I am the managing attorney at UpRight Law for enhanced service Immediately upon receiving this complaint, I attempted to make contact with this client to resolve this matter, but, as she noted in her complaint, the client has no working telephone number I then sent the following
email:Dear ***, I am in receipt of the complaint that you filed with the Revdex.com I would like to talk to you about that complaint and resolve your issue for you I have called you many times at (***) ***-***, but that number is not currently working Please call me back at your convenience using my direct number listed below. Thank you and have a great day!***Managing Associate for Enhanced ServicesUpRight Law(***)***-***This client never called UpRight Law to indicate that she was dissatisfied with the service in any way The last contact the client had with this firm was September 9, Since then, the client failed to make of her scheduled payments and has been completely unresponsive to our attempts at contact UpRight Law has reached out to the client by telephone, email and text message many, many times since then in an attempt to come up with a plan to help her though this difficult time We understand that many people in a bankruptcy will have difficulty making their payments, but we also expect that when this occurs, the client will at least call us back or respond to our emails to discuss resolving the deficiency If the client cannot resolve the deficiency, then we will happily perform an accounting for the services already provided and refund any unearned portion of the fees paid at that time.In this case, UpRight Law had no reason to believe that the client was unhappy with UpRight Law's performance The client states in her complaint that she is homeless with no access to a telephone or computer Due to these extreme circumstances, I am certainly willing to go above and beyond the contracted refund policy for this client, but I have no way of doing so unless the client makes contact with us

It seems that you have rejected resolution with the Revdex.com, but you have not even called me back yet to have a conversation about resolution with the firm. I am the Managing Attorney at UpRight Law for Enhanced Service Immediately upon receiving this complaint, I called this clientWhen a client hires UpRight Law, this firm begins the work of preparing a bankruptcy case The client agrees to pay the firm for the work it does
In this case, the amount that was paid was far less than the value of the work that went into the case UpRight Law understands that this client experienced a number of financial difficulties and was unable to complete her obligation Still, no law firm could exist if it were to spend time preparing cases and then give the money paid back to the clients after the work was done UpRight Law did not charge this client for the deficiency of her bill UpRight Law did not contact her and ask her to pay the remainder of her contract Upright Law waived the fees for the work that was completed and agreed to close the case with no future payments.After talking to this client about the work that went into this case, we came to an understanding about why no refund was offered and we were able to successfully resolve this client's issue

My experience with UpRight Law LLC has been an extremely positive oneI first contacted the firm in March of this year regarding my legal issues and we will be appearing before the court in early SeptemberThe legal fees have been reasonable and I expect the remaining representations will be positive as well
