I am rejecting this response because:  I did receive a call from a Steve who said a Mr [redacted] would call me as of yet this has not happened.  The call from Steve came today 1/14/16.  My life is in crisis and they are only there to scam me out of money.  I told them I need forms.  I never received them.  I am a stage 3 cancer patient..

based with her. When someone tells us that he or she has changed his or her mind about filing for bankruptcy, we have a duty to explain all of the consequences of that decision. Often, that requires a conversation with one of our attorneys or a senior staff member who is highly educated about the bankruptcy process. The particular representative with whom this client spoke transferred her to the Enhanced Services Department so we could more thoroughly review her decision and and any possible consequences. Despite numerous attempts, our Enhanced Services Department was unable to make contact with this client until after she filed this complaint. When we did speak with her,we were able provide the solution that she desired and, though she is no longer moving forward with the bankruptcy process, she is now satisfied with her result from UpRight Law.

Hello I would recommend upright law to any of you who is having trouble with bills and you can not get out of debt they are helpful and very nice always will to help they will look at your issues and see if they are the right fit for you I'm very thankful to have them in my conern thank you

I was so nervous about my decision on filing chapter 7. UpRight Law was very informative and helpful! I had Brandon [redacted] as my attorney and he was available to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about everything. I was assigned a local attorney to finish the process. Everything has gone smooth and I would highly recommend them if you are considering on having to file bankruptcy. There is life after bankruptcy and it does not ruin you like some people say! dont use this company the only time the rturn phone calls is to rip you off for more money they tell you dont worry about bills just pay us so inthe mean time all my bills are behind and shut off notices and my house are under forclosure so they state till they are paued in full they dont file any thing or do anything so they want there money up front and dont care what happens but when they sighn you up they say they will stop everything and get all bills put on hold and all I have to pay is themehat a lie

through the bankruptcy process. In this case, there appears to have been some miscommunication regarding accurate expectations. Mr. [redacted] came to us with a great deal of debt, much of which was owed to the Internal Revenue Service for unpaid taxes. Taxes are often not dischargeable in bankruptcy, and unfortunately, Mr. [redacted]'s tax debt was similarly not dischargeable. We regret that Mr. [redacted] did not understand that a Chapter 13 bankruptcy is a reorganization of debt which requires nondischargeable debt to be repaid through the Chapter 13 Trustee. We are constantly and diligently working to train our staff to give more complete information to the clients so better decisions can be made from the outset of every case. Since Mr. [redacted] lodged this complaint, we were able to get in touch with him and found a resolution that he was very happy with. Whenever miscommunications happen, we take our responsibility to our clients very seriously and we will continue to work diligently to make sure every client who comes to us is better off for having done so.

acknowledge that his perception of the customer service has been unsatisfactory.  We are very happy to hear that he has found a path to financial freedom, even it is not with our firm and we wish him the verybest of luck in all of his future endeavors.  This former client and I were able to come to an amicable agreement and resolve this matter.
