when the local attorney and the client experienced some communication issues.  To resolve this, I contacted another partner in the area and reassigned the case to him.  I also spoke with the client and apologized for his frustrations.  The client is now happy and moving forward with his newly assigned attorney.  We are very happy to have resolved the issue and we look forward to continuing to help this client along with path to debt relief and financial freedom.

Hired this company paid them $1,785.00 up front on Monday August 29th 2016 so they could get my case going immediately talked with several different people sent every document asked for then after I was told I could file a chapter 7 was then told by " my attorney " that I didn't qualify for a chapter 7 because my husband and I make to much money although I was filing alone not with my husband but they still have to include his income but in fact I could file a chapter 13 not what I wanted to do the reason I was filing was because I wanted a chapter 7 filed on my behalf so I requested a full refund because it had only been 5 days but nope keeping my money. Do not I repeat do not use this company...

work effectively with you to move your legal matter along faster. It appears that we began the relationship having excellent communication with you and then failed at a couple of critical points. As soon as you had completed your fee obligations we sent you a list of documents that we needed from you. That was on 8/28/14. You called us next on 10/27/14 asking where your legal documents were that you hired us to prepare. We had no record of receiving them. We should have reached out to you in the interim to let you know we had never received them. I apologize that we were not more attentive to your case. You resent the documents the same day and we received them and entered them into our system the following Monday. Unfortunately, there were a few documents missing. We failed to notify you that these documents were missing. That was our fault and we take responsibility for that. We notified you on 11/24 of the missing documents and had two conversations with you on 12/2 and explained what documents we still need and explained how to get them. We have not heard back from you since then. Unfortunately, I have no records of further calls or emails from you since then, but I feel badly that our team did not reach out to you more proactively. I want to help you get the documents and complete your case. I am going to personally call you later today and will devote whatever resources are necessary to help you complete the process. The company was knowledgeable and sympathetic. They helped me with my legal issues and followed through with me and ensured I did not get hassled. They honored their word and did as they said they would.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach Ms. [redacted] to this point, but I am continuing my efforts to resolve this situation.

UpRight Law is amazing. They have helped my husband and I do what we though was impossible.

UpRight Law has been very helpful and takes the time to explain everything. If I had any questions they would answer me promptly . I had no problem getting my ssi/disability from the state. I would recommend them to everyone

The lawyers that I spoke with did not keep to their schedules, were rude, and overall made me feel as if my case didn't matter to them at all. The only time I received a call back from them is when I threatened to cancel their services. When I finally did cancel their services due to the way I was being treated they took two thirds of the down payment that I gave them to basically add up my income and tell me that I make too much money to file for a chapter 7. They say they want to help with financial issues and debt and then take $200 for doing a fairly simple math problem?

Had a lot of questions that they were glad to answer. They did not try and push them self on me. Did what they said they would do. Made me feel comfortable talk to them.

I had been worried for quite a while, knowing no matter how hard I tried I could not get ahead on my bills. due to health problems last year it was really bad. I saw there ad on [redacted] and thought it doesn't hurt to find out . they are wonderful. So caring, so informative, so supportive. They even went so far as to help me with a local attorney. I believe more businesses should follow their example!

I would recommend And have, to anyone seeking bankruptcy to engage upright law. . They were helpful, honest and always there when I needed them..I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you very much.

outstanding documents that were necessary for properly preparing the bankruptcy petition. After a very short conversation about the remaining documents, the client was able to provide them and we finished the preparation of his petition. The client's case is now filed and the client has achieved the result that he was seeking.
