From a brokers perspective, UWM's process and technology is by far the easiest AND fastest out there. Almost every file conditionally approved within 1-24 hours. They are usually waiting on you or the borrower for something, not the other way around... that's not the norm in the mortgage world. Great job UWM!

United wholesale Mortgage posted an erroneous remark on my Credit Report stating that I was late on my payment. I have Never been late on my payment and this remark is destroying my credit. When I asked United to send me a letter to state that my account has never been late they said that they don't do such things...!!!

United Wholesale Mortgage posted an erroneous remark on my Credit Report stating I was late on my payment in the month of May 2020!. I have NEVER been late on my account and this remark is ruining my Credit! When I called United to get a letter to state I have never been late on my account they refused to do so saying they don't issue such letters!
