim was denied and as such, I owed the outstanding invoice with Quest That is a complete lie; I spoke to the secondary insurer following the collection call and no claim has ever been submitted Secondary insurer has covered the testing cost annually through other providers; the only difference is Quest was the provider this time and their refusal to submit the claim I called Quest again today and after a minute wait, finally got a customer rep on the phone His (Josh) statement : "It is a Quest policy that we do not submit claims to secondary insurers." that is simply outrageous They do not tell you this when

On 8/29/my husband was sent to Quest Diagnostics, located *** *** *** *** * ** *** ***, by his Drto have blood drawn for tests When he was sitting in the chair ready to have blood drawn the technician told him he had to pay $up front in order to get the test done My husband only had cash, but they didn't accept cash I had given him a new debit card the night before, and it had not been activated yet, and there was no money in the account The technician ran that card as a "authorization", basically authorizing an estimated patient responsibility rate of $to be charged to the card whenever the insurance claim processing is complete When my husband told me what had transpired, I was concerned because, there was no indication as to when the charge was going to debit the bank account I called the billing department on 8/30/16, and both a representative, and a supervisor told me that pre-paying the $was NOT REQUIRED before having the

Submitted a sample to Quest Diagnostic in Valrico FL after approximately one hour of collection and the results came back stating that they could not test it due to age of the sampleI found out that I gave them the sample on 10/24/but they did not send it for testing until 11/02/days later! I received a bill on dated 10/21/for various lab tests that occurred on 8/21/ After insurance had paid, I was billed $ I paid through my online bank accountIt was an electronic payment, on 11/5/ I received the exact same bill - same invoice for the exact same 8/21/services for the exact same amount This bill was dated 3/29/ I called the Customer service number on 4/and spoke with *** She informed me that they did not receive payment and further more, they do not accept electronic payments I have been paying the same way for quite some time I then went to the website and uploaded both bills, as well as by bank statement showing the transaction that paid them The website says it will take 2-days for a response I am still waiting

These tests typically have a turn around time of less than a week Quest states patients receive results within a week
I have yet to receive my results My emails about my results, while initially received a response, are no longer receiving any reply whatsoever

I did not authorize these charges on Invoice *** and I explicitly stated on ALL doctor paperwork to ONLY provide me services covered percent by my insuranceNO more No Less

As a part of my standard wellness visit my doctor ordered three lab testOne of them was covered by my insurance, the other two however were not and are subject to my deductibleI talked to my provider and my insurance, and they are saying that Quest may have put in the wrong codes for the test

My insurance *** *** covers lab work at a !00% through Quest Diagnostics, you just have to provide the Lab Card to the clinic Somewhere along the line the Lab Card was not coded correctly with the lab work after I repeated myself twice at the clinic The clinic told me after the fact that there was nothing they can do and I will have to deal with Quest directly I am not at fault here and I would like this resolved

I apparently had an invoice due from a doctor appointment last NovemberI knew absolutely nothing about this invoiceI never received any calls, collection letters or invoicesYesterday, I received an email from my credit karma account that my credit score had gone downI logged on today only to find that my credit score had dropped almost pointsI called the collection agency that reported it and they said they did not have any of my current information, including my addressWhen I went to my doctor appointment in November I had no idea they sent anything to the labSo I know absolutely nothing about any of this, yet they decided it was ok to report to my credit reporting agency rather that notify so I could make restitution if I did in fact owe the balanceThis is extremely unprofessional and inexcusableNow I have to fight to get my credit score back to where it belongsI paid the balance and also disputed this transaction

I was billed by Question on 12/22/ I knew that my bill was incorrect, but because of the holidays, was unable to correct the service until late January Because of this, I paid my bill to Quest on 12/29/ After I received a new EOB from my insurance company on 1/22/2016, I was contacted by my doctor's office with their new bill for service, but was never contact by Quest, when I should have because I overpaid them I waited until February, when I reach out through their online contact service on 2/9/ I was sent an email saying to allow hours for a response I got no response, so within hours I reach out again After another hours of no response I called their customer service center They put me on hold numerous times, and finally told me their would review my claim to see if I was to get a refund I received an email on 2/24/telling me that my refund was requested and to allow to weeks for a check to be delivered Today, weeks have pass
