UWM was fast, swift, easy system and overall kill every other lender from a service and technology stand point.

I Googled UWM to make my mortgage payment last month, and I happened to stumble upon all the negative reviews here. After reading through about of a dozen of them, I quickly realized not one of them are UWM's fault. We've always had a great experience with UWM after working with our awesome mortgage broker. They provided a smooth experience and we got a much better deal than the big national lender you see on TV all the time. They even send out cool videos to keep you in the loop of what's going on during and after the loan process. I've bought many homes, and UWM has been by far the best lender we've used to date!

Nothing but positive things to say about United Wholesale Mortgage. The company puts people and service above all else. I've had my mortgage with them now for four years and have not had an issue every getting someone on the phone in servicing or contacting the broker I worked with who used them for financing. The purchase loans was CTC'd in 14 days and I got the keys to my house 2 weeks early! By far the best experience I have ever. I am currently in a refinance set to close this fund tomorrow with a virtual online notary. Apparently their technology allows borrowers like myself to close in the comfort of my home without having to go to a title company. It's done via face time, how cool is that!! Excited to get another loan through UWM!
