our representative spent time with you to understand all the benefits you could receive if you enrolled into a federal consolidation program.During this call, she made it known that our company was a third party private document preparation company, which prepares the documents for the consumer self submission.  We are not a loan provider, loan service company, nor do we forgive the loans.  We are very similar to a tax preparer, working on your behalf to identify the programs that provide the best value and then for a fee complete the documents.During the phone call our representative asked if you had created your FSA ID to be able to confirm your loan types and balances. It was revealed that you have not, she asked, with your permission I can walk you through your FSA ID set up and then walked you through that process.  We have added another step in our process to ensure our potential clients understand we are, with their permission, helping them create their ID if they do not want to do it themselves.Since you did not become a client after our assistance, your private information was purged from the system the only information retained is your name, your email and your phone number.At this time we have no other information in our system and thank you for making us aware of your interaction with our company. Your USPS tracking # [redacted] shows that it was delivered to the address that you requested it be delivered to.  Per our client agreement and our third party compliance call, our contracted services were for the document preparation for your qualified federal student loan consolidation. Upon mailing your completed documents to your new loan service company, your loans will be consolidated and you will qualify for the revised pay as you earn program. After 240 payments of $0.00, whatever is left will then be forgiven. Ussls reached out to me unsolicited and promised to consolidate my federal student loans with fed loan for me. They promised all it would take is a $549.00 payment and they would send out a packet for me to send in. The same packet that can be found on FASFA.gov for consolidation and income based repayment programs for FREE. This company stole money for a military family claiming this is what I had to do to get my student loans under control. I'm furious! I want my money back. This was fraud!

concerning to hear that you did not receive disclosures that you were working with a third party company.We have further investigated your file and found that to be a false statement.  We have a recorded third party, compliance call stating you understood you were working with a third party to assist you in the document preparation process.  In addition, you signed the client agreement which has a full disclosure page and the first few paragraphs read:13. DISCLOSURES. You acknowledge that we have provided the following disclosures to you prior to or at the time of thesigning of this Agreement:(A) Our Service Fees are not payments on your student loan debt. Our Service Fees are in addition to and independent ofany of your student loan obligations and are fees paid to us for services rendered.(B) We are not a lender or loan servicer. We are a service provider, providing a service to you for a fee. We do notrepresent your loan holders or loan servicers and the services provided by us are not under the direction of any student loanservicer or loan holder.(C) We are not an agency of the government nor are we associated with the government. The services rendered by us arenot under the direction or management of the government. We are a private for-profit business, providing a service for a fee.(D) You may submit applications for repayment plan changes directly to your student loan servicer or the DOE withoutour assistance. The email correspondence I had was with a [redacted] with this email, [redacted] <[redacted]>, while the person that emailed me once I reached out to the Revdex.com has this email, [redacted] <[redacted].  At this time, I am not satisfied with the service of this company because I believe something fraudulent has taken place on their part.  The website I was provided with for further questions, mysupporthelp.com, was down for a period of time.  No attempts to contact me have been made since I last spoke to a representative on February 1st, despite being assured and reassured  that payments would automatically withdraw within the timeline that was given to me over our initial conversation.  I could not reach any representatives as well, in my attempts to resolve this on my own.  I do not want to continue business with the company.  I would like a refund of the services I paid for but were not provided.

that we’d be preparing the documents and you’d be signing and self submitting them to the government for your consolidation.  You were not binding yourself to a consolidation with us, rather we were completing the paperwork for you.  During this call you completed a third party compliance call to ensure you fully understood the program.Additionally, you spoke with our billing department to rearrange your payment dates so they would be more affordable. (Note at this time all of our services were rendered, we were working with you to make sure you were not impacted financially).On 6/23/2105, two months after our services were rendered, you submitted a question to our service department, we reached out twice and had no response from you. We do understand that at times consumers can be confused in the process and with the goal of complete client satisfaction, we will be issuing a refund for the amount paid, which was $377 and mailing a check to the address we have on file.Thank you [redacted]Compliance
