I speak to different reps every time I call inThe last time I called the lawyer stated just send in a copy of my bank accounts showing how much was in my account for the day he filesI sent it over and have proofEver since I have been having my mother call in and she has been told different things within weeksI do not wish to work with unprofessional people I am also prepared to take any and every legal action I could.Besides all of this when I signed up for their services this company hounded me calling private would not stop until I met with them, met in Indianapolis and no ever said I would have to send correspondence to Illinois through faxThe company not only never contacted me when I need to turn something in, they take days to process my faxesI don't know if it is received or not only their wordI just want a refund

I am a managing attorney at UpRIght Law. Upon receiving this complaint, I reached out to this former client and we were able to resolve the matter very quickly. At UpRight Law we take any customer service issues very seriously. This client had a difficult time reaching us after the
specific attorney with whom he was previously conversing left the firm. This caused him to receive undeliverable notices in the emails that he sent. The firm was not aware that he was trying to reach us.
