I needed to file for bankruptcy rupsy , I found uprightlaw on the Internet so I decided to call , the gentleman I spoke with asked me some questions about why I wanted to file ,he made me feel so comfortable and assured me that everything was going to be OK, he asked me if I had the money to file , I told him I was broke , he asked me how much I would be comfortable paying each month and he said they will automatically withdraw the money bi- weekly until it was all paid in full and that they would file at that time , it took months for me but time seem to fly by , when it was paid in full I recieved a text stating that it as paid in full and I had to take a class to get my certificate before they could file , I took the class on line and the materials were put together so well that I had no trouble understanding it , I then talked with the attorneys secretary who I must say was very helpful and made me feel like she was going to walk me through this , I am and computers were not available when I was young, so she walked me through it , her patience was so overwhelming that I never felt alone , I live in sarasota and my attorney is in Tampa so they conveniently connected me to Skype and I signed all my documents in my own home while my attorneys secretary witnessed it , they filed my papers and in about two weeks I had a court date , I was very nervous when I went to court , my appointment was set at 8:in the morning , I arrived at court about 8:am , my attorney walk in the room and called my name , he brought me out until the hallway and told me what to expect and assured me that it was a pretty simple process, I went back in the room and they called my name at 8:am , they asked me a few questions and told me that I'd have to wait till 8:am just in case one of my creditors showed up , at 8:in was finished , I totally recommend anyone who struggling with debt to call uprightlaw law , they are totally up front with you and they make you feel like your not alone thoughout the process and what I found astonishing was there is no hidden fees I'm so amazed on how simple they made it for me

I just left you a voicemail and I am writing you now so you have my contact information written down. At your convenience, please give me a call back. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your Revdex.com complaint with you. Regarding your student loan, a regular bankruptcy will not discharge that debt. The is a law, called ** *** ***, that says that students loans are excepted from discharge unless you can show the *** that excepting the discharge for those loans would amount to an "undue hardship" to you, as the Debtor. That means that in order to discharge student loans, you need to file something called an adversary proceeding. An adversary proceeding is an entirely separate legal action that sometimes occurs in conjunction with the bankruptcy. When you call me back, I will be happy to discuss this in more detail and talk to you about the possibility of filing an adversary with your particular circumstances. Additionally, the retention agreement (your contract for services with the firm) specifically states that discharging student loans will require work that you are not hiring the firm to complete. The retention agreement also says: "Even if you receive a discharge, there are some debts that are not discharged under the law. Therefore, you may still be responsible for such debts as certain taxes and student loans, alimony and support payments, criminal restitution, and debts for death or personal injury caused by driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs." Very easy to get started and don't receive calls from bill collectors

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law. Upon receiving this complaint, I contacted this former client of the firm and we discussed this matter. In this instance, there was clearly a miscommunication between the client and the people with whom he spoke. UpRight Law has many
attorneys in Missouri who regularly assist clients with Chapter bankruptcies and do so successfully. Additionally, the contract signed by this former client clearly states that the work performed by the firm shall be compensated even in the event the client decides or need to change the chapter under which he expects to file. Lastly, the firm did not send him a bill for the services provided. The firm sent him an accounting of the time put into the case thus far. Still, UpRight Law cares deeply that all clients of the firm receive the best possible client experience, so when I contacted him, we were able to quickly come to a resolution of his concerns. We wish him all the best of luck in the future and hope he will consider UpRight Law for any future bankruptcy needs
