We called Uptown at 4pm after discovering our water heater had sprung a massive leak, flooding our basement. The dispatcher had the after hours plumber to our house by 6pm. They had a replacement heater in stock, and we were very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. Not cheap - $1800 + $189 for the emergency call - but high quality.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Uptown. They arrive early( which was great). Quickly diagnosed the problem, quickly resolved the problem . All of my contacts with Uptown has been extremely friendly and customer focused. They are excellent

Our water heater was leaking and needed replacement. Uptown Plumbing was able to provide service within two hours. The technician was talented, pleasant, and very capable. We were very pleased with the service.

Chad [redacted] came to my house for a furnace and water heater tune up. He was extremely thorough, but I really appreciated all of the education in home maintenance. He was courteous, clean, and extremely professional. I had another company coming to tune up a 2nd furnace and I have cancelled this visit as it would not be able to compare to the service I had today.

We had a cracked 90 angle PVC joint from our sump pump and Eric looked at various options and was able to implement the most efficient and cost effective one. Very pleased with work and cost. Will definitely use Uptown Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I had a coupon for a furnace and water heater tune-up. The technician came out and wasn't in my basement more than 15 minutes when he came up and told me I needed a whole new furnace. He said that my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and parts were worn out. He emphasized the danger of having my furnace in this condition. It seemed somewhat suspicious especially after the carbon monoxide emissions reading was 4 ppm which is actually a very normal level. He also wanted me to make an appointment to have a plumber come out because he explained I had water quality problems.

Considering my suspicions, I called another company for a second opinion. That company confirmed my suspicions. There assessment-- my furnace did not need replacing--it did not even need repairing.

Just had Ben and Tom from UptownPlumbing come out to look at my air conditioner and furnace. Both were extremely polite and professional. They took the time to explain the issues and made sure I understood my options. I am not savvy in the HVAC language, but they were able to explain the situation to me so that I could understand and make an educated decision. Would highly recommend them!
