Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I am fine with getting a refund, if it actually happens, I want the record of this incident to reflect that I cancelled the move on April 30, by calling the "moving representative," leaving voicemails, and getting no responseI followed that with an email, which also got no response It wasn't until I called the number attached to the charges on my credit card, on 5/4, that I got any response Regards, [redacted]

We do apologize for any inconveniences; the customer made a reservation with our office to have her personal household items transported from VA to AZ yes;"> The original contract for service was scheduled for 6-20– 21, All reservations made with our office requires a two day window schedule for pick-up We do not offer one reservations unless the customer pays a specific reservation fee for instance ($ [redacted] ) to guaranteed service on specific datesDue to the short notice of the customer requesting earlier dates June 13– 14/ 2014, the request was submitted on June 7, To accommodate the new dates, our office had to re route the trucks to be able to service the new requested dates of June – Generally a move would be completed within to days depending on the mileage to be covered The customer relocated miles in one direction Listed within the contract it states delivery could take up to business days from the first date of availability We do apologize if this information was overlooked; we are attempting to get the household goods delivered as soon as possible

We were not aware of any request to service the move on the 24th of October.? Per the conversations that were held with the customer on the 23rd her pickup was scheduled for the 25th early morning.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with the responseFirst and foremost it is easy to apologize with an easy emotionless “I apologize for the inconvenience”I know that you work for a company but there is a point where you should have the heart to do what is rightI understand there are “rules” and they were listed very clearly in your responseThe major thing ignored is that my bed is still missing and there is also a timeframe of when my items should have been received and I am sure that is prior to over days I feel there should be compensation for my missing items, damaged items, additional costs and time off of workYes, I understand the process of the claim but to be at a loss for this day period of time is absurd and this process is a way to extend this unfortunate situation Another months with my lost and broken items just doesn’t seem fairYou jeopardized my safety, you have poor communication, negligence in handling my items and cost excessive additional feesI feel that my belongings were held for ransomThe only viable solution is a full refund for the few services that were actually renderedI agree with the “F” rating on the Revdex.com that I NOW know this company has Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The information provided by USA Moving Group is not accurate After my move, I had ONE conversation with [redacted] (whose title I do not know) and he assured me that USA Moving Group would work with me to resolve my issues, particularly surrounding the expenses to fix my piano and futon At that time, I did not even know what the costs would be, but [redacted] told me to send the information to someone at his company named "***." PLEASE NOTE, that given the fact that I did not know what the costs would be, at NO time did we ever discuss an amount I do not know why USA Moving Group insists that we had agreed on the amount of $ That is simply NOT TRUE! Furthermore, if USA Moving Group mailed me something, as I have repeatedly stated, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING from them I do not know how to make this any more clear There has been no communication with them since my above-referenced communication with ***, although I have left messages for "***" to call me back.We do apologized for any inconveniences; however the customer in question did have a conversations with our customer servicesupervisor on 12/12/in which at this time the discussion of the $took place This information was also emailedto the customer On 12/30/the release for the amount of $was mailed via standard mail The customer was also provided direct contactinformation for filing a claim for damages Regards, [redacted] ***

We do apologize for any inconveniences; the customer did make a reservation with our office to be relocated from [redacted] TN to LA The original service dates were on 1/8-9/15, the paperwork signed off via the customer and driver is dated 1/10/and not 1/11/ The original move was booked for the relocation of lbs The total weight was increased by lbs, with accounted for the increase in cost It is not any intention of USA or [redacted] to miss lead any customer The customer in question had additional items to be transported which allocated for the additional cost There will be no refund, however; we will have our customer service department contact the customer for further assistance

?I am rejecting this response because: While I understand that in the contract they state that things TVs must be packaged up, I asked this when I booked the job with the broker he stated ' they will have pads and blankets' or I would have been more than happy to pay the extra then and thereI did pay them at pickup for the packaging of the bed and TV, so this is an irrelevant point of the company to retaliate withHave they neglected to acknowledge the fact that they were in breach of contract by delivering my shipment far beyond the latest acceptable dateAlso, how have they not addressed that they lost a $*** + TV and even said at delivery ' oh , we forgot your TV, we will overnight ship it to you'It has been weeks later and not only can I not get a return phone call from USA Moving Group, I have yet to see all my things deliveredI am not just missing the TV only, they have not bothered to replace or return what they have lost nor act to get back the things that they delivered to me that were not mineI am still more than entitled to monetary refund for this, 100% and then some This company has to rectify what they have done with this ordeal, the facts remain the same- they are in breach of conflict and they failed to deliver items, so now this company must pay for their mistakes, its a very simple solution.

I am rejecting this response because: *** the individual I was dealing with; was always calling me until I told them I was not using their services any more due to discrepancy with their moving quote, lies about not disclosing to me right from the begging when I told them I do not want to work with brokers for my move and finally the numerous complaints about their company from customers and Revdex.com consumer warning for this particular companyThe moment I told *** and also ***, I wanted my refund and do not want to work with them anymore, my phone calls went to voice mails I called their main office number and the person said my refund will not be granted I told him I cancelled this service before their day cancellation window and need to be refunded immediately Just today, different people have been calling my home and telling me USA moving group have asked them to move me I told them this order is cancelled and was cancelled last week and do not know why USA moving group is still forcing this move on me They do not want to refund my money and are forcing this contract on me even though I told them I am not using their company for my move Again, I want this also to stopThank You

We do apologize for any and all inconveniences; the customer in question did make a reservation with our office. A detail description of
inventory was provided via the customer directly Items that were overlooked was not intentional however; they were not added to the inventory prior to the truck arriving. If there are additional, there will be additional cost As part of the moving estimate information is provided if the wheeler tractor does not have access, a shuttle (u-haul) would need to be reserved, items loaded from the “wheeler * to the (u-haul) then to the customer home. It is not a task anyone of our drivers enjoys doing, but to get the job completed it was necessary to be done. Please review the following information:
This estimate includes the following services to be performed by the carrier:
Transportation of goods with either 18-wheeler or ftstraight truck
Disassembly of all standard furniture required for safe transportation
Reassembly for all items disassembled by the movers on the day of pick-up
Wrapping of all furniture with quilted moving blankets
Itemized inventory indicating condition at origin
Loading & unloading of all goods
All transportation, taxes, tolls, mileage, and fuel surcharges
Standard valuation protection up to $10,based on cents per lbper article
No elevator charges
days free storage in a secured climate control storage facility with free redelivery to destination (out of state moves only; not available for shipments from MO or KS; Customer must request this when the estimate is prepared and it must appear on this estimate agreement)
No charge for packing tape and moving pads
No date change penalties if your request is made more than days before your originally scheduled pidate
The customer signed (7/9/14) via electronic signature agreeing to the terms and conditions of the estimate for service contract.
As regulated via the Department of Transportation requires all movers process any claims of damages or and missing items. The customer must file a claim for damages. Thank you

The information remains the same, as part of the moving industry the method of payment is via certified funds (postal money order or cash ) only. Customer signed agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions of the moving estimate.

As stated we do not guarantee deliveries, customers can request expedited delivery at a cost of $dollars or more depending on the size of the shipmentThe customer in question did not request those services, as listed in the previous response additional services cost will be added to the total cost of the move and becomes the responsibility of the customer. Also list within the terms and conditions of the signed agreement of the orginial quote included the first feet free or it is included the move. Every additional feet would be an additional $75.00. Please read review your moving agreement all the information is listed
