Review: Was looking to refinance student loans and was not aware that the government offers this type of service at no cost. This agency isasking for a $600 payment for this free service. I have already paid $150 which I would like a refund. I have contacted agency regarding service and they are not willing to accept responsibility. Agency needs to be shut down as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: Would like to get money back and agency acknowledging that service is free and that its a fraud that they are charging for this.
