On 04/21/2015, Ms*** purchased the 3-piece Chandler Beige sectional This merchandise was delivered to Ms***’s residence on 04/24/2015.I apologize for the multiple issues Ms*** has experienced and for any frustrations they may have caused In the interest of customer
service, the General Manager has agreed to allow Ms*** to return the merchandise for an in-store credit Ms*** will need to go to the store to choose replacement merchandise and arrange the exchange If Ms*** chooses merchandise that costs more than her original purchase, she will be responsible for paying the difference Ms*** will also be responsible for purchasing any extended warranties.If Ms*** has any further questions or concerns she may contact me direct

On 04/23/2015, Ms*** purchased the Siena Birch 5-piece queen bedroom set, the Tango Caravelle 5-piece dinette and the Jordan twin corner bed This merchandise was delivered to Mr***’s residence on 04/29/2015, with the exception of the bedroom set Ms*** also purchased the

On 2/13/14, Mr*** purchased the Monarch Chocolate piece sectional Mr*** received his delivery on 2/18/14.The Store Manager has set up an even exchange for Mr*** to receive a new armless loveseat on 3/3/Mr*** will receive a call 24-hours in advance to notify
him of the time frame that the delivery team will arrive at his residence to haul away the old loveseat and replace with a brand new loveseat. I apologize for any inconvenience Mr*** may have experienced If Mr*** has any further questions or concerns he may contact me direct

I do apologize Ms*** has to experience this inconvenience with her chair. After reviewing photos of the chair it is appearing that the chair has self inflicted damage and not a manufactures defectValue City Furniture has the right to refuse replacement of the chair because the damages are not caused by the manufacture

I never received an invoice number because the transaction was cancelled because I was going to have to make a third min drive back to the storeValue city's customer service called the store manager on Monday Jan and they offered zero resolution

I would like to request that Mr*** submit pictures to the Revdex.com of the issues he is having with the furniture. Please send pictures of the specific issues and then a picture of the furniture as a whole

Mr/Mrs*** can use their in-store credit by shopping online, Then contacting our Customer Care Team at (###-###-####) to make the purchaseAlso Mr/Mrs*** has the option of going into American Signature located in Bear, Delaware where Mr/Mrs*** can also use the in-store creditThe reason being is there are no more American Signature store in the New Jersey area where Mr/Mrs*** resides
