I'm amazed at how smooth and responsive this lender has been, I'll update my review if things change, but so far, this is one of the best experiences I have had with a lender. Not everyone will be a good fit for UWM, as you'll see from a few of these reviews, but if you fit their profile, it should be an amazing experience!

4 day CTC yesterday, on a Sunday; you guys aren’t leaving much room for improvement :)
Great experience with my refinance and the servicing of my loan. Servicing website is very user friendly and automatic payments were easy to setup.
To my UWM is by far the best Whole sale Lender. Their Service is the best in this Market. I just got notification from UWM of one of our previews client that he was looking to Refi nace.
Live it. I prefers Service by far and the best rates.

By far, the best Lender that I've ever worked with! Their customer/client service is exceptions, their technology is advanced, and I've yet to encounter anyone within the company who is less than amiable and helpful
Unbelievable customer service. During the COVID debacle, their rates increased as well as their basic qualification requirements, but they kept the same level of customer service I was accustomed to, in spite of having to move their entire business to a "work from home" model. Their professionalism and dedication to their customers is nothing short of inspiring. Every contact I have with them is top notch entirely.

They are awesome to work with. I have done multiple loans with them and always had a great experience. It is unfortunate that some people have been negatively affected by Covid 19 but at the end of the day it is not the servicers fault, I don't think the negative reviews represents everyone and every situation is different.

I love UWM. From a broker standpoint, you can't beat them. My mother just refi'ed her house at 2.99% and was CTC in 1 day.
