January 9, 2016Revdex.com*** ***Fax: 970-221-1239Complaint ID #***Dear *** ***,I shared this complaint with my staff, even the employees who weren’t atwork that dayI thought it would be a good experience to share and somethingcould be gained in helping them do their job better We pulled the securitytape and watched the event unfold Let’s correct a few things I am the“woman identified herself as the manager” I am the owner, for years,I wear a name tag as do all staff There were not “employees“ on staffat that time of day “She basically laughed at me and told me that they arenot UPS employees”I don’t remember laughing at her I asked the couplewho were at the cash register if they could wait while I helped her get a“receipt” for her drop off boxes It’s not actually a cash registerreceipt because she doesn’t exchange money with me; it is a 4”x6” labelwith tracking numbers on it It was one of the busiest days of the year and Idid tell my employees to not offer printouts to everyone to save time I wasnot happy that she called my employee” stupid” to his face when he askedher to wait We processed drop-off boxes that day; he was trying to catchupWhen I left my paying customer to help her she informed me that she knowsall about my franchise contract with UPS and “could have my franchiserevoked” My response to her threat was “well, you know everything” Idid get her a printout, and did tell her she could take her drop-offssomewhere else and that she was abusive to my staff and I didn’t appreciateher threatening my business I went back to my customers, she left the storebut her husband came in and wanted to know why we were so rude to his wife Itold him she was rude and abusive to staff and she didn’t need to threatenme about “revoking my franchise” He said she was not, so I asked the 2elderly people I was waiting on if they thought I was wrong They told thehusband that his wife was abusive, twice! I was not taking a “poll”.I’m not sure about the “go over to the one on Yellowstone”, I don’tknow of a drop off location on Yellowstone Avenue.My employee was upset for days; no one likes being called stupid by astrangerI know who this customer is; she’s been dropping off boxes for 3years.I have an award winning store; the staff is well trained and enjoys theirjobsThe hardest part of their job, unfortunately, is dealing with drop-offcustomers who treat them poorlyIt has been an ongoing problem within thefranchise UPS customers with their own UPS billing account can drop theirpackages at any franchise store for freeUPS pays a small fee to thefranchisee for securing and handling until their drivers pick up.As a small business owner I reserve the right to protect my business and staffunder any threat.Sincerely,Julia S*** / OwnerThe UPS Store #Thelma DriveCasper, WY 82609-

entered store 7:to have page letter notarized and copyWoman at counter (l found the next day through another UPS store this woman is the manager/owner)said no notarizing after 7pm, store closes at 7:30pI ask for supervisor or info for district office because my prior experiences with this store are always negativeThe store is always too hot, very little air ventilation, this woman is always rude, grudging in her manner and service, and the other employees as well and always excessive waitingOn this evening 9/*/the matter escalatedI wanted to put in complaint wanted her name she walk away, I went to my car got my phone for camera, went to take picture she step to rear of store I step past counter to take picture (wrong on my part- Yet I never at any time said or did any threatening) I wanted to submit a complaint because this woman is horrible every visit! she called police, exaggerated the story to policeAs one UPS was walking by during the incident, they said this lady is "nasty" After that and hearing feedback from other UPS stores about this store*** * *** *** ***I believe it is her good pleasure to provoke and offend certain customers rather than service, it may well be her own racial issuesShe is an offense to the UPS CorporationThe quality of customer service is "0"I personally have never experience anyone pleasant in this storeI work nearby and could ask others about their experience, yet, I know what I experience and the feedback from the others store made it clear this is common with her at store #***

To whom it may concern; The letter about assigned an ID of *** is not supposed to come to my store, because the tracking number of the package is not our store account number.The ups tracking number starts and after Z, the next letter is the account numberI hope you can find the correct
ups store with that tracking number and have the customer get refundAs far as I know the customer should get 100% refund from UPS Company but not from the UPS StoreThe UPS Store can claim for the customer through the Internet and ups company will send the check directly to the customer.Thank you

*** *** you keep saying as is and future problems my problems accured the same day and when I called Bryant and asked him did the car need a starter he stated no that all the up keep had been done nothing had been done to the vehicle I am fully aware of as is but that doesn't mean like just to get the sale I had a right to know the truth of the the problems if all the up keep was done like u say then u would have been aware of the broken vale which that would mean u sold me a car u new was messed up and then avoided me at the same time Yea it's a good car but it came with problems that should not have been hidden that's what I call bad business I'm a single mom and didn't asked to be robbed of my hard earned money what if I was your daughter or mother would u have told me the truth then better yet would u have let them drive away knowing they would be on side the road the next day? As is lemon law or not u said the car was fine u had maintenance done and all that was a lieThe car had to be put in a shop after my search of a cheap price after only having the car a say I got this car in Februaryand here it is May and I haven't even driven the car a month and this is supposed to be ok

The store was never contacted about the problemThe customer tried to handle it directly with UPS rather than notifying usThe package was brought in by the husbandThe wife is the one who dealt with UPSWhen the husband brought in the package he was told it was covered up to $100, did he
need any additional coverage and he said noUPS can give you the run around on these types of issuesWe have contacted UPS and had the claim reopenedWe will make sure that the customer receives credit for the shipping and up to $in value and have talked to the customer explaining all of this

This is the second time I've tried to have my package delivered to meThe first time after attempts to an address that was not mine and was changed in the system by a UPS representative they sent the package back to senderI was never notified, emailed or called that a package was trying to be delivered to me but UPS was delivering to an unknown address that they edited and changedThe package had to go across country back to sender sit there for days and shipped back to meNow, I'm having issues again with "attempts" of delivery being madeThe driver has not rang my bell, knocked on my door or attempted to deliver the package to me, instead he is writing a missed delivery notice and sticking it on my door when I'm here and took off work to be home the entire day to have this package for the second time try to be delivered after UPS failures in compiling with delivery protocolI have been on hold for over hours in total and yet again called once I saw a missed delivery noti

My wife and I walked into this store at 10:a.mto have a painting packed and shippedThey were quick to take our payment but the rest of the service was horrendousBy 11:a.m., the painting still wasn't packed or ready for shipmentAfter complaining that it shouldn't take nearly two hours to pack a box, we were kicked out of the store by the manager Theresa, who is a terrible business personThey helped people waiting in line behind us before getting to our packageCall me crazy, but last I remember, if there's a line, the first to get helped is the first in lineMy experience at this store was an absolute nightmare and I will be sharing it with everyone I know and post it in as many public forums as possibleStay away from them

Ups driver placed an extremely large rug against the front of my door and it rolled off and damaged my front porch lightEven with the incident recorded on video they refuse to fix the damage because it wasn’t the drivers intentions to break itThe porch light was hanging by the wireI’m lucky there wasn’t an electrical fireThey keep giving me the run around and avoiding the situation

The package was shipped to New York and damaged upon arrival in New York There were some challenges in dealing with UPS in New York, however this package has been returned to The UPS StoreThe customer had someone pick up the package so that they can get an estimate for the repairs
The claim has been approved by UPS At this time, we are waiting for the written repair estimate in order to continue on with processing the damage claim

HiAs usual half of this true , I asked her it might get damage as you are shipping , next time atleast

Hello.This is in response to a letter I received against my businessThe customer did not come back to my store a day later to close hermailbox, it was weeks later - also, mailboxes are nonrefundable as itsaid on the receipt she was provided. We have evidence of this claimas I have

I am rejecting this response because:He is lyingHe did not point out to us any information about shipping dates, I asked him multiple times to send it on Saturday because the tenant needed to move in on SundayWhy would I want the lease to be delivered on Tuesday if the person needed to move in on Sunday?! That makes absolutely no rational sense, and this "business owner" is making me out to seem crazyI was there with my daughter, and we both know that he assured us the package would be delivered Saturday morningThe reciept he gave us is accurate, but once again, because we told him that we needed it delivered by saturday, we did not refer to any info on it because we never even thought he would send the package for Tuesday when we specifically MULTIPLE times informed this man that it is CRUCIAL a for the package to arrive the next day (Saturday)We have emails exchanging with the apartment complex specifying dates needed for the lease that we can provide if needed because once again, if this man was telling the truth, we have no reason to pursue this claim, the only reason we are doing so is because it caused so many problems for us, including not having a place to stay and needing a hotel because he sent the lease for a later date than we requested and also his attitude and behavior when we called him to inform him of his mistake, he was very rude and called us names, yelled and hung up the phoneThat is the most unprofessional person I have ever met to treat customers like that, especially when he is supposed to be representing a larger brand
