We contacted Upright Law on inquiries about the bankruptcy processThe agencies was so nice and helpful we knew right away that they was the one for usAfter speaking to them they suggested options for us so we discussed and confirmed that bankruptcy was the way to go they walked us through the process with no problemI would like to thank Upright Law for all that they did for us

My experience with UpRight Law LLC has been an extremely positive oneI first contacted the firm in March of this year regarding my legal issues and we will be appearing before the court in early SeptemberThe legal fees have been reasonable and I expect the remaining representations will be positive as well

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law. Upon receiving this complaint, I brought up this client's file and discovered that the complaint was already addressed by one of our staff members and a mutually acceptable refund amount was already entered. I have also attempted to contact this
former client to ensure that all of his concerns have been addressed. Unfortunately, he was unavailable to speak at that time. I have provided him with my direct contact information in the event he would like to share any further concerns or ask any other questions. We wish him the best of luck moving forward and offer our most sincerely condolences for his loss

if you have to need an attorney upright law was their for me and if I had any questions I just called and they answered my questions

I think that Upright law went above and beyond for meThey are the law firm to get if you are looking for someone who will work with you

I am one of the managing attorneys at UpRight Law I left this formewr client a voicemail today and I sent the following email: Dear MrXXXXXXXX, I just left you a voicemail and I am writing you now so that you have my contact information written down. Will you
please call me back at your earliest availability? I need to speak with you about the complaint you filed against our firm. I'm highly confident that upon having a conversation, we will be able to find a resolution. That being said, I have some concerns about that things you wrote characterizing the service you received here. In particular, you stated that you found another firm to file your case for you for less money, but you did not mention that you had previously hired our firm, signed a contract and we had been working on your case for weeks You said you gave us a deposit, but you didn't give a deposit; you paid for some of the work that we did on your case Additionally, you stated that we sent you a bill after you cancelled our services If you look at that document, in bold letters at the top of the page it says THIS IS NOT A BILL It's called an accounting and it shows you the work we did on your case and the value of that time We never billed you for any of the work that you didn't pay for. I would recommend upright law to anyone needing legal service they are very professional and easy to work with

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law After receiving this complaint, I spoke at length with the client and we're both very pleased to report that the situation was resolved even prior to my involvement and prior to this notification from the Revdex.com Though we make every reasonable
effort to strive towards excellent customer service, unfortunately, people make mistakes In this case, this client spoke with one of our representatives who wasn't clear about our policies and procedures regarding cancellations and that miscommunication led to a misunderstanding of the options available to the client I have given this client my sincere apologies and I'm very pleased that she remains a client today and we are back to helping her on her path to a fresh start

When no one else would even talk to me about my problem The Upright firm called and LISTEN to me and then said they would help me All have been polite and friendly To me I am so Ask lots of Question and they were patient with me Thank you again for being there when I needed you BETTY ***

legal advice and serviceWe regret any circumstance when a client does not have a full understanding of the process after we speak with themThat means we didn't meet our own expectations and we fell short of providing Ms*** the best service possibleRegardless of the reasons for the misunderstanding, we left Ms*** with less than a full understanding that her court ordered garnishment would not cease until her full fee was paid and her case was filed with the court
Our Client Services Manager was able to reach Ms*** on May 8thDuring their call, they discussed the history of this fileAfter accounting for the earned work that had been completed on her case during the time she spent as a client, we mutually determined only a partial refund was dueOn May 8th, we issued a refund in excess of the work accounted forAlthough we regret that we were not able to better serve Ms***, we are glad that we were able to reach a resolution that was satisfactory to her

I'm really impressed by the way that they are always there to answer your questions and they call once in a while to see how your doing.It's nice to know your taking to a person and not a answering machineI would highly recommend this law office to my friends

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law. Another managing attorney at UpRight Law reviewed former client Sonia *** file and noticed that a staff member of the firm had contacted Ms*** about a refund. The managing attorney attempted to contact Ms*** to follow up, but

The attorney assigned to me locally has failed to return calls, emails, and textsFailed to calculate my Chapter payment on two occasions as he promisedHe blamed his assistant for failing to enter my information the first timeAt the trustee meeting he was appearing by phone for another case in a different state at the same time that my hearing was scheduledDuring the hearing the Trustee informed him that he had my miscalculated my monthly payment by dollars a month.WOW!!!!! I am rejecting this response because:i have spoken to the manager and my money was returnedWith all the stress this has caused meI will not remove my complaintAs I have responded once alreadyI feel that the unauthorized transaction was made willing by the upright law agentFor this reason I would like my complaint to be viewed by others who are thinking of using upright lawMy opinion is Upright Law will continue to take unauthorized transaction from unknowing customersThis firm prides themselves on a Revdex.com rating of A+I think keeping a complete list of complaints should reduce their rating for the true status of unsatisfactory business practices.
