Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am submitting the rebuttal due to the fact that Nelnet is that when I contacted uag my loans were paid to the student loan service after contacting uag the loans were turned over to Nelnet I payed them for awhile then I turned in papers for disability forbearance they told me I would not have to make any payments while this was in forbearance, I was at the understanding that while it was in forbearance that the payments would drop from almost $a month to $a month for years and then the loans would be forgottenafter contacting Nelnet they informed me that there were no payments due or been paid at that time in till they were done with there investigationIt was my understanding that the $was toward the loans then they would be forgotten after years, then Nelnet contacted me and told me if I didn't turn in proper paper work for disability forbearance then the payments would got to the original amountI hope this is what you need from me.After I sent last correspondence to you I checked in to a few things, it states in there letter and contract that UAG would handle all correspondence on the student loans but they did nothing I was never contacted by them and I to send everything to Nelnet, As of 1/6/UAG says they will close my case and no longer take care of this matter but on 1/21/they still tried to take the money from our account and also in there letter to you they keep referring to me as she/her that tells you they don't know what is going on cause I am a man not a womanduring the time UAG was suppose to be working on this I never heard from them once so I feel they were not doing there job

No refund is necessaryFirst of all you didn't provide a service plain and simpleYes my income did change and that has nothing to do with the fact that the service you promised me did not happenI did everything I was told to do including sending paystubs multiple times because you kept needing themI was paying the whole year and my loans were never consolidated and you never took care of my lenders and had my loans that were to be consolidated put in forebearanceI had to do that once I realized you were not holding up your end of the bargainAnd as far as your fees for taking care of a service not provided was $a month, the rest of the payment was to be going towards my loansSo in all honesty I would only have owed you $for your FEES but since a service was never provided I don't owe you a darn thingYou did do something wrongYou didn't provide a service that you promised and then when we tried contacting you, our phone call or emails were never returnedNow if you haven't done anything wrong, don't you think you would return emails or phone calls? Thank you for forwarding this 2nd response to UAGThis client is upset and says UAG did not do their work but this is not the caseThe consolidation was done as it was suppose to with income of $20,When the approval came back the clients income was higher than originally statedI have attached the income letter the client signed verifying his income is $20,If this income is incorrect he should never of signed the disclosureHis income caused his new student loan repayment plan monthly payment to increase still less then what he was paying beforeThese programs are income based through the Department of Education and UAG had not control over themUAG simplify follows the guidelines of the DOEHe has paid an initial payment of $and monthly payments of $This client does not fall into the money back guarantee or did he request a refund to cancel within the first daysAt this time I will send the initial payment back fro $since UAG did the work off the information provided by the clientWe wish the client the next moving forward as his account is cancelled with UAGPlease let UAG know if you need anything further at this time Kind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

Thank you for sending United Advisors Group LLC this client complaintThis client signed up for UAG services on 1/13/ The consolidation was submitted and everything went according to plan for year one in the income based repayment program On 1/23/ [redacted] a UAG employee called the client to discuss the annual renewal of the Department of Education program [redacted] the UAG employee provided the client with her Nelnet (servicer) online access and told the client UAG needs her most recent pay stubs to show the lower income and take care of program placement stageThe client called was a little confused so [redacted] talked her through the process to make sure they were on the same pageOn 1/26/UAG received the pay stubs needed to move forward via faxAnother employee by the name of [redacted] tried to do the program placement phase at this time but the client has changed her online access not allowing UAG to complete the process A voice mail and email have been sent to the client trying to collect her online access informationThe client is on schedule and everything has been done correctly and according to the disclosures for UAG serviceThis complaint to the Revdex.com for reason that are not accurate and negativity effecting UAGThis is why it is so important for clients to thoroughly read the disclosures and ask more questions if they don't understand UAG provides a service that any person with federal student loans can do on their ownWhich is fully disclosed as you hire a accountant to do your taxes to ensure they are don't currently instead of doing them on your ownThe last step will take UAG no time at all once we get the online access from the client to proceedIf we don't hear back from the client by Friday 3/10/the account will be closed, payments will stop and the client can finish on her ownThe client needs to contact [redacted] at [redacted] ext ***Thank you for your time in this matter Kind Regards United Advisors Group LLC

I have reviewed this client account and cancelled it out with no fault of UAG UAG is a document preparation company that processes the consolidation application and completes the program placement on behalf this clientHer consolidation went through correctly as the agreement states it shouldThe program placement phase can’t be completed until the client send UAG the income verification to submit to the servicerFor some reason it took her a very long time to get us your income verificationAs well she told UAG your income was $15,a year when you signed your agreements and when you sent your income verification in it shows you annual income as $39,This amount is more than double the original amount and will raise your payment on your student loansWith all of the being said UAG has done what they agreed to do on your behalf I’m not understanding why she need a refund when she is in the correct program and UAG has done nothing wrong Thank you for your time Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

This client says she never had the compliance script read to herIt is singed off read with her signing a service agreement with the same information as wellShe said "who reads them and you have a lot of complaints." You also claim that you have needed a paystub and tax information from me, why haven't you tried to contact me before now for that information if you needed such? This clients account has been closed and UAG is no longer providing a serviceThis client singed a limited power of attorney allowing UAG to assist her with the consolation processUAG would never do anything illegal to hurt the clientAs far as not being able to get a hold of UAG there was only one message from the client on 4/and she was called back right awayAt this time UAG and the client have parted ways and the client will be responsible to for her consolidation on her own Kind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

In the agreements it clearly states the service provided by UAGUAG is a document prep companyThe client could have done the program placement on your own for free (stated in the agreements), or hire UAG to do it for youJust as you can do your taxes on your own or hire an accountant to assist youThe complaints you were reading are for from clients that did not read their agreements and wanted UAG to do their consolidation and program placement for freeWe wish we could run a company with no cost and not charge a dime but that is not realisticUAG has closed out the clients accountPlease let me know if you have any questions at this timeKind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC
