This client was enrolled by a third party company working whom USSLS servicedThe company is no longer in business and has terminated all monthly client feesAfter researching this file, it appears the client didn't submit their renewal request to USSLS and as such USSLS did not have the
opportunity to update and prepare the documents for this consumers renewal. A refund, of $will be issued to the consumer, on behalf of USSLS

Do not go to this company for helpThey do not help you do much they are simply a "private documentation preparation company" they do not help consolidate your loans they just file paper work (that you can do for FREE directly with navient) and charge you monthly even without sending any paper work backThey have been charging me for over a year and none of that will go towards my loans because it was just their fees and even though I never mailed back the signed paperwork they still have taken about out and I'm happy I didn't mail back anything and am canceling immediatelyThey will not refund any of the money even though their contract says they will refund 50%DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I responded to accept and close this matter on the 2nd of February and assumed I would have the refund by business day 5, however I have still yet to recieve and have my matter resolved.
