I am working with upright law and have had all my questions answered in a timely manner and I would recommend them to my friends

I am one of he managing attorneys at UpRight Law Immediately upon receiving this complaint I looked into this former client's account It is true that we cannot service his case Unfortunately, there are a very few rural pockets of the country left where we do not have attorneys
to cover This former client lives in one of those pockets Regarding the refund, it was processed immediately after we discovered that he lives in a region that we cannot service A paper check was put in the mail within a few days of the discovery By now, it should have already reached the former client We wish him all the best of luck in his future endeavors and our doors remain open to him if he ever moves and still wants to consider filing for bankruptcy relief

I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company They have been very helpful in explaining the process and what they are there for

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law. I just spoke with this client and he did not file this complaint. This complaint was filed by a family member of his without his knowledge or consent. The complaint is factually incorrect on numerous points and this client is happy with the
service he received. I have given him my direct contact information if he needs to contact our firm again in the future

Very Professinal service and promp handling of case

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law. Immediately upon receiving this complaint, I attempted to contact this former client. Unfortunately, she was not available for my calls and she has not yet responded to the below email:Dear MsXxxx, I just left you a voicemail
and I am writing you now so that you have my contact information written down. I am trying to reach you regarding the Revdex.com complaint that you filed against our firm in hopes that you and I can resolve the matter. Specifically, your complaint seems to be focused on your statement that the firm withdrew a payment that you scheduled after your cancellation request. However, it appears that the payment that you're referencing took place and on November and your cancellation request came days later, on November 6. I'm sure that we'll be able to resolve this situation when you can give me a call back. I am starting the process with the firm tonight So far it has been good I hope the rest of the process goes as well as the first part has Oscar has been great to work with as well and really made me feel as if I am not going this alone Haven't spoken to the Attorney as of yet, waiting on hold as I type this Will update as my experience moves forward
