Jason Kcame to our home yesterday and was an absolute delight to work with He was very mannerly and especially knowlegable about a variety of plumbing issues He even solved a year old mystery for us regarding turning on the back faucet! I will request Jason and Uptown Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future Thank you Jason for your hard work! I would also like to say the Uptown Plumbing was very professional from beginning to end

I am an Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling customer having had them do plumbing, heating and cooling work at my house Most recently, Allan Motz, a service technician, came out and "tuned up" my AC for the summer He was courteous and knowledgeable, explaining what he did and what he found In my several experiences with various Uptown technicians, this has always been the experience I would recommend Uptown to others

We have used Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling in the past and I finally decided to write a review Your service tech Austin *** was very knowledgeable and helpful He explained everything and fixed the problem I would recommend Uptown Plumbing anytime

Patrick followed up on a boiler replacement that needed fine tuning to provide more even heat throughout the house He really listened to my concerns and confidently assured me that Uptown would solve the problem Patrick represents Uptown well with professionalism, knowledge, empathy and great listening skills! I'm thankful for his service!

Uptown installed a new boiler for me recently and Joshua H worked with me to go over the paperwork after the technicians finished the install Joshua was very professional and knowledgable He went over everything with me to complete the process

Michael was friendly, thorough and promptI felt comfortable with him in my home and he explained the process and bill in a clear manner

I cannot say enough good things about Uptown Plumbing We have had three visits and each time they have been great

During my recent furnace & water heater tune-up, Steve was very informative, even inviting me to watch as me was doing his workWhen he found a problem, he showed me the issue and offered multiple approaches to solving itAs a result, I became aware of an ongoing but soon to expire BOGO deal on a combination furnace/AC replacementHe also showed me the various things that needed to be addressed, and I decided against those "band aids" because of the BOGO deal
Steve didn't arrive within the original time "window," but the Uptown dispatcher communicated the situation to me very clearly along the wayI really appreciated that!

This is the second time that I've used Uptown Plum...Today I called at 9:AM
and a master plumber, Dan P was here by 10:AMHe fixed a difficult leaking toilet problem explaining and showing me the problems while he workedI was very
pleased with his work which is warranted for months or more
7-months ago I had a different plumbing problem that was also efficiently
fixed by Uptown PlumbersI will be using again for any future work

Scheduled an appointment on occasions and plumber never showedTime was monopolized on different days for a total of hoursMay be a great business but making an appearance would support that theory

Again, I have had a wonderful experience with Uptown Heating! I would highly recommend them to anyone The service is so prompt and the quality of the product surpasses anyone's expectationsThe service people who have come to my house have been courteous, knowledgeable, and friendlyKudos to Uptown!
