That's a really nice bill. However, it does NOT comply with the validation laws. It does NOT establish any right to collect or ownership of GLA Collection. 1) They have to prove that we have agreed to do business together (contract) (UCC 3501);( Prove at least the 4 basic elements (1. Offer; 2. Acceptance; 3.Consideration (equal risk and financial consideration); 4. Meeting of the minds (full disclosure)) 2) They have to give a full accounting. Every charge and what was purchased, fee, payment, credit, interest, how they calculate what they claim is owed from origination to present ) 3) Copy of the assignment or purchase from the OC; (UCC 3-309 which requires them to prove ownership of the note or authorization to demand payment) 4) Full chain of assignments from charge off to present; 5) Prove they own the alleged debt/account with full clear title; (UCC 9-406 requires proof of assignment or assignments necessary to show title) 6) Proof they were on the original contract between you and the original creditor (73 Am Jur sect. 93)  7) FCRA Sect. 603 (o)(5)(A)(i) have to have consumer's authorization to furnish information on a credit bureau. 8) verification must be an affidavit from the Original Creditor, not just some claim that it was investigated They are breaking Federal Law. Therefore, they deserve an "F" rating by the Revdex.com, if the Revdex.com is a legitimate source of information. Have The GLA Collection not just furnish an invoice but the above information. They won't because they don't have it. The company listed on the invoice isn't on my credit, but GLA collection are and that is who I'm going after. Who are they????? Why should I pay them????

[redacted]GLA, [redacted], clearly shows lack of judgment in attributing both claims to [redacted] when LC and [redacted] and [redacted] are unrelated separate businesses.  This is deceptive and incorrect and claims should be listed separately.  GLA and [redacted] are not accurate in handling money matters, since the claim made by [redacted] and [redacted] is padded by interest charges which they are not made by the medical community and represent overcharges made by the business in the first place.

The balance stated is correct and due.  Our client has written documentation noting that interest can be charged according to state and federal laws.  It is our policy to try to obtain a good faith payment and a monthly agreed upon payment plan per our clients request.  GLA...

Complaint ID [redacted]RE: [redacted] GLA has reviewed the account in question.  The account does show payment was made in full.  As of 01/15/2018, the account was 90 days in our system so it was reported to the credit bureau.  The payment had not yet been posted so the...

automated process to report was not at fault.  The employee was mistaken when he/she stated that it would not report until 02/15/18.  Normally reporting is done on the 15th of each month. As is our policy, paid in full accounts will be removed after payment in full is received and posted.  This trade line should update and be removed as of 02/15/18 but we will also request removal through E-Oscar today.  We want to apologize for the misunderstanding and ask that you allow time for the credit bureaus to process the request to remove the account.  If by chance the account is not removed within the next 2 weeks, please contact our office and we will again request removal. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. [redacted]Compliance OfficerGLA Collection Co., Inc.

I have no outstanding Dr bills since my injury was work related and handled by workers comp.  This company should know which ones are on my credit report since they placed them there.  I will be contacting an attorney for damages.  All reports to the 3 major credit bureaus should have all GLA related material removed.

GLA understands the consumers concern over providing banking information to resolve the debts in question.  Our company is bound by state, federal and company policy to protect such information. Consumers are offered several payment options which they may choose from. I want to personally apologize for the misunderstanding.   As to the issue of "One Account"... Any payments will be applied as to the consumers wishes.  If a consumer is setup on a payment plan, the funds will be applied per their request or according to company policy.  The "Account" can not be combined as they are from multiple creditors and for multiple dates of service. Compliance OfficerGLA Collection Company, Inc.

Were the initial call recordings from Feb 20, 2015 pulled and reviewed?  If they have been pulled you will hear Stan, the agent I spoke with, telling me that I was paying for the three accounts that were showing on my credit report.  It is not right that the money was applied to different accounts when I specifically said I wanted to pay off the three that were on my credit, and I paid the exact dollar amount requested!
I did speak with two other agents when I discovered the mistake made by GLA.  I was told I could pay them and have them removed from my credit report, which I refused.  After careful consideration, I called in again and offered to pay the three that were showing on my credit report AGAIN, and have them completely removed.  I was then told I had to pay every account I have in full, to have those three removed from my credit.  I am not in a financial situation where I can do that right now!  I am requesting, once again, that the recordings be reviewed and for it to be acknowledged I made my intentions clear on which accounts I was paying.  I would like the money reapplied to the correct accounts, and my credit report updated.

To whom it may concern Response to Complaint Id: [redacted] GLA shows that 4 accounts were paid on 07/15/2016.  The NSF charge is still due to be paid.  GLA reports payments to the credit bureaus on the 15th of each month.  Please allow time for the requests to be processed.  It is...

possible that the payments were not posted before the file was sent on 07/15/2015.  Account [redacted] will show that the balance was paid but there still is an NSF charge attached.  The NSF  charge was a check by phone that didn’t have enough funds. The accounts in question will show paid and closed. Please contact our office to discuss the NSF fee. [redacted] Compliance Officer GLA Collection Co., Inc. [redacted]
