I contacted this business back in July for the first time. From the initial contact until the end they were very helpful, professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable about my needs of their service. I dealt with many people through out the process and found them all to be as described above. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for someone in the area of their expertise.

I was undecided if I wanted to file for a 13 and was unsure of the unknown. But I must say that I am so glad I spoke to the great staff at upright Law. September 29,2015 I cancelled due to illness.I paid 500$ so far.was told last week I would receive a refund.this week I'm told no refund.they did absolutely nothing ! People please be careful! We are our best fighters.I was depressed and tried to take the easy way out that 500$ would have taking care of 2 bills.no I will definitely not recommend upright law.Crooks

Upright Law has treated with the up-most respect even knowing that I am going through a chapter 7. They have many options for people like myself. They also work out a payment plan if needed by someone like me which make things easier. They hold put the consumers first and show it at all times. I would recommend the to all I know and already have starting with my brother. If you are in my situation I recommend upright law as first stop.

I had a good experience with the company and they worked hard and steady on my case.

Worst people I ever dealt with, paid them $500, then my financial situation changed and canceled 1 month into the agreed price of $2500. Made numerous phone calls about a refund, and was told 30-45 business days.On business day 42, they inform me no refund would be issued because they started working on my case. Received 1 phone call from a lawyer explaining what I would need to bring, nothing since. Guess that was a $500 phone call. Do your research and file it yourself. These people are clowns and only want to rip you off

during our talk, we were able to address them all.  We were able to resolve this matter and UpRight Law is very happy to continue our service to this client if she should ever decide that she would like to move forward with the bankruptcy process.

I am the managing attorney at UpRight Law for Enhanced Service.  Immediately upon receiving this complaint, we pulled up this case file and looked into this former client's issue.  Unfortunately, there was a gap in communication between what this client was told and what was communicated...

to management.  That gap caused improper expectations on the part of the client and an usually long process time for this refund.  We apologize for our mistake and the refund has since been processed.  We wish this former client the best of luck in the future.

This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered with a law company. They "UpRight Law LLC have caused me to become ill with stress, miss work, caused friction between my spouse and I and my children. UpRight Law has not done anything for us for three months accept cause more vendors to turn me in for collection. I have sent over 100 pages of requested documents to them to file our chapter 13. I paid them $2000.00 (I had to borrow) in June 2015 and they still have not filed chapter 13 to the courts for us. They don't reply in a timely manner when asked for status. They have several staff who don't have a clue about our file when asked. They put us off and even hang up on us after being on hold for 20 minutes or longer. I would not suggest anyone use UpRight Law for any purpose at all. They are simply a scam outfit taking money from people who are already financially broke.

The lawyers and employees of Upright Law were so kind and understanding in helping us with our issues. The answered all our questions with easy to understand answers and never used legal terms that the average person would not understand. They were absolutely the BEST.

UpRight Law is the best Law firm. Everyone is so nice. I would tell everyone if you need them to call upright they will be glad to help you.

Upright is great, they have helped me with garnishments on my account allowing me to be able to caught up on some of my others and also teach me on ways that I can rebuild me credit. I would recommend upright to anyone.

So far they have been great. I am about to make my last payment.Every time I have called my lawyer he has answered my questions. Waiting for the next step.
