This company is dishonest and is trying to steal our house from us. We have made all payments automatically every month yet they decided to foreclose on us or are in process of foreclosing? Hard to understand all the letters we get from them. In short they can not explain where we made any mistakes or why they are trying to take our house. They just decided to take it. We are in process of getting a lawyer. They also destroyed our credit for no reason. Totally dishonest company.
How can a company get a A+ rating and 4 stars with 1 positive and now 18 negative reviews?

If I could give them a Negative 0 I would. I refinanced and got stuck with this Lender. Their customer service reps have no idea what they are doing and neither do their "managers" They promise to call back and never do. When you ask for their extension they never take the call. Probably the worst customer service Ive experience with ANY company EVER. Oh and yes their website is a joke too.
United Wholesale Mortgage is, as the name implies, the Wal Mart of mortgages. However, unlike Walmart, very unfriendly and dishonest people to deal with.
Their computers are insecure. They don't trust their own security and make changes on the dime, leaving paying customers high and dry.
Don't get me started on customer service. That does not exist.
Their website is insecure and has been down for two days. It is interesting that such shutdowns occur regularly around the beginning of the month, when they force customers to go into default. The only solution is calling them on phone, That is usually difficult and costs money. I have complained and the could not care less.
This company is a fraud. The feds better start looking into them.
