United Wholesale Mortgage

This is the best company I’ve ever worked with. They closed my loan so fast and they are the nicest people to work with. Thanks UWM!

I've done multiple loans with UWM and its always an easy process with great rates!

I did a refinance through UWM back in March and the process couldn't have been better. We closed in 15 days and they had a far better rate than any other lender we shopped. I have since made 2 mortgage payments with them as my servicer and their website is extremely user friendly. They have very good technology and I didn't sit on hold for longer than 2 minutes when I called. Hands down best lender to work with!

UWM is one of the best in the lending business. As a loan officer that works with them closely, I have come to see that they offer some of the lowest rates on the market, with one of the smoothest processes you'll find. This is definitely a company you want to work with.

Very easy company to work with. Quick and easy process!

As a mortgage loan originator, UWM is one of my top go to lenders and for great reason! They have the fastest turn time in the game and the best support. As a homeowner, I use UWM myself and couldnt be happier with any experience I have had with them! Keep up the great work!

I used UWM for my refinance. Nice easy transaction and as a wholesale mortgage company, they pass the savings to the clients with their extremely low and competitive rates

Amazing company, they close loans incredibly fast and are great with communication

The technology was easy to use and the process fast and painless!

As an LO, I enjoy doing business with UWM. Their customer service is outstanding and all there products and tools and simple to use.

I recently closed on a loan with UWM last month.

The process was super simple and easy! We got an outstanding loan, and I could not be happier!

Thanks again for all your help, and I will be sending more people your way in the future!

Thanks!

UWM has THE quickest process and best pricing of any wholesale lender I've had the pleasure of working with, bar none. Their portal is easy to navigate, keeping consumers in the loop every step of the way.

A very responsive company that will go out of their way to make sure that the needs of their customers are met.

Best Mortgage company I have worked with.I recommend it if you'e refinancing your home. Easy process, great technology and great service!

UWM was able to provide me and my family an amazing rate with my mortgage, I don't think that we will ever have to refinance again! Great customer service and they were very responsive to every question that I had (which were a lot haha).

Working with UWM has been an absolute dream! The team is always super responsive and the technology that they have helps to avoid the typical pitfalls involved with getting a mortgage. Whenever I reach out with questions they are answered within 2-3 hours max. UWM is definitely my first choice and will continue to stand apart from the rest!

I have worked with UWM now on multiple loans and they just have an outstanding process through and through. They are always on top of any questions I may have, and always respond urgently.

Their technology is extremely user friendly and has everything needed!

I could not say enough good things about my previous experiences.

I highly recommend working with UWM as they are top class!

Thanks again!

Currently doing a refinance with UWM. Not only did I get the best deal around, but the process has been super easy and simple, compared to other refinances I have done in the past, this one was a piece of cake.

Fastest process for my refinance and very user friendly servicing platform!

I have worked with UWM on various refinances and no other lender can match their quality of service and fast turnaround times. Having worked with many other lenders, UWM is truly unique. They are elite in every aspect and that reflects in what they deliver. Always a pleasure working with them!
