This client was taken care of internally, PRIOR to receiving a Revdex.com complaint Upon receipt of his support inquiry, which was 9/2, his ticket was escalated to management which was addressed first thing on 9/ (Monday being Labor day, we had a one day delay in response due to other

This consumer worked with an affiliate partner of *** and completed all compliance calls and disclosures informing her that she could prepare the documents on her own, she was working with a third party company and that the investment paid did not go towards her loans The company who
