Justin and his team just installed a new boiler in my home. They were efficient, explained in detail what they had done, cleaned up (leaving my basement cleaner than when they started). The entire process was a great experience, from the furnace tune up yesterday, explaining the problem with the furnace to the installation today. I am so impressed especially since [redacted] had done a tuneup the end of May and did not find the CO2 leak. Everyone at Uptown has been very pleasant and helpful and has gone beyond what I expected. I'd give them an A+ I have already referred them to a friend.

I was impressed with the installers; they were informative, efficient and seemed to know what they were doing. I would use this company again, but hope I don't need to!

Bob came to my home to install a new thermostat and fine tune my new furnace and air conditioner. I found Bob to be knowledgeable and very helpful. Bob addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. The work Bob did was professional and neat. At the end of the job Bob cleaned up after himself. I am well satisfied.

I needed to have my exterior garden spigot relocated. I made an appointment request through their call service. Within a few hours someone from Uptown called me to schedule my appointment. They sent me an email reminder of my appointment and called me the day of to see if I could accommodate a plumber earlier then scheduled.
The plumber was very professional and laid out my options to relocate my spigot.
He was got right to work after my approval. He kept a clean work site and was thorough in explaining what he did and how to clear the water line prior to next winter.
Overall very satisfied with the price and workmanship.

They were in my house less than 30 minutes
They charged me $566 dollars for a very easy job

My neighbor saw the truck and said he would never use them again.
They charged him $2500 for 2 feet of work

Their justification for the high rates is that they claim they are “A Premium Plumber”
My plumber of 35 years, once I found him, gave me an estimate of $200. If you put Richfield plumbing in Google it brings you to Uptown Plumbing because they service Richfield and pay Google the most.

I always get great service and advice when I work with Uptown Plumbing and today with Dan L was no different. He explained options for me and made sure everything was working smoothly before he left. Awesome!

Purchased a new furnace and air-conditioning system. I had bought from Uptown Plumbing before (water heater) and once again the service was outstanding.

I called this company when I had problems with my kitchen sink. I called them on Monday morning and I spoke to the customer service person who will take and schedule the call. I asked the person how much would they charge to unclog my sink. He said, that there will be no upfront charge until they assess the problem (make is sounds like they are cheap compare to other plumbing company but they are not!). He said, I will be scheduled for 8:00am the next day (Tuesday) and that a technician will be there at my house. I waited for the technician to arrive at 8:00am but nobody showed up so I went to work. l have my son at home to open the door for the technician just in case he will show up. The Technician arrived at 8:40 (40 mins late) and work on my sink for less than 30 mins and charge me $262 for less than 30 mins work removing the grease from my sink. I called the Uptown Plumbing an asked them why they charge me too much for less than 30 mins work. The person refer me to the General Manager Mark [redacted]. This guy called me at work and tells me that they did not do anything wrong that the price is reasonable and that I should not complain. I told him about the entire scenario and I told him that it's very expensive for less than 30 mins job. He sounds like its my fault and that my son should have called me when their Tech is telling him the price. To me, I think they are taking advantage of the situation because I was not there to tell the Technician not to work on my sink because the quote was very expensive. The General Manager Mark [redacted] is not a good person to talk to on the phone. Not a good listener and I have to tell him to let me speak. He should not be in that position if he cannot act like a professional to deal customer's feedback. So overall, I am very disappointed with this company and will not recommend this to my company and friends. NEVER use Uptown Plumbing!!!.

The tech, Jason, contacted me before arrival and even came early!!! He was well trained and knew how to tune-up condenser furnaces and water heater. He also replaced equipment that eventually could cause problems - in the distant future.
Uptown Plumbing has been the most responsive company and I have used them on several occasions. I will always recommend Uptown to anyone who asks!
