I sent this email a few minutes ago:Dear Ms----------, I was just notified by the Revdex.com that you rejected my response to your complaint. I know that you are frustrated by this whole process, but please understand that UpRight Law is trying to do everything we can can to move your case forward. I have been trying to get in touch with you over the past week and I have left you multiple voicemails. Instead of using your time to reject my response to the Revdex.com, why don't we work together to get your case filed? We only closed your case because you weren't responsive to us for more than months. If you are ready to move forward with your case now, I will waive the reopening fee and get your case moving forward, but you have to be willing to talk to us. *** ** ***Phone: (---) -------- Again, had we known the reason for the long period of unresponsiveness, we would have never closed the case in the first place. Since we now know the reason was due to an illness, we will gladly waive the reopening fee and move her case forward. I look forward to helping her out of her debt and getting her case moving forward upon her response to me

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law. Immediately upon receiving this complaint, I began trying to contact this former client. Unfortunately, he has not been available to speak over the phone yet. I sent the following email:Dear MrXxxxxxx, I have been trying
to reach you by phone at the number your provided to our firm. When I call it, the outgoing message says that your VM box has not been set up yet. If you would please give me a call at my number listed below, I would appreciate your time. I am trying to reach you about your Revdex.com complaint. First, it's very unusual for someone who has not paid any money to the firm or even established a payment plan for the future to levy a complaint against the firm. Second, I'm confused as to why you would do so under these circumstances. I look forward to addressing these matters and anything else you may wish to discuss when you have time to call me back. Kind regards,Xxxx XXxxxxxxx I look forward to speaking with him when he is available to talk

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law I received this complaint today and called the former client right away Unfortunately, she di not answer the phone and her voicemail was not yet set up I emailed her the followingDear MsT*** I just called you and

So far everyone has been more than helpful and pleasant to speak withI would recommend this firm to anyone who needs their help

I been having issues from the start.I gave them several tries to fix the issues.I made a purchase and I have not receive the service.it has been since 5/19/that I made my first payment
I paid in full and they keep neglecting me.the employee that originally was handling my case didn't work there no more and they never made sure I was being taken care of.at the beginning of this year I got a hold of this lady that wanted my paperwork again so I sent it in and never heard from her again.thre months from then I finally got hold of her and she claim she was still waiting on the paperwork that I sent in several times.she also said they only try three times to get hold of u.I told her that I am tired of having a differcult time and I want a refund.she replied only the finance team does that and they would call me to tell me how much work they have done.I told her that this company has done nothing but being neglectful and I demand a full refund so I can go somewhere else.I have never heard from them since.this is a horrible business and I advise everyone to go somewhere else before u are out of money to
