I've been using Uptown Heating & Cooling for the last couple years. Each time I've had someone come to the house for my Happy Home Owner check-ups the techs have been very professional and accommodating.
This morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Chad [redacted]. Chad was happy to explain all the steps he goes go through to ensure a thorough furnace and hot water heater inspection. I was very impressed with his willingness for me to watch & learn and get to know a little about himself.
Chad is a great asset to the Uptown team! Thank you.

Justin, Dave and Miken arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and completed a complex old boiler removal and new boiler installation to restore heat to our old house just before the temperature plunged! Their work was beautiful and they left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. Our thanks!

Excellent service-always above and beyond

Nate was called to our home on a Sunday in January to diagnose and add to repairs that had been done to our furnace. He was able to diagnose an additional problem and add to the repairs already done to successfully get our furnace up and running.

Uptown Plumbing and heating is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They are first rate in ever thing that they do in my opinion. If things aren't correct they will do everything in their power to make it correct.

Uptown Plumbing and Heating are fabulous to deal with. They understand the importance of customer service and communication. From the first call to the completion of work, they exceed my expectations.

I have a mixed review of Uptown Plumbing. Overall I was pleased with the service; they were prompt, and I believe they recommended and performed the appropriate repair (water heater replacement). I was however quite disappointed with the price, and I feel I was oversold somewhat. I have a relatively large house but only 3 people living in it, and was sold a 75 gallon water heater. More disappointing was the base price with installation of over $3600, with addition of expansion tank and some replacement of inlet and outlet valves and piping moving the price up to over $5800. I regret not shopping around more, although with a leaking water heater I was in a hurry to have the issue resolved. In summary I was satisfied with the customer service but quite disappointed with the price.

I called today in response to a promotional ad in a news flyer in our neighborhood. I was told they would not service rental properties. I explained I was not calling about rental property, I jointly own the home with my son who lives there. Since I do not live there, I was not able to schedule an appointment for service. Thay doesn't make any sense at all. This company will not only not get our buisness, I will share this information with anyone I know looking for HVAC services.

We had a new water heater installed and some minor work done in one of our bathrooms. Jason K and Eric B did a terrific job. They were personable, knowledgable and went out of their way to advise us on cost-effective products and services.

Uptown Plumbing recently installed a new boiler for me. The team that worked with me were Justin M., Mikan R and Amanda G. They were very professional, showing up on time and finishing the install well within the quoted time. They were very knowledgeable and went through the new system with me.

Once again, the team from Uptown Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling provided comprehensive service, this time installing my new furnace and air conditioner.

As usual, I received a phone call the day before to remind me of the scheduled service and the names of the field service personnel I'd be working with. In addition, I received an email reminder indicating that the team was on its way to my townhouse.

From the minute they arrived, the field service guys were very friendly and outgoing. In many respects, I felt like a couple of friends were doing the installation. They invited me to watch them at work and ask questions at any time during the installation. They also worked very well together, one focusing on the furnace and the other on the air conditioner.

When the installation was complete, the lead person provided very detailed illustrations of the varioius steps they used in both installations, focusing on ways in which this installation was a little different (and better) than my original furnace and air conditioner. He also provided clear instructions on forms that I had to send in as follow-up to finalize everything.

There wasn't a bit of debris left over; in fact, they swept out my garage!

Kudos to the team at Uptown Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling!!

We recently had a new floor drain installed in our basement by Jason and Eric. It involved jackhammering the floor. Although we were apprehensive about the process they handled it in a timely and efficient manner. They used tarps and plastic to insure that contents of shelving and carpets were protected. They also made an extra effort to do prep work for another job we had scheduled with Uptown which helped that job get done in a timely manner. They were friendly and helpful and did an excellent cleanup.

Uptown is the best in the business for those of us with old homes. They get it. They aren't the cheapest but the are the best. They don't increase the price after the work is done, and they don't upsell you from the moment they walk in the door. They are prompt, clean and polite. They are professionals.

On a routine check-up my furnace was found to be in very bad shape. Uptown diagnosed the
Problem and was able to schedule a repair and replacement he next day.

Andrew was the most qualified furnace service person I have ever encountered. He was on time, very professional and really knew his stuff! I will request him again next year to service my furnace.

I was very satisfied with the service. Mike did an excellent job of explaining costs and features on the toilet I had installed today. They cleaned the area up nicely after the job was done and I would certainly give Uptown plumbing an A+. We even did a little chatting about the eagles nests that I watch. Job well done guys.

I'm so pleased with the service that I received from Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Andy was personable, knowledgeable and extremely competent! He resolved my problems with efficiency and even helped me rehang some kitchen cabinet doors that I had removed to paint. I've never experienced such a great level of service before!

In addition, I'd like to highlight that the office staff I interacted with were also very personable and helpful. I will definitely be calling them for my future service needs, and I'll be very happy to recommend this company to my family and friends.

Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Inc. installed a new high-efficiency boiler & water heater and added baseboard heating to our finished attic. They were efficient, totally professional, pleasant to deal with and did a great job all around. After we'd had them in for the estimate on a Thursday our old (very old) boiler went out on Saturday. I called and let them know we wanted to go ahead with their bid and they quickly had a technician out to our house to get our old boiler back up and running within 90 minutes of my call, and at no charge to boot since we were going ahead with their bid on the bigger job. Every single interaction has been excellent - scheduler, estimator, office staff and the 5-man crew. Thanks.

Always a great experience with Uptown plumbing, heating and cooling. Nate was polite, and patient. He explained all the details of what he did during his time checking our furnace.

Chad did a great job. He was timely and efficient. I will ask for him every time I schedule a boiler inspection. Unlike his predecessor on the job (also from Uptown) he was there to provide SERVICE not make HIS day with an inflated bill which included services which I do not believe warranted the amount he wanted to charge. A complaint reduced the invoice by about 50% but even then the 'reason' for the work (input water valve had mysteriously stopped working - hmmmm - whenever did that happen before) was suspect and I will always have a suspicion with regard to motives of 'techs' Uptown sends out. Note that I have done over $20,00 of business with Uptown yet one bad experience will forever tarnish my opinion of them. Mr [redacted] should be more attentive and not try to employ a new 'plan' without making sure it meets the business model that he used for so many years to build a reputation of reliability at a reasonable price.
