We do apologize for any inconveniences; however; when agentsarrived to service the move. Ourcustomer in questions needed additional services perfumed that were notincluded in the original contract and or move estimate. When the moving estimate was originallyquoted it was
based on the information provided by the customer directly. There were no intentions of fraud; if additionalservices are required it does become the responsibility of the customerthemselves. We sincerely regret anyinconveniences that have occurred, however the customer is not entitled to arefund

I rejected because they are lying about I dint wanted to waite for suposly a driver you can tell they are the wores moving company ever and thief any ways I guess they need the money more then me

We do apologize for the inconveniences; our agent Best PriceMoving is on of the best companies in the industry. Prior to loading their foreman explained the possibilityof their being additional weight. A revisedestimate was provided to the customer, the customer signed agreeing to the
revision. As a good faith measurement a reweighwill be ordered. The conditions of there-weight the customer themselves must meet the drives at the weight stationnear their home; a heavy weight of the items is obtained. Everyone proceeds to the resident the shipmentis then off loaded, and everyone returns to the original weight stationobtaining the left weight. This is the verificationprocess of verifying the weight, the customer must attend the process, if notit becomes invalid. According to the office of Best Price copes ofthe weights tickets will be a part of the delivery documents, copes will alsobe emailed to the customer as requested.

After receiving the response from USA moving through Revdex.com
we contacted USA moving about the delivery date of our household goods
They said they would call back, agent (*** ***) from USA moving called on 08/18/
and informed that the delivery of our household goods by *** ***
is scheduled on 08/20/But the goods were not delivered
We called them again and *** informed that the goods will
be delivered on 08/26/2014, we asked him to confirm the date,
he told us to call on 08/25/When we called on that date another
agent ***, informed that the dispatcher of the *** ***
could not be reached to confirm the delivery dateWe requested
her to give us the address of the storage in Atlanta so that we
can go and get themUSA moving is giving us promises
about the delivery of our goodsWe are not sure if our goods
are safePlease help us.

We do apologize for any inconveniences; the assigned driver did have mechanical issues with the truck he was driver, we did locate a different driver the customer advised he could not wait for the second assigned driver to arrive. Within the terms and conditions s it does state our drivers
have an additional three days to arrive after the second day of requested dates

I am rejecting this response because:* The sales person lied about both pick up and delivery time* The delivery crew damaged goods and refused to park truck in front of home, then tried to charge extra * They picked up and accepted packing, then tried to charge more fees for additional packing* They refused to allow me to talk to the sales person that lied about times and fees

I am rejecting this response because:? I was NOT shown a weight of my items (the truck was already half loaded with someone else's belongings when they picked up mine).? I watched the mover start putting stickers on boxes with the starting number 81.....not 1....which means they exaggerated the number of items I had.? The ONLY item NOT on my original inventory was a sleeper sofa which does NOT weigh an additional pounds to account for the change from to 7000.? And the very bottom line is that THEY COMPLETELY DESTROYED MULTIPLE ITEMS OF FURNITURE? AND BROKE OVER SMALLER ITEMS SUCH AS PICTURES, FIGURINES, LIGHT BULBS AND MORE.? I do not see why I should not be reimbursed for the damaged items NO MATTER WHAT THEY CLAIM THEIR CONTRACT STATES.? They instructed me to download and print a claim form (I don't have a printer!!!!) and since that time (approximately weeks ago) I have been CALLING DAILY -- getting a recording from AT&T phone service that the number is not in service....I have? EMAILED TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT and have gotten no reply whatsoever.? And the best part is that I've seen where? you (The Revdex.com) has received innumerable complaints and reports of the same exploitation I experienced.? THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO? BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SHODDY WORK, IMMORAL BUSINESS PRACTICES, CHEATING PEOPLE AND JUST GENERALLY BEING A HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A MOVING COMPANY.? I, like so many others, WANT SOME OF MY MONEY BACK TO REPLACE WHAT THEY DESTROYED.? ?

I am rejecting this response because: If USA Moving Group claims that their policy is only cash or money order for payment, then why was my credit card used as a form of payment for the deposit of $490? Also, why did their Senior Moving Coordinator write to me in an email and tell me that my cc payment is fine? And, if that is their only policy, why would the Senior Moving Coordinator also then say to me in an email that if permission was granted to use a credit card as payment, that it would only be accepted at time of pickup and delivery? There are many contradictions with their policy, yet they continue to mislead people into signing a contract with this policy in writingThey take the liberty to say what they want to the customer to get the job (iegranting permission to use a credit card as payment), but then do not honor their agreement with their customersI refuse to accept their response but it is not what was agreed upon for me and my business matter with them

We do apologize for any inconveniences; however our system has it documented we called this customer on Friday 10/23/x3.? Our offices was closed on Saturday and Sunday.? We were not aware of any request to service the move on the 24th of October.? Per the conversations that were
held with the customer on the 23rd her pickup was scheduled for the 25th early morning.? As to a driver being accused of sexual misconduct, the customer should reported to the authoritiesThe cancellation request will be forwarded to the accounting department

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the business several times to let them know that the refund
was not processedI received a new credit card number which could have slowed the refund due to the card number changeMy phone calls were not taken and messages were not returnedMy husband received a message to contact [redacted] in regards to the refundEven with the direct number, I was still unable to talk to him in personI finally managed to speak with him, giving him the new card number[redacted] said that he would "walk this information over to accounting right now." That conversation happened over weeks ago and there hasn't been any activity in my account to suggest the refund was even attempted.?

I am rejecting this response because: the company has had ample time to process the refund since the move was cancelled on April 19, 2015. I have called several times to talk to their customer service reps and have been told each and every time that a refund is being processed. If they had followed through on their previous promises of a refund then I would not have had to contact the Revdex.com. I do not understand why there is no protection for the consumer when a company takes money and then is not obligated to return the money when the service was not provided and a cancellation was requested within the time frame required
