The representatives I told with were very polite, thorough and helpful. They explained the process very well and inform me about my options. So far this experience has been everything I needed to get me on the right track.

I would like to say that I stumbled upon Upright Law when I was in desperation to get out from under debt.. I had never filed for bankruptcy my whole life.. just got through somehow.. but went to a loan establishment and all my mountains started building then.. getiing more and more in debt.. I was drowning.. and because of my monthly income thought there was no way out.. I was on the edge of a cliff mentally.. then somehow I got the number of a law firm and decided to call in desperation thinking probably they couldnt help because I had extreme limited funds.. but they told me they would accept monthly payments and that in 6 months I could actually be free.. there was no other place for me to go at this point.. so I went for it..and in two more months I shall be able to breathe a sigh..and shall be much more careful in the future.. one credit card max..and if I cant afford it then I shall go without it.. I am thankful...

Since the first call to Upright law, I was treated with the best respect and my questions for bankruptcy were fully explained to me before making the right choice for my future. The staff were very friendly and ac knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Upright Law to anyone needing to know about Bankruptcy.

We would need 6 months worth of pay stubs (going back 6 months from April) or Social Security Award letter or have her fill out a no income affidavit if she does NOT work which we could provide for you.

The reason not acceptable because they included my wife which do not live with me I live by myself for almost three years and its been almost two years and I'm talking to some body different every time AND IF I DON'T CALL THEM WE WOULDN'T TALK ABOUT THE CASE I DON'T HAVE TIME TO BABY SIT do your job. It been 2 years come on throw a dog a bone. I can go on and on.
