I would not hire these people for any thing ever again. It's been a 18 months for a chapter 13 and I still have no conformation on my case. The lawyer they hired from my area SUCK"S ,he does not return phone call's and I had another hearing on March 23 ,2016 and still not received any info about what happened. I've called the attorney at least 10 time's and still have not heard from him.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM

I found upright law to be a good choice to choose to help me. I found them on the Internet. They have explained everything clearly to me. They are very professional on the telephone. My interaction with this law firm is great. I am well pleased with them.

I've been trying for months. I filed back in November of 2014 to get this bankruptcy taken care of. I've paid for my entire case in full months ago but still no results. They say get this report or that report going back 5 years on taxes give them this bank statement then that my entire financial history has been handed over to them and still no results. I've paid for property appraisals which is ridiculous it's been over a month and no one has contacted me for directions to the property and it is impossible to find this property without actual directions since it is not on any GPS system. I recently attempted to email them since they only respond to emails to find that 2 of the 4 emails sent have permanent failures and the last two have had no response. This is as bad as the romance scams that are sweeping the internet on facebook only this place seems to have a legal business. Oh and if you try for your money back so you can actually hire someone that will do their job that'll be impossible since they refuse to offer your money back. I am just so frustrated trying to at least talk to someone and having no way in which to communicate except through email and even that isn't working right now. Are they still in business or not?

Feeling like you don't know what to say after selecting a law firm to represent you is normal I suppose. When you are going through bankruptcy, you feel scared and quite unsure of everything going on around you. Bankruptcy is hard. What I appreciate about UpRight Law is that they tell you that you'll feel scared and sometimes all alone with what's happening to you. What they make you feel is that you are not alone. There is no way to make scared go away. I shopped around a bit and everyone I spoke with was very clinical and treated me like just another jerk that can't pay his bills. Some people look for something magical to happen. That just because you made contact that it's going to be over with quickly. It does not happen that way. It was a good choice for me.

Initially filed a complaint. Did not realize full amount of fee must be paid before bankruptcy would be officially filed. I do believe it was an honest miscommunication. After filing complaint I was contacted by a representative of Upright law in about a week and he apologized for the miscommunication and immediately refunded the 250.00 retainer fee while I waited on the phone. He then emailed receipt which I was able to see before we even hung up. I commend them for their honesty and standing behind their product.

I was referred to Upright Law by a family member. I was provided with great details of how the process works and the representative made it very comfortable for me to make affordable payment arrangements. I will refer this service to anyone that I know who needs financial freedom from debt.

1st have the time they are saying I was an client they were just accepting funds from my bank account, they were being paid bimonthly and the last payment came out in 8/2013, after they were paid in full in 11/2013 I explained I believed I made too much money and asked they just hold my case because my job was threatening to close and this occur in 4/2014, due to being laid off I decided to place bankruptcy on hold now in financial distress having no income and asked for an refund less 350 dollars which I was told would be an late fee for not filing after paying, and was willing to accept that fee for papers copied and telephone calls taken but the represntative [redacted] I spoke too tried to incinuate that the only moneys I could recover was court cost which I disagreed with, he attempted to state that most of the work was done but how without my information never submitted to their office, with no filing in court and no attorney touching my case other then the initial counselling when I signed on with them which was free now that they have my funds they don't want to relinquish them period and he gave me an million reason why he felt his company was justified in keeping 70% of what was paid again I disagree MY CREDIT IN MY PRESENT FINANCIAL STATE IS THE LESS OF MY WORRIES AND that's why I wanted an refund and to place this action on hold
