Eric B was my technician. Very helpful and fully understood my needs. I was not expecting to put in a new water heater when he showed up. After the things he went through with me and the problems existing with the old one, a new one was a must. Eric had it the new on the truck, 2-3 hours later installed. Can't wait to see how the new one works after initial heat up. Thanks for the great time and explaining everything I need to know with the new one.

We were so impressed with the service we received from TJ at Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. He educated us on the problem and helped resolve it quickly. He also went above and beyond to address other items that were of concern and helped fix the issue we had. It is the first time we have used this company and after our great service and TJ's professionalism we will be using them going forward for any further issues or concerns that come up.

Luckily, Uptown stands behind their no-lemon guarantee. I hired Uptown to install a LG mini-split AC system several years ago. A part of the system was defective. Uptown worked to repair and then replaced the unit. The replacement unit also turned out to be defective. Uptown determined that the whole system needed replacing, and when the manufacturer denied responsibility, Uptown finally took on the expense of replacing the entire system (this time with Mitsubishi equipment) and the AC worked great every time I needed it all summer.
I am very glad I hired a company that not only did a good job installing, but also stood behind their company's promise even when their supplier let them down.
If it weren't for Uptown, I might have spent all that money on my mini-split system and never have had reliable AC!

Andrew diagnosed and corrected an uneven heating problem in our home's new boiler installation. Supply and return piping for the boiler system in our old house was original to the old gravity boiler, plus tie-in piping for an addition, as well as a crawl space loop. It is a complex and confusing system. Andrew examined the situation and suggested changes that would give us even, comfortable heat throughout the house. He even made valve adjustments on this diagnostic visit that significantly improved distribution. He returned two days later to make necessary piping alterations and valve replacements. We were left happy and warm! Andrew is not only a great plumber, he's also part engineer and designer as well! We are thankful for his service!

At age 76, I've been around the block a few times and have had to maintain a few houses along the way. I have never before encountered the high degree of work ethic, competence, timeliness, professionalism and cleanliness that I've experienced with Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Company members are personable from their front desk to each technician; their honesty and trustworthiness are impeccable; and their costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I had a very positive experience with Uptown Plumbing and Heating. Allan is a great technician. He took his time as we worked thru the fall boiler start up. I live in an older home with radiator heat and a complicated looking system. He managed all without any problems.

Two years ago, we bought a mini-split from Uptown Plumbing and we think it's a great way to get air conditioning without duct work. Unfortunately, loud noises came from the condensate pump for the upstairs unit. Uptown replaced the pump. The noise continued. This year they sent technicians who spent 3 hours figuring out what was making the noise (not the pump) and fixing it. The technicians have been unfailingly polite and focused on the problem. We hope the problem is fixed, but if it's not, we're confident that they will return until it is.

Matt and Ben arrived punctually for our scheduled furnace tune-up. Very professional in their interaction with me. I like how they kept me informed of what they were doing during the tune-up, even making recommendations along the way without any hard sell tactics. Very thorough and knowledgable.

I have been a member of Uptown's maintenance plan for about 9 months. I have never had such wonderful service from any company before. They call, schedule an inspection, let me know when they are on their way. They are professional, well groomed, and all six of the service people that I have had have been personable and courteous. One of the first visits, the technician said that he had finished early and they had a policy to offer to help senior citizens with anything using the extra time they had. - I was 70 years old at the time.

Bo arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and outlined the problems associated with my hot water heater. He showed me what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a detailed bill. He performed the work in a timely manner, explained the new water heater and plumbing and cleaned the work area. I would highly recommend Uptown Heating and Cooling based on my experience.
