I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law. Immediately upon receiving this complaint I contacted the former client and we were able to quickly discern that there was a miscommunication between and the representative with whom he spoke. We came to an immediate agreement regarding the
resolution to this matter. We are happy that he now feels as though he had a fair relationship with the firm and we wish him the best of luck in the future

I am a managing attorney at UpRIght Law. Upon receiving this complaint, I reached out to this former client and we were able to resolve the matter very quickly. At UpRight Law we take any customer service issues very seriously. This client had a difficult time reaching us after the
specific attorney with whom he was previously conversing left the firm. This caused him to receive undeliverable notices in the emails that he sent. The firm was not aware that he was trying to reach us. AFter I called him to address his concerns, we were able to come to a resolution within only a few minutes of speaking and we wish him the best of luck in all of his future endeavors

I really appreciated all of there help every time I called them the staff was very knowledgeable to all of my questions and even when I moved back to Peoria they continued to be there for me

so far the service from the teams at upright law has been great they have answered all my guestions so far and I look forward to the rest of the process with them

I needed to file for bankruptcy rupsy , I found uprightlaw on the Internet so I decided to call , the gentleman I spoke with asked me some questions about why I wanted to file ,he made me feel so comfortable and assured me that everything was going to be OK, he asked me if I had the money to file , I told him I was broke , he asked me how much I would be comfortable paying each month and he said they will automatically withdraw the money bi- weekly until it was all paid in full and that they would file at that time , it took months for me but time seem to fly by , when it was paid in full I recieved a text stating that it as paid in full and I had to take a class to get my certificate before they could file , I took the class on line and the materials were put together so well that I had no trouble understanding it , I then talked with the attorneys secretary who I must say was very helpful and made me feel like she was going to walk me through this , I am and computers were not available when I was young, so she walked me through it , her patience was so overwhelming that I never felt alone , I live in sarasota and my attorney is in Tampa so they conveniently connected me to Skype and I signed all my documents in my own home while my attorneys secretary witnessed it , they filed my papers and in about two weeks I had a court date , I was very nervous when I went to court , my appointment was set at 8:in the morning , I arrived at court about 8:am , my attorney walk in the room and called my name , he brought me out until the hallway and told me what to expect and assured me that it was a pretty simple process, I went back in the room and they called my name at 8:am , they asked me a few questions and told me that I'd have to wait till 8:am just in case one of my creditors showed up , at 8:in was finished , I totally recommend anyone who struggling with debt to call uprightlaw law , they are totally up front with you and they make you feel like your not alone thoughout the process and what I found astonishing was there is no hidden fees I'm so amazed on how simple they made it for me
