I found UpRight Law on [redacted]! Than realized a friend at work was with them!
The last thing I wanted to do was file bankruptcy! They have been helpful!!! So far so good! Just the being! Hope it goes smooth!!

never dealt with Lawyers before. All my sterotype ideas are false. UpRight Law, LLC gave me a high opinion of the professionalism and knowledge attainable. There was honest, caring treatment constantly. always checked with me to make certain there were any questions. never was left in 'the fog' about what was going on and was given an upfront price for what I would receive. anyone having any complaints just need to chat with their assigned Attorney.

complaint since I was made aware of his issues on 8/6/15. Unfortunately, the first two times I called him, he immediately hung up after I introduced myself. The third time that I called, he spoke with me for about one minute and then hung up on me. The fourth and final time that I called, he accused me of creditor harassment. I tried to explain that I am not a creditor to him and I am not trying to collect a debt, but he hung up prior to listening to that response. I then sent him the following email:

Upright law did contact me , asked about refund kept trying to say all the hard work they did they earned it. Theft is theft if I did that I'd be in jail. Only resolution is full refund , I'm sure this company practices the veterans administration policy of cooking the books to make themselves look good. I want to attach a picture of prescription pain meds prescribed to me in my name. Don't know how to though . almost forgot one employee was talking about selling my furniture or what else I had to pay the 1855 in full so they could move forward with the case.

We would like to convey our most sincere apologies for the email reminders to this client. They are automatically generated when the client signs up and continue every few days until the client completes the task associated with that reminder. In this case, the client changed his mind about filing for bankruptcy, but the email reminder was not turned off. I had the reminders turned off immediately upon learning of this oversight. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish this client the best of luck in all of his future endeavors.

So far I have not yet seen what Upright law can do for me. But I'm eagerly awaiting. I can say that they have worked with me on my payments ever so graciously. I would definitely recommend this form and have already to even the closest family members.

resolve his complaint. The first time that I called the client answered and indicated that he had time to talk about his case. I started to explain that as a law firm we trade on the time we spend preparing, reviewing and filing cases for our clients. Unfortunately, this client hung up prior to engaging in any conversation with me. I called again to try resolve this matter for him, but the call went to voice mail after two rings. I then sent the following email:

As of this point, the client has not responded to my email or my voice mail. I would be happy to work with him to find some resolution if he decides that he would like to have a conversation.

I used upright law for my services, and could not have been more pleased with their involvement. They were concerned with every part of the process, and I am so glad that I heard about them through my friend.

We're terribly sorry that this former client felt that she was give sub-standard service.  We have done everything in our power to let her know that her feelings are important to us, including issuing a full refund to her prior to this complaint with the Revdex.com.  We wish her all the best of...

All was going. Good till they assigned me a lawyer have been calling and calling for close to six months now. When he does pick up the phone says he is going to file then never does. Call upright and they just hang up on me that was a waste of 1800 dollars
