Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Their account is false. Yes parts of their statement is false. they have now contacted me only after I submitted a complaint. I have provided them with call records showing my attempts to reach them by phone. I didnt have a business card or email address to submit a request so I attempted to reach them by phone. It was only after I submitted a complaint to Revdex.com that an attempt was made to reach out to me for cancellation and an email address provided.Yes we initialed for showing us the website - we will decline to say it was live. After attempting to even try to look for a price, all prices were similar to [redacted]. They never attempted to reach back to us after we proceeded to cancel our membership for false advertising. We have been told that our account will be canceled in 9 days. Hopefully, Vacation Breeze will truthfully cancel the account and remove the alleged debt from the debt collection agency and also notify the credit bureaus.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We take exception to this complaint and the numerous false statements contained therein.  This client claims to be...

experiencing a “financial crises”, yet within the paperwork he initialed that this purchase did not constitute a financial burden.  He claims he was “pressured”, yet a high percentage of our sales guests view the product and say no.  No one is harassed or intimidated, and we treat all guests with professionalism and courtesy.  He claims that the “website has the same deals they had…in Aug 2014”, however that is simply not the case.  Our website is constantly updated to provide the most current, real time inventory.  He claims that Vacation Breeze “sold our phone info to solicitors”, however we have and maintain a very strict privacy policy.  Vacation Breeze has never participated in the sales or distribution of client information.  Likewise, we have never engaged in the misrepresentation of our standing with the Revdex.com.  The “recurring bill” is simply the monthly payment on the financed portion of his account, all terms of which were fully disclosed at the time of purchase.  He is absolutely correct in that the billing company has no authority to cancel an enforceable consumer contract.  Furthermore, this client has never contacted Vacation Breeze regarding any issues with his program.  In fact, the one and only call this client made to our office was to inquire about a certificate he received at the time of purchase.  This client was granted the ability to apply his certificate to an airline reservation, which resulted in a rebate check being sent to him for the full amount of the airline tickets.  That check has long since cleared our account.
That being said, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base.  We have attempted to contact this client, and left voice messages for him on March 19, March 20, and March 21, 2015.  An email message was sent to him on March 26, 2015 as well.  To date this client has not responded, and we are unable to move forward with any resolution until he does so.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on July 5, 2013.  At the time of purchase, this customer signed
their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two
weeks.  For that reason they completed an
online tutorial of the live website.  They also...

signed their understanding of the
one week cancellation period.  Their
personal login was issued on July 15, 2013, and provided access to the same
website they viewed at the time of purchase.
A
review of their account shows that they have never called the sales office for
assistance.  They contacted Reservations
in January of 2014, and subsequently booked a short two night hotel stay in
Anaheim.  They only contacted
Reservations one other time, in January of 2015, regarding a week in Las
Vegas.
This
customer chose not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on July 15, 2015.  As the Annual Renewal Fee is an optional fee,
it is not a required payment.  After a
90-day grace period their online account was deactivated from usage.  However, a login audit shows that their most
recent login was June 20, 2015, and prior to that on January 20, 2015.
That
notwithstanding, we are working toward a resolution.  Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo.

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on March 14, 2015.  At the time...

of purchase she completed an
online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed her satisfaction
of the live website.  She further signed
and initialed her understanding of the one week cancellation period.  On March 20, 2015 she elected to downgrade
her purchase to a smaller program.  As
she had originally chosen to pay in full, she received a refund of the
difference in purchase price.
Since
the original refund was processed on March 21, 2015, she has never contacted
the sales office for assistance.  She has
also never contacted Reservations for assistance with any quotes or
bookings.
That
notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to
resolve this matter, and look forward to her responding to our Customer Service
team.  Thank you for your
notification, and Mahalo.

This client purchased a starter program and Management has been in touch with the customer to clear up any issues or misunderstanding concerning the specific member benefits. We feel that the matter is resolved.

This response applies to complaint# [redacted], as well as complaint# [redacted] and complaint# [redacted].  These three consumers attended our presentation together, and subsequently chose to purchase a program together.  In fact, they split the Processing Fee equally between their three credit...

cards.  Although we believe these complaints are completely unwarranted and have absolutely no merit, for the reasons outlined below, we assume you will agree that they collectively should be listed as only one complaint. These three consumers purchased the Vacation Breeze product together on April 17, 2015.  On April 19, 2015 they returned to our office to cancel their purchase in person.  Their cancellation was accepted in our office and a written confirmation of the cancellation was immediately provided.  Their refunds were returned to each of their designated credit cards within 24 hours.                                                         Between their purchase date of April 17th, and their cancellation date of April 19th, our office has no record of any attempts at contact by any of these consumers.  As these complaints are all dated April 18th, it would appear that their only contact was made to the Revdex.com of Hawaii.  Their claim that “They refuse to answer calls or refund my money” is blatantly false.  In fact, their cancellation and subsequent refund had already been processed when we received notification of these complaints from the Revdex.com on April 20, 2015. These consumers received and utilized a promotional incentive for attending the sales presentation.  Vacation Breeze kept every promise made to these consumers in a helpful, friendly and courteous manner.  Due to their cancellation, these consumers have never utilized the Vacation Breeze product, and therefore have no ability to comment on its worth, much less call it a “scam”.  Vacation Breeze has never operated under any other name, and has never engaged in the misrepresentation of our standing with the Revdex.com.  These consumers’ claims are unfounded and untrue.

Horrible business! A guy on the strip had my mom sign papers on the beach - without giving her time to read them - promising that she would receive discounted tickets to a local attraction. Upon her arrival to the scheduled meeting, she was treated rudely and shuffled off into a side room. After confusion between two employees about whether she really had a meeting or not, she waited some more. Eventually, a man called her into a second office and reprimanded her for being too old. He then told her that people over 70 are not "internet savy" enough to use the program and refused to give her the discounted tickets. The good news is she got her deposit back. The bad news is she wasted a Saturday morning and was treated badly.

This client has never contacted Vacation Breeze regarding any issues with their program.
size="3">  They have only called Reservations for assistance with two short hotel bookings.  Within their complaint they reference “low weekly rates”, yet they have never requested a week long resort stay.  Their claim that the product is a "Scam" is unfounded and untrue.
It is unfortunate that this client never attempted to resolve any of their issues directly with Vacation Breeze.  We feel that this complaint was unwarranted, as we were not given any opportunity to satisfy this client prior to the Revdex.com notification.  However, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base, and this issue has been resolved.

Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied consumers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience.

their satisfaction of the live website.  They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period.  No cancellation request was ever submitted.  A review of their account shows that they have not contacted Reservations since October 15, 2015.  A login audit shows that they have not logged into their account since July 26, 2015.  The last time they contacted the sales office was in February of 2015, at which time we assisted them with bringing their financed account current and waiving their past due payments.  However, in December of 2015 they discontinue making the monthly payments on their account.  After months of unanswered and unreturned phone calls, the billing company recently entered their account into Collections. That notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a resolution is currently underway.  Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo.

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on January 15, 2013.  As they were on vacation and...

funds were tight, they requested to defer their initial payment until February 5, 2013.  At the time of purchase, they signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks once their initial payment was processed.  For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website.  They also signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no such cancellation request was ever submitted.  Their initial payment was processed on February 5, 2013, and their personal login was issued that same day. This customer contacted the sales office on July 31, 2014 to request an extension on the $500 Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase.  An extension was granted until February 5, 2015.  On November 5, 2014 they booked a vacation in Honolulu, HI using the website.  They contacted the sales office again on November 13, 2014 to request instructions for redeeming their Certificate on that vacation.  They subsequently submitted their Certificate, and rebate check# 5007 in the amount of $500 was mailed to them on December 4, 2014.  There have been no additional calls to either the sales office or Reservations since that time. A login audit shows this customer has not logged into their account since January 11, 2015.  They elected not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on February 5, 2015, and after a short grace period their online account was deactivated from usage.    In September of 2015 they discontinued making the monthly payments on their account.  After months of unanswered calls from the billing company, their account was placed in Collections due to its delinquent status.  That notwithstanding, we have reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution.  Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo.

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on February 12, 2015.  At...

the time of purchase, this customer
completed an online tutorial of the live website and signed and initialed their
satisfaction of the live website.  Their
personal login information provided access to the same website they viewed at
the time of purchase.  Furthermore, the
statement that a “fake Revdex.com site” was shown to this customer is blatantly false,
and there are certainly not “several hundred complaints” as evidenced by
viewing the official Revdex.com website today.
A login
audit shows that this customer has not logged in since August 20, 2015.  A review of their account shows that they
have never contacted the sales office for assistance.  However, they did submit a request to
Reservations on April 6, 2015 for a week at the Wisconsin Dells.  On April 7, 2015 a reservation agent emailed
them a quote, and also left a follow up voicemail on [redacted] at
3:50pm.  This customer never
responded.
This
customer made only four payments on their financed account.  The last payment made was on June 30,
2015.  Due to its delinquent status, this
account was recently placed in Collections.
Finally,
we have never received any letters from this customer requesting cancellation
or otherwise.
That
notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a
resolution is currently underway.  Thank
you for your notification, and Happy New Year.

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2014/05/09) */
5/9/14:
[redacted] from Vacation Breeze returned a phone call today regarding my complaint I filed with Revdex.com and has agreed to let us cancel our contract and will be refunding our $250 processing fee once I send the letter of right to cancel...

to Vacation Breeze and a letter to Revdex.com to let you know that he will get this resolved.
Thanks!

us with financial concerns.  They were
offered both a reduction and a deferment of their payments, and although they
accepted the offer verbally, they never completed the paperwork to modify their
account.  They also failed to respond to
our subsequent attempts at contact.  This
customer has never made a single payment on their financed account, and
although they still have access to the program they have not logged in since
September 9, 2015.
That
notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a
resolution is currently underway.  Thank
you for your notification, and Happy Holidays.
