My son had his blood drawn at Quest in June Quest entered our insurance card number incorrectly so our insurance company denied the invoiceWe spoke with Quest representatives in July, August, and September, and each time we were assured that a new bill would be sent to insurance with the correct insurance informationWe have continued to receive the same bill without the corrected informationWe are concerned that this bill will be sent to collections This is an error by Quest that they have continually failed to correct, and we should not have to pay or fear collection action when we have insurance that will cover this bill
I saw my physician for my annual visit and they ordered lab work I had the labs drawn in their office, which apparently is a Quest Lab The tech who drew my lab had all of my information They failed to tell me my insurance had recently become out of network with Quest As a result, I received a bill When I contacted my insurance company, they informed me all labs done as a part of my annual exam should be covered 100%, and I would need to ask my doctors office to code it correctly I contacted my doctor's office, who said it had been coded incorrectly and they would send a letter with the correct coding During this process, Quest Lab sent my bill to a collection agency Today I spoke to Quest, and for the first time, they notified me my insurance was out of network They did not notify me prior to drawing my blood, at my doctors office My doctor's office was unaware my insurance was now out of network The tech who drew my blood should have given me the information, an

This company REFUSES to issue a receipt when requestedAnd INVOICE is not a RECEIPTA genuine receipt is required for many insurance carriers and FSA accountsThis is an illegal policyI also find customer service to be slow, uncooperative, unhelpful, and unprofessionalObviously Quest doesn't care about doing good business, as evidenced by their terrible customer review rating and unaddressed complaintsI really don't think this company cares about their patients
I had blood tests performed one month ago
These tests typically have a turn around time of less than a week Quest states patients receive results within a week
I have yet to receive my results My emails about my results, while initially received a response, are no longer receiving any reply whatsoever
Submitted a sample to Quest Diagnostic in Valrico FL after approximately one hour of collection and the results came back stating that they could not test it due to age of the sampleI found out that I gave them the sample on 10/24/but they did not send it for testing until 11/02/days later! Do not use this lab EVER!!! I will be posting a negative review on every site that I can find to warn people

I received a bill from Quest in June stating that I owed and outstanding balance, I contacted my insurance company immediately because I saw a claim that paid this particular billMy insurance company stated the claim was paid, so I then called QuestI informed Quest that the bill was paid and provided them with the insurance company's number so that they could verify the paymentI received the bill more times after I called QuestThe 4th time I called them and they stated it was a duplicated bill and would be removed from the system; which brings me to today 9/18/I received another bill and I am not getting any assistance with resolving the issue

Turned me over to a collection agency without ever sending me a bill for services provided Paid company directly, now they send me another bill for same amount as if I've never paid the bill Very frustrating to deal with as company
This company has no desire whatsoever to provide a good experience for the customerIt's a very long wait to actually speak with a person in customer service and practically impossible to get thorough to a local locationWhen I arrived, I asked the receptionist if she could verify that they received the blood work order fax from my doctor's officeShe said I would have to wait until she checked me inI politely pointed out that by then it would be too late to ask the doctor's office to fax it againShe still said I would have to waitShe was not busy at the time, and the fax machine was right behind her! Just plain lazy, and rude to to it offIt was as if she took pleasure in being difficult
