I have been trying to sign up for the bi weekly payment (Equity Accelerator) and have not been successful. I thought I did last week when I gave them all the information and I was told the first payment was July 5. Today I got another invite for the program so I called them. They said I am not signed up. When I was asked for the loan number it was under someone else's name. I called UWM and I was on hold forever and was asked if I want a call back and stupid me I said YES. So far no return calls yet. I am trying to get out of this company.

The lender has not give the seller their money and has delayed payment said they do not have and lost wire transfer money. It seems they are holding onto for no reason and is causing distress for Seller and Buyer. They have the buyer as already on the Loan as of 6/12/2019. Also, delayed closing since 6/10/2019. Loan company is cost Seller daily fees.
Would like Loan Company to reprocess and release to Chicago Title today the wire transfer funds related to

Horrible, If you have older parents attending any meetings or emails they receive from uwm. Watch them. Because after find out how much money my parents had in their bank account savings, uwm created an extra fee, when asked why the extra fees were needed they could never give a direct answer. Later, when it came to closing they so happened to forget about a large fee that needed to be paid or the closing, could not happen. Due to my parent unawareness (age) they believed everything and had their entire savings wiped.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The Underwriter was absolutely ridiculous and had no respect for my time. The whole process robbed me of three weeks of my life, destroyed my whole budget for the month due to their incompetence and the fact that their system and organization is so disorganized that no one knows what anyone else is doing! They've now lost over $2000.00 that I really needed for other things and which I only paid because they also couldn't find my payoff! Avoid this company at all costs if you value your sanity. They are terrible.

Seems like these reviews are pretty biased. I wouldn't be surprised if the bad ones are from Quicken employees or Fairway's. Because those two are the worst. I broker to UWM and I stay competitive in my market because not only they offer best rate, but fast and easy process. My clients couldn't be happier.

I have used UWM both personally and professionally. When it came time to buy my home, without a doubt I knew I wanted to use UWM for my own loan. My loan was cleared to close in less than a week! As a mortgage loan officer it’s important to me that my clients feel confident when I choose their lender. That I am picking the best lender for their situation. It’s not always going to be UWM. However, when I choose UWM for their loan, I am 100% confident that it will be done quickly, accurately, and with excellent service.

UWM has a great servicing department. Online payments are easy to pay. I can also see all of my documents and see what happens with my escrow account.

My favorite wholesale mortgage lender! They do a great job for my borrowers. Underwriting is fast and their AMC does a great job.
