have never contacted Reservations for any quotes or bookings.  In addition, they have never contacted the
sales office for assistance.  Furthermore,

they have only logged in once this year, on December 13, 2015.
That
notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to
resolve this matter, and look forward to their responding to our Customer
Service team.  Thank you for your
notification, and Happy Holidays.

On September 14, 2016 we were contacted by Reservations regarding this customer, who had claimed they cancelled within the one week cancellation period.  A customer service agent reached out to them on September 15, 2016, prior to our receipt of this complaint, at which time they acknowledged they had not cancelled within the one week cancellation period.  As previously stated, we have a record of their request to discontinue payment of the Annual Renewal Fee due to no travel plans, however we have no record of any cancellation requests from this customer.  In addition, our business email address is clearly posted on the Website.  Furthermore, we received an email from this customer dated Monday, September 19, 2016 that stated “Thank you for your help in finally resolving this matter. Have a pleasant week.”  We stand by our original response 100%, and we respectfully consider this matter resolved.

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on August 17, 2014.  A review of their account shows that they
have never contacted Reservations for any quotes or bookings.  They have made seven hotel reservations using
the website directly, but have never made any other requests,...

including air or
resort condo requests.  They have only
contacted our office one time, on November 14, 2014.  The call was in reference to a hotel booking
which they had made online, and assistance was provided that day.
It is unfortunate that this customer
never attempted to resolve any of his issues directly with Vacation Breeze.  Although we feel that this complaint was
unwarranted, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base.  We have already been in contact with this customer, and a
resolution is currently underway.  Thank
you for your assistance.

2015, however this consumer did not contact our office until May 2, 2015 to request cancellation.  He was instructed to follow the cancellation procedure as detailed in his contract, and his cancellation request has subsequently been received and processed.  This consumer was never treated in anything less than a courteous manner.  Furthermore, due to his cancelling his purchase, he has never utilized the Vacation Breeze product, and therefore has no ability to comment on its worth. We take exception to these fictitious and libelous statements being portrayed as “fact”.  That notwithstanding, the underlying issue here has been resolved.  Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied consumers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience.

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on April 9, 2014.  They chose to...

finance their purchase and
completed paperwork detailing the terms of the agreement.  They completed an online tutorial of the live
website and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website.  They also signed and initialed their
understanding of the cancellation policy, which is a full seven days from the
date of purchase.  Their personal login
information provided access to the same website they viewed during the online
tutorial.
A
review of their account shows that they have never contacted Reservations for
any quotes or bookings.  In addition,
they have never contacted the sales office for assistance.  This customer chose not to pay their Annual
Renewal Fee on April 19, 2015, and as the Annual Renewal Fee is an option fee,
it is not a required payment.  After a
90-day grace period their online account was deactivated from usage.  However, a login audit shows that their last
login was November 23, 2014, more than one year ago.
It is unfortunate
that this customer chose to file a complaint rather than contact us
directly.  However, Vacation Breeze seeks
to ensure that it has a happy member base. 
Please encourage this customer to contact us so we may work toward a
resolution.  Thank you for your

I am rejecting this response because:BLATANT LIE!!!  I have been home for DAYS with an illness.  PLUS I have caller display and voice mail!!   NO ONE from VB has attempted to contact me NOR, obviously, did I say "this was not a good time to call and promptly disconnected"    Yes  It is true I received "numerous quotes" (4-5?) and NONE of them was satisfactory!!  Either not WHAT I wanted, or the prices were no better then any other travel sites.

The business now says that the annual fee is voluntary and that I will not hear from them any more.  I am willing to just walk away from the contract price just to be finished with the contract with Voaacation Breeze.  Now I know better than to get involved with an offer for a product like this.

While in Hawaii in 2013, we made street contact with a young man that was offering considerable discounts for Hawaiian events stipulating that we only needed to attend a 4 hour seminar. We elected to do so. The seminar promoted huge discounts on vacations with examples. Then the one on one sales pitch began. Packages from $3,000 to $7,000. I asked the presenter, in front of the group, if this was a legitimate vacation club with real savings over and beyond what could be received from the likes of Expedia. The presenter laughed and indicated that Vacation Breeze is killing the other vacation websites, and not by a little. He referred to an example, where Vacation Breeze offered a trip to Rome for 30% less than the best on-line web site. After three years, I have tried them for a Norwegian Cruise Line trip in the Mediterranean, a trip to Paris, and a trip to New York City. In each case I even stated the hotels that I wanted to use. Regardless, I was able to book the trip cheaper than Vacation Breeze using the EXACT same criterion for travel dates and accommodations. So much for the fabulous vacation savings. But I received a call this morning from their billing department that said that my credit card on file had expired and that I needed to update it. The charge is for the annual fee. The total fee of $3,000 was paid in Hawaii, but then there is a much smaller annual maintenance fee. I told the lady that I am not going to continue because there are no savings for me, and therefore no interest to continue and that I am sorry I purchased in the first place. I was told that the contract does no allow me to cancel the annual fee, even though their purchase fee had been paid up front. I said the misrepresentations of the sales staff, and the inability to achieve saving on vacations is a fact. To require continuing payment for misrepresentation and non-performance should be my choice. I should ask for my money back, and if there were a class action suit, I would surely become a participant. Vacation Breeze is a sad blemish on beautiful Hawaii.

satisfaction of the live website.  They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted.  Their personal login information was activated on November 30, 2014 and submitted to them via both email and regular mail. A login audit shows that they have only logged into their account one time, on April 24, 2015.  That same day they contacted Reservations regarding a 4 night hotel stay in Washington, DC.  There have been no other reservation inquiries on their account. Their first Annual Renewal Fee was due on November 30, 2015, however they contacted Reservations on December 1, 2015 and stated they would not be renewing as they had no current plans to travel.  Their online account was subsequently deactivated from usage, however their only login remains April 24, 2015. That notwithstanding, we have already reached out to this customer and a resolution is currently underway.  Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo.

Breeze represented 150 Condo Resorts in Los Angeles is untrue. This client dealt with one of our Senior Representatives that has a large member base that can attest to her integrity.
Paragraph 2 of this complaint is pure plagiarism and has been cut and pasted from another (resolved) Revdex.com complaint.
Vacation Breeze will be cancelling this membership for nonpayment and may pursue collections at our discretion.

It said I didn't get my login.Also, you don't address my calls to you. On the paperwork we were given, it said contact Yvonne and Jeff and we tried to contact them via phone. We weren't given any business cards so we didn't have any email address. Who knows when the email address you say is on there was finally put on your website. I sent you my complaint with proof - attached call logs, attached reviews.I am not interested in the back and forth with Vacation Breeze. I have thanked you for promptly canceling my account and resolving this issue. Now we can consider this matter closed...With Tremendous Relief!Note to myself is never ever to fall for such false advertising again and to make others aware of false advertising.

This consumer signed contracts with Vacation Breeze authorizing their purchase, and signed a credit card receipt authorizing their payment. They logged into their account in April of 2013, and in May of 2013 they called our office to...

discuss their program. It is clear they were completely aware of both their purchase and their payment.
This consumer also chose to finance their purchase, however they never made a single payment on their financed account. For that reason their account was sent to Collections. This consumer subsequently forged documents and submitted them to the credit bureaus stating that the account was placed in collections in error. Why this consumer would risk costly legal proceedings, rather than contact our office, is a mystery.
However, we have contacted this consumer, and consider this issue resolved.

This consumer purchased the Vacation Breeze product on May 26, 2015.  On June 2, 2015 she submitted a cancellation request via email.  The email was time-stamped at 9:57am HST.  A written confirmation of the cancellation was provided by reply email and time-stamped at 10:51am...

HST.  Our office contacted her later that same day at 2:49pm HST to confirm that her refund had been processed and that the receipt was being mailed to her address on file.

We received notification of this complaint from the Revdex.com today, June 3, 2015.  However, the actual complaint is dated June 2, 2015 and time-stamped at 4:51pm HST.  This complaint was filed AFTER the cancellation and refund of this account had already taken place, and was therefore completely and utterly unwarranted.  This consumer chose to cancel her purchase, that cancellation was processed with professionalism and expedience, and she was promptly refunded.  This consumer was never treated in anything less than a courteous manner.

program to book a hotel in Seaside, Oregon, and subsequently redeemed the $500
Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase.
That
notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and are
working toward a resolution.  Thank
